Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种化妆器具，该化妆器具包括两个各具有一柄的涂敷器，每个涂敷器插入各自的容器中，每个容器具有一设有外螺纹的容器颈部，在所述容器颈部上旋拧有相应的接合部件，两个容器由旋拧好的同时用作闭合帽的所述接合部件利用卡扣式连接经由一接合套管可脱开地相互连接在一起。
背景技术
从DE 10213643 A1中已知这种类型的化妆器具。已经证明这种已知的化妆器具在实际应用中效果很好。它使得可以将可用于涂敷的两个不同的涂敷器和/或化妆用品制造成在同一个器具中。一方面，中央接合套管用于连接两个用于化妆用品的容器。另一方面，它形成一装饰表面，这从整体上显著改善了器具的外观。
从DE 10039490 A1、DE 19733290 A1、US 5,509,742 B1、GB 123639A1和US 3,690,777中还已知类似的化妆器具。
在这种类型的器具中存在这样的问题，即在由塑料通过注塑成型而制成的接合套管的壁具有较大厚度的区域内，由于注塑成型工艺，在外观上可看到很明显的表面波度，这会损害美观性。
发明内容
以此作为出发点，本发明基于这样的目的，即改善这种类型的已知化妆器具的外观，同时保留其在制造和操作方面的优点。
根据本发明，该目的以这样的方式来实现，即卡扣式连接包括一位于接合套管内侧的第一锁定凸缘，所述锁定凸缘设置在接合套管的外端区域内。
这种类型的化妆器具允许通过常规机器填充化妆用品，并且为消费者提供了这样的选择，即根据个人喜好单独使用两个器具或者在购买时将它们组合在一起，以满足个人的愿望和需要。
然而，此外，根据本发明，通过在前缘区域内设置第一锁定凸缘使得所述区域内的表面波度显著减少，或至少使表面波度看起来很不明显，这会惊奇地导致在接合套管的尤其是中央区域内在外侧完全没有表面波度。
有利地，将第一锁定凸缘设置成离接合套管的相应前端的距离小于5mm。
在一优选实施例中，处于咬合状态的第一锁定凸缘可搭叠在接合部件的对应前端上并相应地卡在那里，从而不需要与锁定凸缘相对应的单独的锁定槽。
在另一实施例中，一第二锁定凸缘与相应接合套管的对应的锁定槽相配合。
在该实施例中，第二锁定凸缘可具有与插入和卡入方向成斜角的端部区域，以便于插入和卡入过程的进行，而逆着插入方向可设置一与接合套管的纵向轴线成大约90°角延伸的部分，以便在咬合状态下增加锁定强度。

具体实施方式
附图中所示化妆器具1包括：各用于一化妆用品例如睫毛膏的两个容器2、3；两个分别具有一杯状部分6、7的接合部件4、5，所述接合部件4、5远离杯底延伸；在相应末端设有涂敷器10、11的柄8、9。由于接合部件4、5设计相同，所以下面只对图1中的下部区域内所示的标记为II的区域进行更详细的说明。
从图2可见，容器3具有设有外螺纹13的容器颈部12。接合部件5在其杯状部分7上具有与所述螺纹13相对应的内螺纹，从而接合部件5同时用作用于容器3的闭合装置。
接合部件5咬合在接合套管14中，该接合套管14具有横向延伸的分隔底部15并且构造成相对于自身成镜面对称。
图3示出接合套管14具有一“凸起的”锁定凸缘16(第一锁定凸缘)。沿着远离接合套管14的前端17的方向与锁定凸缘16相邻的是锁定槽18，在该锁定槽18中可卡入接合部件的周向锁定凸缘19(第二锁定凸缘)。锁定凸缘19具有沿锁定方向(箭头20)位于前方的斜角区域21，以及沿锁定方向位于后方的基本上垂直于接合套管14的纵向轴线延伸的区域22。这有助于卡入过程的进行并增加锁定强度。
图4至6所示的实施例与根据图1至3的实施例具有相同的基本结构，所以在此可参考上述说明。
相对于上述实施例，只有接合套管14′如此进行了改动，使得锁定凸缘16′直接形成在前端17上，且分隔底部15的顶表面和锁定凸缘16′的顶点区域之间的距离A被设定成，当接合部件4、5卡入时，一方面它移动到抵靠分隔底部15的端部止挡，并且同时锁定凸缘16′卡在接合部件4、5的前端23上，即在该实施例的情况下，在相应的接合部件4、5上无需设置单独的锁定槽18。

Claims (8)

1.一种化妆器具，该化妆器具包括两个各具有一柄的涂敷器，每个涂敷器插入各自的容器中，每个容器(2，3)具有一设有外螺纹(13)的容器颈部(12)，在所述容器颈部(12)上旋拧有相应的接合部件(4，5)，两个容器(2，3)由旋拧好的同时用作闭合帽的所述接合部件利用卡扣式连接经由一接合套管(14′)可脱开地相互连接在一起，所述化妆器具的特征在于，所述卡扣式连接包括设置在所述接合套管(14，14′)的外端区域内位于所述接合套管(14，14′)内侧的第一锁定凸缘(16，16′)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的化妆器具，其特征在于，所述第一锁定凸缘(16，16′)设置成离所述接合套管(14，14′)的相应前端(17)的距离小于5mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的化妆器具，其特征在于，处于咬合状态的所述第一锁定凸缘(16，16′)搭叠在所述接合部件(4，5)的相应前端(23)上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的化妆器具，其特征在于，一位于所述接合部件上的第二锁定凸缘(19)与相应接合套管(14，14′)的对应的锁定槽(18)相配合。
5.根据权利要求4所述的化妆器具，其特征在于，所述第二锁定凸缘(19)具有与插入和卡入方向(20)成斜角的端部区域(21)。
6.根据权利要求4所述的化妆器具，其特征在于，所述第二锁定凸缘(19)在与插入方向(20)相反的方向上具有一与所述接合套管(14)的纵向轴线成大约90°角延伸的部分(22)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的化妆器具，其特征在于，所述接合部件(4，5)具有螺距在1.0至8mm之间的螺纹。
