本发明是膨胀胶使用方法上的一种突破。主要用于建筑,桥梁,堤坝,矿山,矿井的施工和生产中。可将在一定距离之内的两个或两个以上的物体粘合在一起。用于固定物件,如锚杆、注水管道的固定,也用于堵漏、填缝、粘合。解决了膨胀胶的使用必须在现场机械合成的问题,把制造合成与使用巧妙地结合起来,同时解决了浪费和施工部位难以到达的问题。使用时撕开封条(4),把袋平展开,衝开隔离(3),使内袋(1)和内袋(2)中的物料混合,以手动方式揉攥,将袋放置到作业部位即可。

技术领域
所述发明提供一种膨胀剂自爆袋,主要用于建筑,桥梁,矿山,堤坝,矿山,矿井中物件如锚杆、注水管道的固定及填堵、填缝、粘合。
技术背景
所谓膨胀胶必须具备两个基本特征:既要有具有很强的粘合性又要具有很好的膨胀性。即具有可将在一定距离内两个或两个以上的互不接触的物体粘合成一体的特征。目前公知的所谓“膨胀胶”要么黏性差,例如单组份的聚氨酯填缝剂,虽然具备膨胀的特性,但其黏合力不足以称为“胶”。另外的一种情况是目前市场上普遍用于喷涂或保温材料的双组份聚氨酯显然就其用途和黏性而言都不可称其为膨胀胶。由于膨胀胶必须在使用现场合成,而这种合成必须由机械实现,因此,其使用价值无法很好的体现。由于膨胀胶的这种制造合成与使用的连续不可分性,严格的说,现成的膨胀胶并不存在。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,所述发明提供一种把膨胀胶的现场合成与使用巧妙地结合起来的膨胀胶自爆袋。所述发明解决其技术问题所采的技术方案是:将一个铝塑薄膜制成的长方形的或圆柱形袋在其中间部位从内部造成一隔离层,或者采用外部隔开的手段,形成相对独立的两个袋,或一个较大的袋中包含一个较小的袋,两个袋分别装有特定的异氰酸酯和特殊聚醚。这样,两类物质既共存于一个袋中,又相互隔开互不接触,避免产生化学反应。使用时只需冲开或打开中间部位的隔离层或采用压迫的方法,使较大的袋中所包含的较小的袋破裂,用手揉攥,把该袋放置在作业部位即可膨胀自爆。本发明的有益效果是:采用特定的异氰酸酯和特殊聚醚,水发泡,环保,无需机械操作和高压气体,因而节能。更突出的特点是与现有粗放的机械作业相比节料数倍,施工成本也数倍下降,而施工效果却大大提高。另外,所述膨胀胶自爆袋可以放置在难以施工的作业部位。

具体实施方式
作业时首先将封条撕开,把袋水平展开,一手握住袋的一端,另一只手用力冲开两个内袋之间的隔离层,使两种物料混合。再将袋提起,使物料集中在袋的中下部。将袋的上部向下折返与袋的中下部重叠。双手用力迅速揉攥8-10次并将袋置放在到作业部位即可膨胀自爆。

Claims (2)

1.一种把膨胀胶的现场合成与使用结合起来的膨胀胶自爆袋,其特征是:膨胀胶自爆袋的材质为铝塑薄膜结合构成,其形状为长方形或圆柱形,在其中间部位从内部或外部隔开,形成两个相对独立的袋,分别装有膨胀胶的两种物料,特定的异氰酸酯和特殊聚醚,使用时冲开或打开两个袋间的隔离,用手揉攥,使两种物料混合,物料膨胀,膨胀胶自爆袋实现自爆,自爆出的物料可将一定距离内两个或两个以上互相不接触的物体粘合成一体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种把膨胀胶的现场合成与使用结合起来的膨胀胶自爆袋,其特征是:膨胀胶自爆袋可以放置在难以施工的部位。
