Abstract

Description
技术领域
[01]本发明涉及黏稠(pteux)材料供给装置,所述黏稠材料例如是涂料、且特别是尤其用于涂覆固定装置的粘合剂(mastic)。
背景技术
[02]如硅树脂粘合剂或聚氨酯粘合剂之类的涂料是黏性材料,并且,对于工具的清洁来说,所述涂料在聚合之后就变得非常难以剥落。
[03]此外,在这些材料用于涂覆固定元件例如螺栓头部的情况下,必须制造精确的涂覆工具,以免制品毛边而造成外观缺陷或密封性缺陷。
[04]公知的涂覆工具包括喷嘴式装置,其安装在挤压喷枪上,配有一腔室,该腔室由一柱形杯体构成,所述柱形杯体配有制品散射孔。已有技术中的一实施例示于图1A和1B,对于直径约为15mm的杯体,其具有直径约为1mm的若干孔。
[05]该杯体旋拧在一制品供给管上且可盖住待涂覆的固定件,然后,将涂覆制品喷射到所述固定件上。
[06]为使固定元件绝缘并涂以保护层,操作人员借助于喷嘴盖住固定元件,并开始将绝缘材料喷射到围绕固定元件的杯体中。
[07]喷嘴的清洁需要使用昂贵的和污染环境的强力溶剂,并且特别是为疏通喷嘴的孔,需要使用刷子或其它工具。
[08]喷嘴一般是铝制的,旋拧在本身也是铝制的接头上,其尺寸适于待涂覆的固定件,一单独的喷嘴对应于每个固定件的直径。
发明内容
[09]本发明旨在提出比已有技术中的喷嘴更易于使用的涂覆喷嘴,其易于清理而不用溶剂,且模块化。
[10]为此,本发明主要涉及黏稠材料供给装置,其包括一材料导引接头和一涂覆喷嘴,其特征在于,所述接头包括一材料供给导引管道,所述材料供给导引管道终止于喷嘴的一中央孔中。
[11]特别是,喷嘴围绕中央孔成形为钟形体。
[12]使用一中央孔以容易清理装置,并且,喷嘴的钟形体的形状可更均匀地分布涂覆制品。

具体实施方式
[19]已有技术中的黏稠材料供给装置包括一接头22,在所述接头22上旋拧有一喷嘴,所述喷嘴分成两部分20、21,第一部分20具有一杯体和若干黏稠制品分配孔23,这些孔与一分配室24连通,所述分配室24实施在喷嘴的第二部分中,且固定于所述接头22。
[20]如同已有技术那样,图3所示的本发明的装置包括一材料导引接头1和一涂覆喷嘴2。
[21]已有技术中的具有分布在杯体下的若干孔和分配室的复杂系统易于堵塞,与之相反,本发明的装置包括一喷嘴2,其配有一中央孔4,所述中央孔4将黏稠材料供给到待涂覆物体上,接头包括一黏稠材料供给导引管道3,所述黏稠材料供给导引管道3在接头的一第一端部终止于喷嘴2的中央孔4中。
[22]接头包括一第二端部10,所述第二端部10通过螺旋连接或任何其它方法固定在一挤压喷枪12上。
[23]为了涂覆物体例如图2所示的螺栓14螺母13的固定装置,喷嘴围绕中央孔4成形为钟形体。
[24]此外,喷嘴的内表面5是连续且光滑的表面,因此,允许有一比已有技术中的喷嘴对涂覆制品的更好分布,其中已有技术中的喷嘴具有一平底和一柱形环冠。
[25]此外,涂覆制品不粘着在本发明的喷嘴的连续且光滑的表面上。
[26]为此,用于制造喷嘴和接头的材料优选是聚乙烯,涂覆用的黏稠材料、尤其是聚氨酯粘合剂不粘着在其上。
[27]如图4A和4B所示,为清洁本发明的装置,根据第一实施例,本发明的装置包括一清理工具,所述清理工具包括一脱模插塞(bouchon dedémoulage)6,所述脱模插塞6插入到喷嘴2中,其外表面7适于一旦黏稠材料11聚合就粘着所述黏稠材料11。
[28]如图4A所示,一旦涂覆结束,操作人员从挤压喷枪12取出接头1,并将插塞6插入到喷嘴中。
[29]插塞的插入,使一部分制品通过接头的第二端部又回流到装置中。
[30]一旦制品聚合,为了清理喷嘴和接头,只需抽出喷嘴中带有制品的插塞,去除从接头1的端部10排出的残余材料。
[31]为便于钩住材料,该实施例的脱模插塞6的外表面7带有螺纹,以便粘着黏稠材料11。
[32]根据该原理,在黏稠材料聚合之前,将脱模插塞6插入到喷嘴2中,让材料聚合,并通过喷嘴取出插塞6来清除材料。
[33]本发明的另一清理方法在于,一旦粘合剂聚合,将接头的端部10连接于一压缩空气入口——例如一压缩空气断流阀(robinet d′arrêt)。为此,空气入口包括一端部,该端部配有用于接头的端部10密封的固定部件,该固定部件尤其是与所述端部10的螺纹端部互补的螺纹,以便同该螺纹端部相配合,并实现密封连接。
[34]一旦端部10旋拧在阀上,将阀打开,使压缩空气注入到接头中,以便空气对已聚合的粘合剂施加压力,使之脱离接头和喷嘴的壁,然后从喷嘴和接头手动清除已聚合的粘合剂,粘合剂一旦剥离,就很容易从喷嘴中手动清除。
[35]在本发明的范围内,接头1可接纳尺寸不同的喷嘴2,以便涂覆尺寸不同的固定件13、14。
[36]为便于更换喷嘴,接头1和喷嘴2配有可锁合的互补固定部件8、9。
[37]根据图5所示的实施例,可锁合的固定部件8、9包括一环形凸缘9和一圆形槽部8,所述环形凸缘9环绕接头1的第一端部,所述圆形槽部8围绕喷嘴2的中央孔4,只要拉动喷嘴,使之与接头分离,然后,用力将接头插入到另一喷嘴中,以便涂覆其它固定件。
[38]本发明不限于作为实施例所描述的装置,并且,尤其是,插塞可具有一用于固定到喷嘴上的连接件,或具有滚花(strie),以替代外螺纹。
[39]与已有技术中的装置相反,本发明的装置实施起来简单、成本不高且不易堵塞。
Claims (10)
1.黏稠材料供给装置,其包括一材料导引接头(1)和一涂覆喷嘴(2),
其特征在于,所述接头具有一黏稠材料供给导引管道(3),所述材料供给导引管道(3)在所述接头的一第一端部终止于所述喷嘴(2)的一中央孔(4)中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述喷嘴成形为围绕所述中央孔(4)的钟形体。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征在于,所述喷嘴的内表面(5)是一连续的表面。
4.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述接头(1)可接纳尺寸不同的喷嘴(2),所述接头(1)和所述喷嘴(2)配有可锁合的互补固定部件(8,9)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的装置,其特征在于,所述可锁合的固定部件(8,9)具有:一环形凸缘(9),其围绕所述接头(1)的第一端部;和一圆形槽部(8),其围绕所述喷嘴(2)的中央孔(4)。
6.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述接头具有一第二端部(10),该第二端部(10)固定在一挤压喷枪(12)上。
7.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,它具有一清理工具,所述清理工具有一脱模插塞(6),所述脱模插塞(6)插入到所述喷嘴(2)中,且其外表面(7)适于在所述黏稠材料(11)一旦聚合后就粘附所述黏稠材料(11)。
8.根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述脱模插塞(6)的外表面(7)带有螺纹,用于粘附所述黏稠材料(11)。
9.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的装置的清理方法,其特征在于:
-使所述接头(1)的一端部(10)连接于一压缩空气入口,所述压缩空气入口配有密封固定部件,
-使压缩空气注入到所述接头中,以便该空气对已聚合的粘合剂施加压力,且使之脱离所述接头和所述喷嘴的壁,以及
-从所述喷嘴手动清除所述已聚合的粘合剂。
10.根据权利要求7或8所述的装置的清理方法,其特征在于,在所述黏稠材料聚合之前,将所述脱模插塞(6)插入到所述喷嘴(2)中,让所述材料聚合,且通过从所述喷嘴取出所述插塞(6)来清除材料。
