Abstract

本发明涉及一种高效除尘熄焦塔。包括熄焦喷射管、洗涤降温装置、除尘装置,除尘装置由结构框架、除尘板、除尘管和喷嘴组成,除尘板设置在结构框架上,按与水平面45~60°的角度放置;除尘管上设有均匀布置的多个喷嘴,除尘管与除尘板平行布置,除尘板由折成一定角度的异型折流片和除尘板支架组成,除尘装置为单级布置或两级布置。本发明熄焦过程产生的含有大量污染物的蒸汽在经过水雾洗涤、冷却、重力沉降以及折流板式除尘装置捕集净化后,其含尘量大大降低,每吨焦排放到大气中的焦粉量可控制在50g以下;另外,在本发明中折流板采用工业塑料等材质,具有耐腐蚀、强度高、抗老化、除尘效果好、便于安装、维修和易清洗等优点。

Description

一种高效除尘熄焦塔
                               技术领域
本发明涉及一种用水熄灭赤热焦炭的专用设备,特别涉及一种高效除尘熄焦塔。
                               背景技术
在炼焦制气厂中,煤在焦炉炭化室内干馏成焦炭的最终温度为950~1050℃,所以从炭化室内推出的炽热焦炭,为避免燃烧并适合于运输和贮存、延长输送设备寿命、减少焦化厂维修费用,必须将其熄灭,使其温度降到200℃以下。目前,国内的炼焦制气厂普遍采用的熄焦方式是湿法熄焦工艺。湿法熄焦是将从炭化室内推出的炽热焦炭通过拦焦机导入熄焦车内,经由电机车牵引至熄焦塔内进行喷水熄焦。
炼焦生产的特点是能耗高、排污量大。改革开放以来,随着钢铁工业的迅猛发展,作为其主要原料的焦炭生产也得以迅速发展,2006年全国总计生产焦炭29768万吨,同比增产4356万吨,增长率17.14%,焦炭产量连续多年位居世界第一。随之而来的是炼焦生产的排污量也迅速增加,环境问题越来越突出。随着国家、地方各项环保法规的相继出台,对炼焦生产企业的排污标准的要求越来越严格。在炼焦工艺的熄焦过程中,熄焦水与炽热焦炭接触后产生的蒸汽夹带有大量的焦粉。通常情况下,每吨焦炭在熄焦过程中会产生约1000g的焦粉被熄焦蒸汽带走,传统湿法熄焦塔由于在除尘措施方面只采用了单层折流板式除尘装置,每吨焦炭有120~150g的焦粉被熄焦蒸汽带走排入大气,对周围环境产生严重影响。
                               发明内容
本发明克服了上述存在的问题,目的是提供一种可以大大降低焦粉排放量的高效除尘熄焦塔。
本发明高效除尘熄焦塔内容简述:高效除尘熄焦塔,是由位于底部的熄焦段和位于顶部的除尘段两部分组成,在熄焦段内设有熄焦喷射管,在熄焦喷射管上方、除尘段的入口设置一组洗涤降温装置,在洗涤降温装置的上方设有除尘装置,除尘装置的布置方向既可与熄焦车轨道平行,也可与其垂直,除尘装置由结构框架、除尘板、除尘管和喷嘴组成,除尘板设置在结构框架上,按与水平面45~60°的角度放置;除尘管上设有均匀布置的多个喷嘴,除尘管与除尘板平行布置。
除尘板由多个异型折流片、螺柱、挡块、挡块夹紧螺母组成,异型折流片中部设有孔,螺柱从异型折流片中部孔中通过,各异型折流片之间用挡块分隔开并固定,除尘板两端的异型折流片外侧设有挡块并通过挡块夹紧螺母夹紧。
除尘板为多个,每个除尘板通过螺柱与结构框架连接。
除尘装置为单级布置或两级布置,两级布置时,一级除尘装置与二级除尘装置平行或成90°角交叉设置。
本发明与传统湿法熄焦塔相比,熄焦过程产生的夹带大量粉尘等熄焦逸散物的水蒸汽在经过洗涤降温装置形成的水雾层时得到冷却,蒸汽中的粉尘颗粒一部分被洗涤。经过降温洗涤后的蒸汽气流在经过除尘板的异型结构折流片时受阻,气流方向改变,流速降低,蒸汽中的一部分粉尘颗粒撞击除尘板后从蒸汽中分离出来,一部分粉尘颗粒因气流速降低而沉降下来,从而达到除尘目的。除尘板的异型折流片便于清洗,克服了传统熄焦塔除尘装置不易清洗的缺点,更有效地保证了除尘装置的除尘效果。这样,熄焦过程产生的含有大量污染物的蒸汽在经过水雾洗涤、冷却、重力沉降以及折流板式除尘装置捕集净化后,其含尘量大大的降低,每吨焦排放到大气中的焦粉量可控制在50g以下。另外,在本发明中折流片采用工业塑料等材质,具有耐腐蚀、强度高、抗老化、除尘效果好、便于安装、维修和易清洗等优点。

                             具体实施方式
本发明高效除尘熄焦塔是这样实现的,下面结合附图做具体说明,见图1,高效除尘熄焦塔,是由位于底部的熄焦段1和位于顶部的除尘段2两部分组成,在熄焦段1内设有熄焦喷射管7,在熄焦喷射管7上方、除尘段2的入口设置一组洗涤降温装置8,在洗涤降温装置8的上方设有除尘装置10,除尘装置10的布置方向既可与熄焦车9轨道平行,也可与其垂直。见图4、图5、图6、图7,除尘装置10由结构框架3、除尘板4、除尘管5和喷嘴6组成,除尘板4设置在结构框架3上,除尘板4为多个,每个除尘板4两端通过螺柱12与结构框架3连接,按与水平面45~60°的角度放置。除尘板4由多个异型折流片11、螺柱12、挡块13、挡块14、挡块15、挡块夹紧螺母16组成,异型折流片11中部设有孔,螺柱12从异型折流片11中部孔中通过,异型折流片11之间用挡块14分隔开并固定,除尘板4两端的异型折流片11外侧设有挡块13和挡块15并通过挡块夹紧螺母16夹紧。
除尘管5上设有均匀布置的多个喷嘴6,除尘管5与除尘板4平行布置。
当熄焦车9进入清洁熄焦塔后,熄焦系统开始工作,同时洗涤降温装置8也启动工作并在熄焦塔内形成一层水雾层,熄焦时产生的大量水蒸汽夹带大量粉尘等熄焦逸散物在热浮力的作用下急剧上升,在经过洗涤降温装置8形成的水雾层时得到冷却,蒸汽中的粉尘颗粒一部分被洗涤掉,其余部分形成以粉尘颗粒为内核的冷凝液滴随蒸汽继续上升。一部分蒸汽得到冷却后降落到熄焦塔内作为熄焦补充水流回到粉焦沉淀池内,节约了部分熄焦水。洗涤降温装置8与熄焦过程同时开启和关闭。经过水雾洗涤的蒸汽在熄焦塔内继续上升,在通过除尘装置10的除尘板4的异型折流片11缝隙时,以粉尘颗粒为内核的冷凝液滴被静电吸收并通过机械碰撞而沉淀在异型折流片11上;其余部分蒸汽通过除尘装置10时受阻,气流方向改变,气体流速降低,蒸汽中的部分含尘冷凝液滴在重力的作用下而下落,被净化了的汽体从熄焦塔出口排入大气。经推算,采用本发明后,1吨焦炭散发的焦粉量可由传统熄焦塔的120~150g降低到50g以下。

Claims (4)

1.一种高效除尘熄焦塔,是由位于底部的熄焦段(1)和位于顶部的除尘段(2)两部分组成,在熄焦段(1)内设有熄焦喷射管(7),在熄焦喷射管(7)上方、除尘段(2)的入口设置一组洗涤降温装置(8),在洗涤降温装置(8)的上方设有除尘装置(10),除尘装置(10)的布置方向与熄焦车(9)轨道平行或与其垂直,其特征在于:除尘装置(10)由结构框架(3)、除尘板(4)、除尘管(5)和喷嘴(6)组成,除尘板(4)设置在结构框架(3)上,按与水平面45~60°的角度放置;除尘管(5)上设有均匀布置的多个喷嘴(6),除尘管(5)与除尘板(4)平行布置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高效除尘熄焦塔,其特征在于:除尘板(4)由多个异型折流片(11)、螺柱(12)、挡块(13)、挡块(14)、挡块(15)、挡块夹紧螺母(16)组成,异型折流片(11)中部设有孔,螺柱(12)从异型折流片(11)中部孔中通过,各异型折流片(11)之间用挡块(14)分隔开并固定,除尘板(4)两端的异型折流片(11)外侧设有挡块(13)和挡块(15)并通过挡块夹紧螺母(16)夹紧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高效除尘熄焦塔,其特征在于:除尘板(4)为多个,每个除尘板(4)两端通过螺柱(12)与结构框架(3)连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高效除尘熄焦塔,其特征在于:所述的除尘装置(10)为单级布置或两级布置,两级布置时,一级除尘装置与二级除尘装置平行或成90°角交叉设置。
