本发明公开了一种螺杆式打料装置,它包括电机、螺杆、其侧壁上开有进液口并且底部设置有开口的打料泵壳体、与所述打料泵壳体相连的工字座、上部输料管,打料泵壳体设置在打料泵托罩内,所述的托罩底壁上具有突起,所述的突起插在所述的打料泵壳体的底部开口内以密封所述的开口;所述的打料泵壳体下部侧壁上开有出料口,在所述的出料口处斜向上设置有一个斜输料管,所述的斜输料管顶部的壳体上设置有斜输料管法兰,所述的斜输料管的顶部出口端与所述的上部输料管的入料端以插入形式相连并在该连接处设置有管路锁紧装置。本发明装置整机重量轻便,便于拆装和维护、结构简单、便于清渣、定位灵活性高、备件更换成本低。

螺杆式打料装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种螺杆式打料装置,本装置是用在冷式压铸行业中与熔炉配套实现定量给料的装置,主要应用于镁合金冷式压铸领域中。
背景技术
目前在冷式压铸机与熔炉自动联机领域中,尤其是冷式镁合金压铸行业中,普遍使用的泵体有两种结构,其中一种是通过在坩埚内设置开孔,并外接输料装置的方式提供定量给料功能,其缺点是:因受到此结构的限制,料液的输送方式只能是靠液位差使料液在输料装置内流动,流动速度慢,容易堵料;另一种是从坩埚上部安装定量给料装置,各液压、活塞或电机,实现定量给料功能,目前这种给料技术主要由日本、加拿大等部分公司掌握,该种方式也存在一定的不足:装置重量大,不便于维护、结构复杂,不易清渣、部分备件寿命较低可是其更换费用却较高,增加了企业维修成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种螺杆式打料装置,本装置整机重量轻便,便于拆装和维护、结构简单、便于清渣、定位灵活性高、备件更换成本低。
本发明的螺杆式打料装置,它包括电机、螺杆、其侧壁上开有进液口并且底部设置有开口的打料泵壳体、与所述打料泵壳体相连的工字座、上部输料管,所述的电机的杆头通过联轴节与所述的螺杆的轴头相连,所述的电机通过电机底板固定在所述的工字座上部,所述的打料泵壳体设置在打料泵托罩内,所述的托罩底壁上具有突起,所述的突起插在所述的打料泵壳体的底部开口内以密封所述的开口;所述的打料泵壳体下部侧壁上开有出料口,在所述的出料口处斜向上设置有一个斜输料管,所述的斜输料管顶部的壳体上设置有斜输料管法兰,所述的斜输料管的顶部出口端与所述的上部输料管的入料端以插入形式相连并在该连接处设置有管路锁紧装置,所述的上部输料管的两个出口管端分别以螺纹形式连接有清渣螺栓,所述的上部输料管外包有保温结构。
本发明装置整机重量轻便,便于拆装和维护、结构简单、便于清渣、定位灵活性高、备件更换成本低。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作以详细描述。
如图所示本发明的螺杆式打料装置,它包括电机12、螺杆3、其侧壁上开有进液口并且底部设置有开口的打料泵壳体2、与所述打料泵壳体相连的工字座4、上部输料管17,所述的电机12的杆头8通过联轴节7与所述的螺杆3的轴头6相连,所述的电机12通过电机底板9固定在所述的工字座4上部,所述的打料泵壳体2设置在打料泵托罩1内,所述的托罩底壁上具有突起,所述的突起插在所述的打料泵壳体的底部开口内以密封所述的开口;所述的打料泵壳体2下部侧壁上开有出料口,在所述的出料口处斜向上设置有一个斜输料管,所述的斜输料管顶部的壳体上设置有斜输料管法兰,所述的斜输料管的顶部出口端与所述的上部输料管17的入料端以插入形式相连并在该连接处设置有管路锁紧装置,所述的上部输料管的两个出口管端分别以螺纹形式连接有清渣螺栓20,所述的上部输料管外包有保温结构。所述的管路锁紧装置可以为包括固定在所述上部输料管入料端处管外壁上的限位环29、内部开有孔、外部设置有外螺纹的螺杆27、与所述螺杆以螺纹相连接的螺母28、分别具有彼此对置设置的一个侧端面及一个上限位顶面的两个卡槽30,所述的卡槽30固定在所述的打料泵壳体2上,在所述螺杆27的顶部焊有旋盘,所述的旋盘、螺杆27套在位于限位环29上部的上部输料管17上,螺母28套在位于限位环29上部及所述的卡槽30上限位顶面之间的所述的上部输料管17上,所述的螺杆27的内孔与所述的上部输料管17的管壁之间留有间隙,所述的螺母28能够在所述的两个卡槽30之间转动并具有与所述的每个卡槽的每个侧端面及上限位顶面相压紧配合的两个侧面以及一个上顶面。所述的保温结构可以包括缠绕在所述的上部输料管17管壁外的加热丝15,所述的加热丝外覆盖有保温材料16,所述的保温材料外罩有上输料管外罩18。
本螺杆式打料装置,属设备的配套装置,需要安装在镁合金熔化保温炉的坩埚盖的上方,首先将打料泵托罩1安放在坩埚盖的预留孔上,然后将打料泵外壳2放入打料泵托罩1内,用固定螺栓5将工字座4固定在打料泵外壳2上;使用螺栓14将手轮13锁紧在电机12的轴上端,使用固定螺栓10将电机12固定在电机底板9上,接着依自下至上的顺序将螺杆3、轴头6、联轴节7、杆头8、电机12连接起来;然后将连接好的部件自上方穿入工字座4,并与工字座4顶部用螺栓11固定。
在使用时用销轴22将输料管卡具21将销轴22和U型架23连接起来,用轴承24将U型架23和手臂25连接起来,用固定螺母26将连接好的装置与炉体上的坩埚盖连接起来,并调整至合适的角度。
螺杆27为由具有外螺纹的圆管与转盘通过板材料焊接而成的,螺母28是具有内螺纹孔的一个特殊环的孔板,螺杆与螺母为螺纹连接形式;将螺杆27通过螺纹扭入螺母28上,将螺杆27套入输料管17如图1所示的位置,螺杆27与输料管17为光孔配合,两者间可以保留1-3毫米的间隙,然后将限位环29焊接在输料管17如图1所示的位置,将清渣螺栓20扭入并扭紧输料管17的出口两端,将加热丝15缠绕在输料管17的外壁上,将保温材料16覆盖在加热丝15的外面,用输料管外罩18将保温材料16罩起来,并用紧固螺栓19将输料管外罩18锁紧。
将卡槽30焊接在打料泵外壳上如图1、图3、图4所示位置。
设备在使用时移动输料管外罩18将上部输料管17放在上部输料管卡具21上,调整上部输料管17入料端(如图1所示指的是上部输料管17的左端)调至卡槽30的上方,然后旋转螺母28的方向如图4所示,将上部输料管17的入料端向下压入卡槽30之间的斜输料管的出口端内,顺时针旋转转盘,使螺母28与卡槽30锁紧如图5所示。
上部输料管17在使用时重新定位的方法:逆时针旋转转盘,拆下此部件,松下固定螺母26将手臂25、销轴22、输料管卡具21、U型架23整体旋转,并调整新位置,然后锁紧螺母26,然后移动上部输料管外罩18将上部输料管17放在上部输料管卡具21上,调整上部输料管17入料端(如图1所示指的是上部输料管17的左端)调至卡槽30的上方,然后旋转螺母28的方向,将上部输料管17的入料端向下压入位于卡槽30之间的斜输料管的出口端内,顺时针旋转转盘27,使螺母28与卡槽30锁紧。
上部输料管17内部的清理方法:拆下清渣螺栓20,然后直接使用清理刷即可,必要时可拆下上部输料管17,不需拆下上部输料管外罩18,即可完成。
泵体部分清渣时,只要将打料泵外壳2从打料泵托罩内去除,露出外壳底部的开口即可进行单独的清理从而完成整个清理任务,此零件的重量轻、不需使用吊装设备。
镁液在上部输料管17内的工艺温度为680±5℃,常压下,镁液的熔化温度在650℃,即上部输料管17内的镁液始终处于液体状态,这样基本杜绝了镁液的堵料现象、设备稳定性更好。

1.螺杆式打料装置,其特征在于:它包括电机、螺杆、其侧壁上开有进液口并且底部设置有开口的打料泵壳体、与所述打料泵壳体相连的工字座、上部输料管,所述的电机的杆头通过联轴节与所述的螺杆的轴头相连,所述的电机通过电机底板固定在所述的工字座上部,所述的打料泵壳体设置在打料泵托罩内,所述的托罩底壁上具有突起,所述的突起插在所述的打料泵壳体的底部开口内以密封所述的开口;所述的打料泵壳体下部侧壁上开有出料口,在所述的出料口处斜向上设置有一个斜输料管,所述的斜输料管顶部的壳体上设置有斜输料管法兰,所述的斜输料管的顶部出口端与所述的上部输料管的入料端以插入形式相连并在该连接处设置有管路锁紧装置,所述的上输料管的两个出口管端分别以螺纹形式连接有清渣螺栓,所述的上部输料管外包有保温结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的螺杆式打料装置,其特征在于:所述的管路锁紧装置包括固定在所述上输料管入料端处管壁上的限位环、内部开有孔、外部设置有外螺纹的螺杆、与所述螺杆以螺纹相连接的螺母、分别具有彼此对置设置的一个侧端面及一个上限位顶面的两个卡槽,所述的卡槽固定在所述的打料泵外壳上,在所述螺杆的顶部焊有旋盘,所述的旋盘、螺杆、螺母套在所述的位于限位环上部的上输料管上,所述的螺母位于限位环上部及所述的卡槽上限位顶面之间,所述的螺杆的内孔与所述的上输料管的管壁之间留有间隙,所述的螺母能够在所述的两个卡槽之间转动并具有与所述的每个卡槽的每个侧端面及上限位顶面相压紧配合的两个侧面以及一个上顶面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的螺杆式打料装置,其特征在于:所述的保温结构包括缠绕在所述的上部输料管管壁外的加热丝,所述的加热丝外覆盖有保温材料,所述的保温材料外罩有上输料管外罩。
