本发明涉及挤塑机的鞋底模具控制技术,特别是一种鞋底挤塑机的自动翻转模架。它包含上模座、下模座、合模油缸、翻转油缸、支臂、翻臂,其中,支臂下端固定连接在合模油缸的缸筒上,支臂上端与翻臂身铰接,翻臂一端与上模座固定连接,另一端与翻转油缸中的活塞杆铰接。其目的是设计一种能够自动翻模且开模空间大的自动翻转模架。与现有技术相比,具有开模行程短、翻模速度快,清理型框、卸料方便,结构简单,制造方便,成本低等优点。

本发明涉及挤塑机的鞋底模具控制技术,特别是一种鞋底注塑机的自动翻转模架。
背景技术
现有的单色塑胶鞋底大多是在圆盘机上生产,其模具安装座包含上模座和下模座,下模座的上边通过活页销连接上模座。合模注料后,通过手动翻转上模座。其不足之处:一是需人工翻模,劳动强度大、生产效率不高;同时圆盘机的工位旋转形式,也不可能承载较大的载何;二是转动稳定性差;三是模具定位不够理想,合模精度不高。
为此,专利号为200520117594.0的模具旋转定位机构提出一种能够对模板实现自动翻模的技术解决方案,它包含上模座、下模座、合模缸,液压缸、齿轮齿条传动机构,合模缸中的中活塞杆经过渡连接板连接格林柱,上模座两端支承在格林柱的支称架上,齿条与液压缸中的活塞相连接,齿轮与上模座一端固定连接。注塑机注料完毕开模时,在合模缸的作用下,通过四格林柱推动上模座相对下模座作向上移动,实现自动开模;然后根据生产双色和单色塑胶鞋底的不同需要,通过液压缸、齿轮齿条传动机构带动上模座实现自动旋转进行第二次(第二色)注料工序(对于生产单色塑胶鞋底不必对上模座进行旋转)。虽然该技术方案能够解决自动翻模的问题,但由于受开模行程及上模座位置的制约,上模座和下模座之间不可能形成较大的开模空间,不方便卸料清理型框等后继工序的处理。如果增大开模行程,势必增大设备的高度,增加机器的制造成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的是设计一种能够自动翻模且开模空间大的自动翻转模架。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用以下技术解决方案:一种自动翻转模架,包含上模座、下模座、合模油缸,其特征在于它还包含翻转油缸、支臂、翻臂,其中,支臂下端固定连接在合模油缸的缸筒上,支臂上端与翻臂身铰接,翻臂一端与上模座固定连接,另一端与翻转油缸中的活塞杆铰接。
由于上模座在翻转油缸、翻臂的带动下,上模座可绕支臂上端点旋转翻开;上模座旋转翻开后,使上模座、下模座之间位置发生根本变化,由原先处于平摆中间位置,经过90°翻转至竖立于一侧,使中间位置完全空开,从而实现自动翻模且开模空间大的目的。

具体实施方式
如图1一图2所示,本实施例包含上模座(13)、下模座(16)、合模油缸(1)、翻转油缸(5)、支臂(4)、翻臂(9),其中,支臂(4)下端固定连接在合模油缸(1)的缸筒(17)上,支臂(4)上端通过支轴(8)与翻臂(9)身铰接,翻臂(9)一端通过螺钉(11)及圆柱销(12)与上模座(13)固定连接,另一端通过拉轴(10)与翻转油缸(5)中的活塞杆(7)铰接。翻转油缸(5)通过座轴(3)铰接在支座(2)上。此外,上、下鞋底模具(14)、(15)分别安装在上模座(13)和下模座(16)上。
工作时,先退下合模油缸开模,下模座(16)下行,再启动翻转油缸(5)。当活塞(6)下行时,通过活塞杆(7)拉动翻臂(9),促使翻臂(9)绕支轴(8)作逆时针转动。同时,推动翻转油缸绕座轴(3)作平衡逆转。翻臂(9)的转动,必然带动上模座(13)逆时针旋转竖立打开,直至上模座(13)相对水平位置旋转90°时为止。此时,完成一次开模动作。若油缸活塞向上运动,则上模座(13)顺时针旋转恢复到水平合模位置。
综上所述,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下优点:
1、开模行程短,机器占用空间小。
2、翻开上模座后,下模座以上空间呈开放状态,便于清理型框、卸料等后继工序的操作,也便于增设机械手的自动卸料操作。
3、翻模速度快。
4、结构简单,制造方便,成本低。

1、一种自动翻转模架,包含上模座(13)、下模座(16)、合模缸(1),其特征在于它还包含翻转油缸(5)、支臂(4)、翻臂(9),其中,支臂(4)下端固定连接在合模油缸(1)的缸筒(17)上,支臂(4)上端与翻臂(9)身铰接,翻臂(9)一端与上模座(13)固定连接,另一端与翻转油缸(5)中的活塞杆(7)铰接。
2、根据权利要求1所述的自动翻转模架,其特征在于翻转油缸(5)铰接在支座(2)上。
