本发明涉及到一种根据摆线转子原理工作的燃油泵,用于从机动车燃油箱中输送燃油,该燃油泵具有:壳体;在两个壳体部件之间安装的转子对;在壳体中设置的设计为伸长的入口管道和出口管道。
这种类型的燃油泵在当今的机动车中特别是经常用于输送柴油,并且在实践中为人熟知。根据摆线转子原理工作的燃油泵的转子对具有带有外齿的内转子和带有内齿的外转子。外齿大部分情况下比内齿的齿数多一个。内转子的旋转中心与外转子的旋转中心相互错置(偏移)。入口管道和出口管道在大部分情况下设置在相对的壳体部件中。从而使流体轴向流经燃油泵。
已经公开的燃油泵的缺点是,入口和出口的伸长的管道会损害壳体的稳定性。在实践中,通过在壳体部件中设置钢制的加强环用于径向固定并且设置两个陶瓷板或者金属板作为转子对的轴向限定物来处理这种情况。因此,已经公开的燃油泵变得特别地昂贵。
本发明的目的在于改进开头所述类型的燃油泵,使得该燃油泵设计特别简单并且非常廉价地制造。
根据本发明这样实现该目的,即至少一个管道具有至少一条用于加强壳体的筋条。
通过这种设计,筋条可以加强管道并且进而可以避免在管道区域中的壳体的弯曲。借此壳体在管道区域中具有很高的稳定性。特别对于出口,高的稳定性有很大的优点,因为这里有很高的力垂直作用在具有出口管道的壳体区域上。可以借此避免由产生的力所导致的壳体在管道区域中的弯曲。从而壳体可以由很薄壁的材料和很廉价的材料制造。根据本发明的燃油泵因此不需要单独的被装配的加强环,因此设计得特别简单,以及还可以被尤其廉价地制造。
例如可以格栅状地将多根筋条覆盖在管道中。根据本发明的另一有利的改进方案,当至少一条筋条横向于管道的横截面的最长延伸方向设置并且将限定管道的彼此相对设置的壳体边缘相互连接起来时,筋条的数量可以保持很少。此外,利用这种方法使筋条的尺寸和节流作用保持很小。
当筋条与壳体的相邻于管道的区域一体制成时,根据本发明的燃油泵进一步地减少了装配费用。
当至少一个壳体部件由塑料制成时,根据本发明的燃油泵可以特别廉价地制造。与已经公开的燃油泵的陶瓷板相比的由塑料制成的壳体部件的低强度通过在管道中的筋条补偿。
根据本发明另一有利的改进方案,当壳体部件彼此通过螺栓连接在一起时,其中由塑料制成的壳体部件中的一个壳体部件具有用于金属螺母的容座时,壳体部件的连接需要很少的结构费用。金属螺母确保了根据本发明的燃油泵的足够的稳定性。

图1示出了一个输送单元(或者说供油单元)的截面图,其用于将柴油从机动车的燃油箱(未示出)输送到带有一个由电动机1驱动的燃油泵2的内燃机中。燃油泵2具有与电动机1的轴3连接的内转子4,内转子4与外转子5构成转子对6。外转子5径向安置在环形部件7中并且轴向安置在壳体10的两个壳体部件8,9之间。在电动机1的轴3上设置有联轴器11,该联轴器抗扭地与内转子4连接。此外,轴3在远离电动机1的燃油泵2的壳体部件8中具有带有轴套12的径向轴承。泵盖13具有一个进油管14。输送单元在其远离燃油泵2的端部具有连接管15,其用于通向内燃机的燃油管道。借此被输送的燃油轴向流过输送单元。

Claims (3)

1.根据摆线转子原理工作的燃油泵,用于从机动车燃油箱中输送燃油,该燃油泵具有:壳体;在两个壳体部件之间安置的转子对;在所述壳体部件中设置的并且设计为伸长的入口管道和出口管道,其特征在于,所述管道(16,17)中的至少一个管道具有至少一条筋条(18,19),用于加强所述壳体部件,其中至少一个所述壳体部件(8,9)由塑料制成,并且所述壳体部件(8,9)通过螺栓连接在一起,其中一个由塑料制成的所述壳体部件(8)具有用于金属螺母(21)的容座(22)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的燃油泵,其特征在于,至少一条所述筋条(18,19)横向于所述管道(16,17)的横截面的最长延伸方向设置,并且将限定所述管道(16,17)的彼此相对的所述壳体部件的边缘相互连接起来。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的燃油泵,其特征在于,所述筋条(18,19)与所述壳体部件的相邻于所述管道(16,17)的区域一体制成。
