Abstract

技术领域
如权利要求1的前序部分所述,本发明涉及一种发电机/电动机,其特别是应用于风力发电装置、缆索牵引装置或液力装置中,该发电机/电动机包括:支承;固定在支承上的环形定子;可相对于定子转动的环形转子;以及与转子连接的驱动装置、永磁铁及线圈,这些部件分别设置在定子和转子的相对的面上。
背景技术
在这类发电机的主要问题在于,永磁铁与线圈都难以进行保养和维修,通常情况下,不仅需要完全地拆卸发电机/电动机,以便于接近故障位置或者需维修的部件,而且还需要完全地拆卸定子和转子,以便于将它们移送到车间中进行维修或保养。
因此,在国际专利申请文件WO/2004/017497A1中描述了一种发电机,在该申请文件中,各个发电机部件可以简单地安装和拆除。然而,在该种情况中,仅仅提出了一种环形线圈与该环形线圈的电枢的特别的布置方案,其中该线圈与电枢顺次设置,但对于如何能够解决具有前序部分的特征的发电机的技术难题,却未进行任何说明。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的在于,提出一种开头所述类型的发电机/电动机,通过将发电机/电动机设计为在需要维修或保养的时候能够容易接近需要维修或者保养的位置,因此该发电机/电动机现在能够简单地装配、维修及维护。
该目的通过具有权利要求1的特征部分的特征的所述的发电机/电动机来实现,该发电机/电动机特别是应用于风力发电装置、缆索牵引装置或液力装置中。
如果转子和/定子在轴向方向被划分为多个扇形体,那么在轴向方向上获得了多个不同的扇形体,这些扇形体相互抵靠地设置,并且都是易于接近的,或者单个扇形体可以在轴向上被插入及取出,或者扇形体具有用于装拆线圈和/永磁铁的开口。
在优选的实施例中,每个扇形体包括至少一个永磁铁和/或线圈,该永磁铁和/或该线圈都设置在基体上,该基体具有燕尾形的轮廓,并且啮合在定子环和/转子环的窗口中。因此,每个扇形体都能够在轴向方向上取出,而无需拆卸整个定子和/转子。

如图所示,根据本发明的发电机/电动机整体以参考标识1来表示。
该发电机/电动机包括定子3和转子2。
定子3被划分为多个扇形体4,同时转子2也被划分为多个扇形体5。
每个扇形体4包括至少一个线圈6,在该实施例中,包括两个线圈,这两个线圈被设计为齿绕线圈。
在扇形体5中容纳有多个永磁铁7。
根据本发明,至少一个永磁铁7(在该实施例中是四个永磁铁)是设置在燕尾形基体8上的永磁铁,该基体通过窗口10啮合在转子2的管形环9中,该窗口在轴向方向上这样地延伸,即一个扇形体5能够从端侧取出。
有利的是,发电机/电动机的外表面具有散热片11。
这是显而易见的,即多个不同的扇形体的可装拆性不仅可以通过取出每个部分来实现,而且也可以以有利的方式打开一个窗口,该窗口设置在每个定子和/或转子的管形环中。

Claims (5)

1.一种发电机/电动机,尤其应用于风力发电装置、缆索牵引装置或液力装置上,所述发电机/电动机包括:支承;固定在所述支承上的环形定子(3);可相对于所述定子(3)转动的环形转子(2);以及与所述转子(2)连接的驱动装置、永磁铁及线圈,这些部件分别设置在所述定子(3)和所述转子(2)的相对的面上,其特征在于,在轴向方向将所述转子(2)和/所述定子(3)划分为多个不同的扇形体(4;5),所述扇形体彼此相邻地设置,并且是容易接近的,即各个所述扇形体(4;5)可以在轴向方向上插入及取出,或者所述扇形体(4;5)具有用于接近所述线圈(6)和/所述永磁铁(7)的开口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的发电机/电动机,其特征在于,所述线圈(6)被设计为齿绕线圈形式的单线圈。
3.根据权利要求1所述的发电机/电动机,其特征在于,所述多个永磁铁(7)设置或嵌入到表面上(如图所示)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的发电机/电动机,其特征在于,每个所述扇形体包括至少一个所述永磁铁(7)和/或所述线圈(6),所述永磁铁和/或所述线圈都设置在一个基体上,所述基体具有燕尾形的轮廓,并且啮合在定子环和/或转子环的窗口中。
5.根据权利要求1所述的发电机/电动机,其特征在于,所述定子(2)或所述转子(3)具有开口,所述开口可以通过盖子来封闭,其中,得到一种接近当前需修理的各个所述扇形体的可能性。
