油脂闪蒸脱水工艺在生物柴油生产中的应用,涉及一种生物柴油生产中油脂的脱水工艺,其关键技术是:先将未脱水的精炼油脂打入常压脱水釜,将油脂中的明水去除,然后将常压脱水后的油脂(一般含水在6%左右),用真空拉入闪蒸脱水釜,闪蒸脱水釜加热套中通入热蒸汽,加热套壁工作温度为125℃,油脂从闪蒸脱水釜上部顺加热套壁滑下,大部分水份脱去,脱水后的油脂排入供酯化或酯交换用的油脂存储罐。本发明的积极效果是:工艺简单,可将油脂中的水份含量控制在0.2%以下,大大提高了反应速度和生物柴油的质量。

Description

油脂闪蒸脱水工艺在生物柴油生产中的应用
一、技术领域
本发明涉及一种生物柴油生产中的一道工艺,具体地说是生物柴油生产中油脂的脱水工艺。
二、背景技术
在生物柴油生产中,油脂中水份含量的多少直接影响预酯化反映和酯交换反应进行的程度。一般来讲,油脂中水份含量在0.2%时,酯化反应率为99%,酯交换反应中甘油三酸酯(中性油)的甘油转化率为99%;而油脂中水份含量在1%时,预酯化反应和酯交换反应率为94%。目前国内外的生物柴油生产中,转化率均为85-95%之间,主要原因是油脂中水份含量过高造成的,尤其是预酯化反应中反应水的存在,使逆反应加快,使预酯化反应进行不彻底,这样大大影响了生物柴油的质量。但是目前还没有更好的工艺使油脂中水份含量降的更低。
三、发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:提供一种在生物柴油生产中油脂的脱水工艺,采用这种脱水工艺可使油脂中的水份降到0.2%以下。
解决本发明技术问题所采取的技术方案是:先将未脱水的精炼油脂打入常压脱水釜,将油脂中的明水去除,然后将常压脱水后的油脂(一般含水在6%左右),用真空拉入闪蒸脱水釜,闪蒸脱水釜加热套中通入热的蒸汽,加热套壁工作温度为125℃,油脂从闪蒸脱水釜上部顺加热套壁滑下,大部分水份脱去,脱水后的油脂排入供酯化或酯交换用油脂存储罐。
本发明的积极效果是:工艺简单,可将油脂中的水份含量控制在0.2%以下,大大提高了反应速度和生物柴油的质量。
四、具体实施方式
本发明的工艺主要是利用水在100℃时汽化,而油脂在100℃时不汽化的原理,先将未脱水的精炼油脂打入常压脱水釜,将油脂中的明水去除,然后将常压脱水后的油脂(一般含水在6%左右),用真空拉入闪蒸脱水釜,闪蒸脱水釜采用本发明人发明的并已申请专利的闪蒸釜,闪蒸脱水釜内真空度为50mm汞柱,闪蒸脱水釜加热套中通入热蒸汽,蒸汽压力为6kg/cm2,加热套壁工作温度为125℃,油脂从闪蒸脱水釜上部顺加热套壁滑下,在油脂滑下的瞬间,油脂中的大部分水份被汽化脱去,脱水后的油脂排入供酯化或酯交换用的油脂存储罐。

1、油脂闪蒸脱水工艺在生物柴油生产中的应用,其特征在于:先将未脱水的精炼油脂打入常压脱水釜,将油脂中的明水去除,然后将常压脱水后含水在6%的油脂,用真空拉入闪蒸脱水釜,闪蒸脱水釜加热套中通入热蒸汽,加热套壁工作温度为125℃,油脂从闪蒸脱水釜上部顺加热套壁滑下,使油脂中的水份降到0.2%以下,脱水后的油脂排入供酯化或酯交换用的油脂存储罐;闪蒸脱水釜内的真空度为50mm汞柱。
