Abstract
本发明涉及一种液压链条张紧器,其容纳逆弹簧支承的链条张紧器活塞(4)的高压室(3)与张紧器的供油室(2)连接,该供油室与发动机的油路连接,其中,在向链条张紧器的供油上,特别是在供油室(2)的壁上安装过压阀(8),其打开压力与张紧器的期望供油压力相配合。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种液压链条张紧器,其容纳逆弹簧支承的链条张紧器活塞的高压室与张紧器的供油室连接,该供油室与发动机的油路连接。
背景技术
链条张紧器通常特别是在冷发动机或者高转速情况下所供给的有时很高的供油压力影响链条张紧器活塞并导致链条张紧器活塞的预张力提高并因此造成平均更高的链条力。由此不仅提高传动装置上的摩擦并对噪声状态产生不利影响,而且还使磨损状态变得恶化。
随着链条花纹图形构成的日益增加,这些存在的问题更加突出,其中,特别值得关注的是额外还要增加链条长度。
虽然已经有人提出将发动机油路上的压力通过阀门限制在最大值上,但是该压力对链条张紧器来说仍然很高,因为油路上的常用压力处于5bar的数量级上,而为确保链条张紧器的功能0.5bar就已经足够。
发明内容
本发明的目的因此在于,这样构成开头所述类型的液压链条张紧器,使其在结构简单和运行可靠的情况下实现链条张紧器活塞较小的预张力。
该目的依据本发明由此得以实现,即在链条张紧器供油室的壁上安装过压阀,其打开压力与张紧器的期望供油压力相配合。
通过将张紧器供油室内的油压这样下调并恒定保持在低于发动机油路高油压的数值上,在活塞的压力室内也形成相应降低的油压,从而可以利用降低的链条张力进行工作。
在此方面特别具有优点的是过压阀这样构成和设置,使流出的油束用于润滑链条,从而在无附加特殊开支的情况下(用于润滑链条的喷油嘴迄今已经公知,但不能在本发明的意义上使用)可以利用仅一个设置达到两个目标,即一次将链条张紧器的供油压力下调到更低的恒定压力上并润滑链条。
在此方面,最后在本发明的框架内在发动机油路与张紧器的供油室之间的连接管道上安装节流阀,其中,最终是发动机侧具有节流阀还是安装在张紧器外壳上并无关紧要。通过该节流阀达到依据本发明的过压阀的功能不受来自发动机油路中的油方面过大供给的阻碍并最终不影响可靠性。

具体实施方式
在链条张紧器外壳1内设置供油室2,它与高压室3连接,里面支承链条张紧器活塞4附加通过螺旋压簧5预张紧。在链条张紧器活塞4由于链条传动装置内的张紧力提高而弹入的情况下,高压室3内的油首先作为弹出的因素使用,因为弹簧5对此强度不够。油从高压室3流出进入供油室2受到球阀6及阀座7的阻止。依据本发明供油室具有过压阀8,该阀穿过供油室2的壁并具有作为喷油嘴构成的油孔9,该油孔这样设置,使其用于润滑未示出的链条,该链条通过链条张紧器活塞4液压张紧。
附图中的10处表示与发动机油路的节流阀连接,也就是说,或者在张紧器外壳1上或者在发动机上或者在处于其间的连接位置上安装节流阀,防止从发动机油路向供油室2内过强供油,因此过压阀的功能不受过强再供油流的影响。

Claims (3)
1.液压链条张紧器,其容纳逆弹簧支承的链条张紧器活塞的高压室与张紧器的供油室连接,该供油室与发动机的油路连接,其特征在于,在向链条张紧器的供油中,特别是在供油室(2)的壁上安装过压阀(8),其打开压力与张紧器的期望供油压力相配合。
2.按权利要求1所述的链条张紧器,其中,过压阀(8)这样构成和设置,使流出的油束用于润滑链条。
3.按权利要求1或2所述的链条张紧器,其中,在发动机油路与张紧器的供油室(2)之间的连接管道上安装节流阀(10)。
