本发明公开了一种磁头长形条脱胶夹具,包括一基板,基板上表面设有一排隔墙,相邻隔墙间形成收容槽,所述每个隔墙均具有上细下粗的结构。所述隔墙可为锥台结构或锥体结构。所述隔墙包括两个侧面,其中仅有一个侧面为斜面。所述隔墙包括两个侧面,两侧面间的夹角在15度到80度的范围内。上述磁头长形条脱胶夹具可节约空间、并可安全稳妥地收容脱胶后的磁头长形条。

Description

一种磁头长形条脱胶夹具
技术领域
本发明涉及一种磁头(slider)的制造设备,尤其涉及一种由若干磁头结构体构成的磁头长形条(slider row bar)的脱胶夹具(de-bond fixture)。
背景技术
磁盘驱动器是一种常见的信息存储装置,其通过磁性介质存储数据,并通过一个位于所述磁性介质上的磁头选择性地从所述磁性介质读取或写入数据。
目前,磁头的加工过程是这样的:将一片晶片(wafer)切割成若干长形条(row bar);然后对所述长形条进行表面处理(如研磨)及形状处理(如形成表面拱起);接着,使用环氧胶(epoxy)将所述长形条粘接在一起并放置在治具(jig)上进行图案(pattern)形成工艺;随后,使用溶剂,例如N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)溶解所述长形条及治具表面上的环氧胶,从而使所述长形条脱胶;最后,将所述脱胶后的长形条切割成单个磁头体并经过表面加工而最终形成磁头。
下面就长形条脱胶工序进行具体解释。如图3及图4所示,一排长形条20藉由粘结剂(未标示)粘结在一起并粘在一个治具30上,由于粘结剂的存在,所述相邻长形条20之间形成一个间隙22,该间隙22的宽度通常大约为60微米。然后,将治具30及附于其上的一排长形条20倒过来并浸入用于溶解粘结剂的溶剂中,进行脱胶。脱胶完成后,如图5A及图5B所示,一条条长形条20便被分离出来,并由一个平面脱胶夹具100接收分离出来的长形条20。
然而,参考图5B,使用这种脱胶方法分离出来的长形条20容易相互叠压在一起,这样极易损伤长形条20,从而影响经过后续程序加工出来的磁头的质量,进而影响磁头的读写性能。
为了解决上述问题,制造商提供了一种间隔墙脱胶夹具40用于接受分离出来的长形条20。如图6所示,该夹具40上表面凸伸出一排矩形导墙42,矩形导墙42的宽度小于相邻长形条20间的间隙22(参图4),相邻导墙42间的间隔等于一个长形条20的宽度。当长形条20脱胶时,其将一一对准并落入由相邻导墙42构成的收容槽45中并被导墙42隔开,从而防止长形条20之间相互叠压。
然而,由于这种间隔墙脱胶夹具40的导墙42的厚度太薄,例如小于60微米,因此极易被损坏。另外,所述导墙42稍有歪斜,长形条20便不能顺利落入由相邻导墙42构成的收容槽45中,这样,长形条20仍有可能发生叠压现象。
有鉴于此,提供一种磁头长形条脱胶夹具以克服上述缺点实为必要。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的是针对上述现有技术存在的缺陷而提供一种可节约空间、并安全稳妥地收容脱胶后的磁头长形条的磁头长形条脱胶夹具。
为实现本发明的上述目的,一种磁头长形条脱胶夹具包括一基板,基板上表面设有一排隔墙,相邻隔墙间形成收容槽,所述每个隔墙均具有上细下粗的结构。由于隔墙具有上细下粗的结构,从而使得收容槽上大下小,方便将长形条导入收容槽中,进而有效防止相邻长形条发生叠压现象;另一方面由于隔墙底部宽于顶部,因而使得隔墙的强度得到加强,不易因碰撞及长期浸泡于溶剂中而变形;再者,所述隔墙具有上细下粗的结构,从而使得其以斜面承载长形条,与水平面相比,夹具的宽度可设计的更小,所以可节省空间。
在本发明一个实施例中,所述隔墙优选为锥体结构,这样可以节省更多的空间。当然,所述隔墙亦可为锥台结构。在本发明又一个实施例中,所述隔墙包括两个侧面,其中仅有一个侧面为斜面。所述隔墙的另一个侧面设计为竖直面是为了将其作为基准面,从而方便将长形条与收容槽相对准。
在本发明中,所述隔墙包括两个侧面,两侧面间的夹角在15度到80度的范围内,以便更方便地将磁头长形条导入收容槽。
在本发明中,所述磁头长形条脱胶夹具最好由防静电材料制成,以便防止制造过程中产生静电放电对长形条的损害。

具体实施方式
为详细说明本发明之技术内容、构造特征、所达成目的及功效,以下例举实施例并配合图式详予说明。
本发明的实质在于提供一种磁头长形条脱胶夹具,该夹具包括一基板,基板上表面设有一排隔墙,相邻隔墙间形成收容槽,所述每个隔墙均具有上细下粗的结构。由于隔墙具有上细下粗的结构,因而形成的收容槽的开口上大下小,从而易于收容落下的相邻磁头长形条并不致于发生叠压现象。
参考图1和2,根据本发明一个实施例,一种磁头长形条脱胶夹具10包括基板12,基板12的上表面14上设有一排隔墙16,相邻隔墙16间形成收容槽18。在该实施例中,所述每个隔墙16的形状相同,每一隔墙16的两侧面中一侧面为斜面19,另一侧面为竖直面91,从而使隔墙16由下往上渐渐变尖,并使得一排隔墙16整体呈锯齿状。在该实施例中,如图2所示,所述隔墙16为锥体结构,即其截面呈三角形,所述锥体隔墙16两侧面间的夹角可在15度到80度的范围内取值,只要满足长形条20可沿斜面19进入收容槽18中即可。
当对长形条20进行脱胶时,参考图1和5A,首先把治具30及粘结于其上的一排长形条20浸入用于溶解粘结剂的溶剂中,并提供所述磁头长形条脱胶夹具10;然后将长形条20与夹具10上形成的收容槽22一一对准;当长形条20脱离治具30后,长形条20首先接触所述隔墙16的斜面19的顶端并倾斜,进而收容于相应收容槽18中。
从图1可清楚看到,长形条20脱胶后被一个一个地排列在夹具10上,并分别被隔墙16隔开,不致发生叠压现象。由于隔墙16具有上细下粗的结构,从而使得收容槽18上大下小,并方便将长形条20导入收容槽18中,进而有效防止相邻长形条20发生叠压现象;另一方面由于隔墙16底部宽于顶部,因而使得隔墙16的强度得到加强,不易因碰撞及长期浸泡于溶剂中而变形,再者,以斜面19承载长形条20,与水平面相比,夹具的宽度可设计的更小,所以可节省空间。
所述隔墙16的一个侧面91设计为竖直面是为了将其作为基准面,从而方便将长形条20与收容槽18相对准。可以理解,所述隔墙16的两个侧面也可以都设计为斜面。
参考图2A,在本发明另一实施例中,一种磁头长形条脱胶夹具50的隔墙52还可以设计为锥台结构,可以理解,该种夹具50可以达成与上述夹具10同样的功能与效果。同样,所述锥体隔墙52两侧面间的夹角也可在15度到80度的范围内取值。
在本发明中,所述磁头长形条脱胶夹具最好由防静电材料制成,以便防止制造过程中产生静电放电对长形条20的损害。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明磁头长形条脱胶夹具的较佳实施例而已,当然不能以此来限定本发明之权利范围,因此依本发明申请专利范围所作的等同变化,仍属本发明所涵盖的范围。

Claims (6)

1.一种磁头长形条脱胶夹具,包括一基板,基板上表面设有一排隔墙,相邻隔墙间形成收容槽,其特征在于:所述每个隔墙均具有上细下粗的结构。
2.如权利要求1所述的长形条脱胶夹具,其特征在于:所述隔墙为锥台结构。
3.如权利要求1所述的长形条脱胶夹具,其特征在于:所述隔墙为锥体结构。
4.如权利要求1所述的长形条脱胶夹具,其特征在于:所述隔墙包括两个侧面,其中仅有一个侧面为斜面。
5.如权利要求1所述的长形条脱胶夹具,其特征在于:所述隔墙包括两个侧面,两侧面间的夹角在15度到80度的范围内。
6.如权利要求1所述的长形条脱胶夹具,其特征在于:所述磁头长形条脱胶夹具由防静电材料制成。
