Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种传感器,该传感器用于验证机动车辆座位中驾驶员或乘客的正确位置。所述传感器并非永久固定于座位上,而是可以极方便地从一辆车辆转移至另一车辆。
背景技术
通常,从脊柱完整性角度来看,机动车辆座位中的驾驶员或乘客所呈现的位置并不正确。事实上,靠背的位置应尽可能保持竖直且驾驶员和/或乘客的背部应尽可能贴身地靠在靠背上,因为靠背的形状设计成能呈现最可能的贴靠表面。然而,这种条件非常难以满足,其结果可容易地想象。另一方面,即使机动车辆座位的靠背以人体工程学的方式来造型,汽车制造商也不能为座位提供能给驾驶员和/或乘客指示他或她的位置不正确的传感器。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决所述缺陷并帮助驾驶员或乘客在座位上保持正确的位置。
通过本发明实现上述目的,其主题是一种用于机动车辆座位的靠背的传感器,其设计成能控制乘坐者背部的位置,其特征在于,该传感器包括具有厚度的壳罩,经由线装置能够连接至头枕的支承杆上,且在壳罩的前部设置有与用于激活报警设备的激活装置相关联的部分。

具体实施方式
参考附图,数字1代表机动车辆座位的靠背,其具有被插在靠背中的杆3支承的头枕2。设置有管7的一圈绳缆5环绕支承杆装配,所述管7用于调整绳缆圈的大小。
根据本发明的传感器8装配在该圈绳缆5上,该传感器8由具有厚度的外壳或壳罩9构成,该外壳优选由塑料材料制造,其在基本形式上具有基本上圆形的轮廓。
图7至11示出了壳罩可以具有的其他几何形状,但这并不暗示与本发明的保护范围有任何偏离。
对一些这些形状的更详细的说明将在以下描述过程中进行。壳罩9设置有位于前部的一部分壁12,其可压缩以便例如通过由塑料薄膜13制造的铰链连接至壳罩的其余部分。薄膜式铰链代表了设计成能使所述一部分壁12移位的一种可能的解决方案。诸如一部分波纹管状的壁的其他等效已知解决方案也可以被制造商便利地采用。
在其运动中,所述一部分壁12设计成按压微开关16的按钮15,该微开关16设置在壳罩9内且由电池17供电。按钮15也可从壳罩9的表面上突出且一起替换可压缩的所述一部分壁12。
微开关设计为在其上的压力停止时激活可听警报器18,当然这是在经由通断开关(未示出)激活传感器之后才能进行的。根据传感器的模型,压力微开关可由接近程度传感器19代替或由存在检测器(未示出)代替,该存在检测器被合适地校准以用于检测在一适当距离处座位乘坐者的存在,例如在0mm和10mm之间。
在微开关的情况下,乘坐者的离开会触发向设置在座位乘坐者前面并通过已知方式例如双面胶带24保持在合适位置的可听报警器18和/或接收器21发出信号,该接收器21提供有声学信号22和发光信号23。
如前所述,在一些实施例中,设置在传感器8上的声学警报器由臂26支承(图6-8)或由多个臂27支承(图9)。
根据本发明的传感器8具有的主要任务是在座位乘坐者向前弯曲他或她的背部时发出信号,以便防止该乘坐者呈现错误的位置。进而,传感器8还提供了一种有效抗瞌睡的装置。该传感器的使用非常便捷,因为其由绳缆5从头枕2上悬挂,所在的位置近似地对应乘坐者颈部的根部。而且,该位置可以通过沿绳缆5滑动管7来调整。
Claims (9)
1.一种用于机动车辆座位的靠背的传感器(8),其设计成能控制乘坐者背部的位置,其特征在于,该传感器包括具有厚度的壳罩(9),经由线装置(5)能够连接至头枕(2)的支承杆(3)上,且在壳罩的前部设置有与用于激活报警设备(18、21)的激活装置(16、19)相关联的部分(12,15)。
2.如权利要求1所述的传感器,其特征在于,所述激活装置由通常开类型的压力微开关(16)构成。
3.如权利要求1所述的传感器,其特征在于,所述激活装置由接近程度传感器(19)构成。
4.如权利要求1所述的传感器,其特征在于,所述激活装置由存在传感器构成。
5.如权利要求1所述的传感器,其特征在于,所述报警设备由声学报警器(18)构成。
6.如权利要求1所述的传感器,其特征在于,所述报警设备(21)为可视和声学类型且由警报灯(23)和可听报警器(22)构成。
7.如权利要求1所述的传感器,其特征在于,所述报警设备(21)位于座位乘坐者的前面。
8.如权利要求1所述的传感器,其特征在于,所述线装置(5)长度可调整。
