Abstract

为了保证可重新接上的连接套管的组合电缆或组合导线的正常工作,使单独芯线屏蔽的连接能经受高的拉伸应力,把连接套管两端屏蔽金属线(3)装在压力套管(9,10)里,压力套管(9,10)通过铜线(11)彼此连接,这组铜线由编织成辫形的细金属绞合线组成(12,13,14)。

Description

为了给大型设备如矿山工程上的挖掘机和传送带等供应能源,使用了所谓的组合电缆和组合导线,其输电电压为1-3万伏,因此具有多个单独的屏蔽芯线。有时,在这些电缆或导线的线路中安装了连接套管,套管结构很适合于电缆的结构,所以套管能和电缆或电线一起绕上绕下。
在现有的、连接组合电缆的两部份导线的连接套管上,电缆芯线的屏蔽金属线捆在连接套管的两端。这些金属线束放进相互连接的芯线空隙里,同时,电线两端的相应的金属线束通过切口套管或压力套管相互连接。(DE-GM    74    42    643)现有的这种套管构造存在着这样的危险,即:在拉伸应力的影响下,成束的屏蔽金属线会从压力套管或切口套管里拉出来。
本发明的目的是,在现有的套管结构中,通过屏蔽连接结构的相应设计,使绞合成束的屏蔽金属线在拉伸应力的影响下不会从压力套管或切口套管里拉出来。该目的是通过改进结构的办法达到的,即把屏蔽金属线插入切口套管或压力套管的连接套管的两端,为了接通在空隙里的两个切口套管或压力套管,安装了一组铜线,这组铜线由编织成辫形的细的或极细金属绞合线组成。
根据发明,铜线可以延伸至很长,这就保证了它在电线或电缆拉伸应力很高的情况下,在连接套管里不会被从切口套管或压力套管里拉出来。因此,也就排除了导线输电情况下的故障因素并节省了费用很高的维修工作。
这种新的连接套管的结构在图中已经给出。
图中画的是一连接套管,将组合电缆的两部分导线(1)和(2)彼此连接起来。电缆芯线4,5,6和7的屏蔽金属线3与 芯线分开,在连接套管的两端组成金属线束8,并固定在切口套管或压力套管9或10里。线束和压力套管被放进芯线4和5或6和7之间的相应的空隙里。以同样的方式,相应的线束和压力套管也被放进芯线的其它空隙。在压力套管9和10之间安装了铜线11,铜线两端挤压在套管9和10上。铜线11由三股细金属绞合线12,13和14组成,并编织成松散的辫子形状。所以铜线11可以拉长。

Claims (1)

1、带有可重新接上的连接套管的组合电缆或组合导线为了连接两根电缆或导线,具有多个单独的屏蔽芯线,同时芯线的屏蔽线在连接套管里成束,并被放进芯线的空隙里,借助于切口套管或压力套管上下排列彼此连接着。
其特征是:
屏蔽金属线3总是在连接套管的两端被插入切口套管(9,10)或压力套管中,而且为了接通在空隙的两个切口套管或压力套管(9,10),安装了一组铜线(11),这组铜线由编织成辫形的细金属绞合线组成(12,13,14)。
