Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及印制电路板,特别是用于电动机(例如DC电动机)的印制电路板。此外,本发明还涉及具有这种印制电路板的电动机。
背景技术
配有控制电子装置的DC电动机在印制电路板(PCB)上至少具有一个所谓的“接地”导体。为了接触该接地导体,可以使用通孔连接。问题是,这种连接在受到机械应力时不是非常稳定。而且,这一方案要在PCB的表面上进行。
发明内容
本发明的目的是要提供一种PCB,其允许更可靠地接触该PCB上的接地导体并且避免出现松动的间隙(loosing space)。
为此,本发明提供了一种印制电路板,特别是用于电动机的印制电路板,其具有两个相对的主表面以及多个在所述主表面之间延伸的外端面,所述主表面中的至少一个载有电气组件(24),在所述外端面中的一个上提供有镀金属,所述镀金属连接到PCB上的接地导体。本发明基于这样的思想,即:用PCB的所述外端面中的一个作为接触表面,接地件能够容易地接合于该接触表面,从而使得电动机的接地件能够被容易地连接。接地件和PCB的该端面上的镀金属之间的电连接不会受机械应力的影响,因为该接地件例如可以形成为弹性片。
本发明还提供了一种带有上述类型的PCB的电动机,其中提供有与PCB的该外端面上的镀金属相接触的电动机接地件。
本发明的其它优势方面在从属权利要求中进行限定。

具体实施方式
在图1和图2中,示出了印制电路板(PCB)10。PCB 10具有两个主表面12和14,亦可将它们称为上表面和下表面。PCB的侧表面称为外端面16、18、20和22。电气组件24布置在主表面12上。这些电气部件也可布置在主表面14上。
在其外端面中的一个上,即在端面18上,该PCB被提供有镀金属26。镀金属26由具有良好导电性的材料(例如铜)形成,并且进行了电镀以防止腐蚀。合适的材料为Ni、Au或Sn。镀金属在PCB上与接地导体(未示出)电连接。电气组件24还可以与PCB上的该接地导体电连接。
这里PCB在此用作电动机的一个部件,这里电动机仅示意性地由定子28和转子30表示。定子28和PCB之间的电接地连接通过接地件32实现,接地件32固定于示意性表示的壳体部分34。接地件32形成为弹性片,使其能够以一种类似弹簧的方式与PCB 10上的镀金属26进行表面接触。
在作为示例描述的这个实施例中,滑动导向结构36被制成壳体的一部分,用作PCB 10的固定器。在组装过程中,可将PCB 10插入滑动导向结构36中,以使外端面18上的镀金属26与接地件32接触。将PCB装配到电动机内部后,外端面18上的镀金属26与接地件32接触。
镀金属26在此被示为在PCB 10的整个平直外端面18上延伸。显然,镀金属可以形成为仅在该外端面长度的一部分上延伸。进一步地,镀金属并不是必须形成为直线,而是可以覆盖PCB该外端面中的凹槽或切口。

Claims (8)

1.一种印制电路板,特别是用于电动机的印制电路板,其特征在于具有两个相对的主表面(12,14)以及多个在所述主表面之间延伸的外端面(16,18,20,22),所述主表面中的至少一个(12)载有电气组件(24),在所述外端面中的一个(18)上提供有镀金属(26),所述镀金属(26)连接到所述印制电路板上的一个接地导体。
2.根据权利要求1或2所述的印制电路板,其特征在于,所述镀金属(26)在所述整个外端面上延伸。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的印制电路板,其特征在于,所述镀金属仅在各自外端面的一部分上延伸。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的印制电路板,其特征在于,载有所述镀金属(26)的外端面(18)平直延伸。
5.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的印制电路板,其特征在于,载有所述镀金属的外端面具有凹槽。
6.一种电动机,其特征在于具有根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的印制电路板,且提供有电动机接地件(32),所述电动机接地件(32)与所述印制电路板(10)的外端面(18)上的镀金属(26)相接触。
7.根据权利要求6所述的电动机,其特征在于,所述电动机接地件(32)形成为弹性片。
8.根据权利要求6或7所述的电动机,其特征在于,提供有用于所述印制电路板的固定器(36),所述印制电路板能够以滑动方式插入到所述固定器(36)中,从而使所述镀金属(26)与所述电动机接地件(32)相接触。
