Abstract

一种分体型荧光灯,其包括一带有可插式灯头的灯体以及一与可插式灯头对接的灯座,其特征在于所述可插式灯头内装有一镇流器,其灯体与灯座对接后的整体尺寸大致上与一常用的可插式分体型荧光灯诸如G23及G24型可插式荧光灯的整体尺寸相等,以致使其可直接替换灯具所采用的旧式可插式荧光灯而无需变更该灯具的原本的设计与电源供给。

Description

可插式荧光灯及其灯座
技术领域
本发明涉及一种可插式荧光灯,更具体地说,涉及一种新的具有一内带镇流器的可插式灯头的荧光灯以及与之配套的灯座。
背景技术
市场上现有用于各式灯具中的分体型荧光灯一般包括一带有可插式灯头的灯管和一与可插式灯头对接且与安装在灯具内的镇流器耦合的灯座,诸如G23或G24型荧光灯。但在一般情况下,灯具内的镇流器的使用寿命为可插式灯管的5~6倍,因此,在使用过程中就需要多次更换失效的可插式灯管。在更换失效的可插式灯管时,使用者可以买到的新灯管的工作参数往往不能与原有的镇流器相匹配,以致使灯管的寿命缩短。此外,当灯具内的镇流器在使用过程中损坏时,因其较难拆卸,以致在更换或维修时极为不便。如果以普通的一体型荧光灯替代分体型荧光灯,不改变灯具的设计就无法达到原来的照明效果,但修改设计则会产生额外及造成浪费。
发明内容
本发明的可插式荧光灯至少部份地克服上述的现有技术的缺点。为此,本发明提供一种改进的分体型荧光灯,其包括一带有可插式灯头的灯体和一与可插式灯头对接的灯座,其特征在于,所述的可插式灯头内装有一镇流器。
根据本发明,所述可插式灯头进一步包括一外壳和一设置于所述外壳顶部的插合件。
在依照本发明的一实施例中,所述插合件包括一对置于顶部边缘两侧对称的凹部、设置于所述凹部内的电接触件以及设置于所述插合件的至少一侧壁上的定位件。所述定位件可以为一凹部侧壁上呈三角形的凸起部或凹入部。
所述灯座包括一限定一可接纳所述可插式灯头的内腔的本体、一设置于所述内腔的顶部可与所述插合件耦合的接纳件。
所述接纳件包括一可插入所述凹部的异型件,以及在一与所述定位件对应的位置上可选择地包括至少一与所述定位件作卡口式连接的锁定件,在所述异型件内设有与所述电接触件电耦合的导电件。
相应地,所述锁定件为一与所述定位件对应的呈三角形弯曲的弹性件,在与所述定位件结合时,所述弹性件的弯曲部份处于所述凸起部之下或所述凹入部之内以锁定所述定位件。
在依照本发明的另一实施例中,所述定位件的凸起部或凹入部可选择地呈半圆形;所述锁定件可相应于所述定位件的凹入或凸出的半圆形部份的弹性件,在与所述定位件结合时,所述弹性件的半圆形部份与所述凸起部或凹入部紧密接合以锁定所述定位件。
在依照根据本发明的又一实施例中,所述的分体型荧光灯在灯体和灯座对接之后的整体尺寸大致与G23及G24型分型荧光灯相等。因此,在灯具使用的G23及G24型荧光灯损坏时,使用本发明的分体型荧光灯作出替换可达到同等的照明效果。由于本发明的可插式荧光灯的镇流器设置在灯体内,灯管参数可相对于镇流器作最优化的调整以致使本发明的灯管的使用寿命可长达15,000小时,约为普通灯管的使用寿命的一倍半至两倍。因此,本发明的可插式荧光灯包括常用可插式荧光灯的所有优点,其适用范围相应地会大大地超过现有的可插式荧光灯。

具体实施方式
依照图1,所示为一依照本发明的一较佳实施例的可插式荧光灯整体的示意图,其中在该可插式荧光灯中一带有一可插式灯头的灯体与一相应的灯座固接。
图2a和2b、图3为该可插式荧光灯的灯体的示意图及剖视图,其包括一外壳301、一设置于该外壳内的电子式镇流器309和一设置于所述外壳顶部的插合件以及一灯管308。
所述插合件包括一对置于顶部边缘两侧对称的凹部302,其最好为三角形,也可为其它形状,诸如矩形、多边形或椭圆形等等,其内设置与所述镇流器309电连接的电接触件303和304,根据本发明的实施例,电接触件为常用的两柱形金属杆。在所述插合件的至少一侧壁上进一步设置至少一定位件305和/或306以作定位之用,根据图中所示的实施例,所述定位件的凸起部或凹入部呈三角形,其最好与所述侧壁一体成型,也可通过诸如螺栓等等的连接件固定于所述侧壁上以便于替换。根据该实施例,在所述插合件的左右两侧壁上各有一定位件以提供较佳的接合。应该可以理解到,所述插合件的尺寸主要是依据现有的G23及G24型分体型荧光灯的尺寸而设计,以便于使用者操作和配合各种各样灯具的使用,例如所述定位件的凸起部或凹入部也可选择地呈半圆形,或者其可设置于所述电接触件之上,例如其可为该金属杆顶部的一环形凸起部以配合相应的锁定机构作定位之用,在该情况下,所述插合件的侧壁上可无需带有任何定位件。
在所述的可插式荧光灯外壳顶部的中心处还设置有一圆形孔307以及用来盖住该孔盖片(图中未有示出),以便在荧光灯组装完成之后,通过该孔可以注入散热胶,以用作镇流器原器件的散热和降低原器件的温度,并且在注入散热胶之后,再用盖片将小孔盖住。该圆形孔大小并无特意的限制,可以根据使用者操作的方便来设计。
图4及图5a和5b所示分别为与图2所示的可插式灯头相配的灯座的示意图及剖视图。图6则为图4所示的灯座的俯视图。
如图所示,该灯座包括一限定一可接纳所述可插式灯头的内腔的本体501和一设置于所述内腔的顶部可与所述插合件耦合的接纳件。该本体外部具有外螺纹508,所述接纳件包括一可插入所述凹部内的异形件506,507,以及可选择的包括至少一与所述定位件作卡口式连接的锁定件502,503。根据本实施例,所述异形件的截面相应地呈三角形,或者为方形以便于与所述凹部匹配,其内设有与所述电接触件电耦合的导电件504,505。根据本实施例,所述导电件为金属触片,其在一端与输电线耦合以及在另一端与所述灯体的金属杆耦合,如图所示,其与输电线耦合的一端可固定于所述异形件506,507内,而图中的所述异形件506,507则为一与所述三角形凹部匹配的柱形件,以进一步有助于所述灯体在所述灯座内的定位。另外,该金属触片504,505与所述灯体的金属杆耦合的一端可呈Ω形或类似形状,其可弹性地变形以在所述金属杆插入时提供一可固定夹持所述灯体的夹持力,通过采用适当的材质制作和调整其夹持力,所述灯座可无需其它锁定机构就可通过所述异型件与所述凹部的紧密接合以及所述导电件504,505的固有夹持力而使所述灯体固定。为了匹配所述定位件及确保所述灯座对所述灯体的夹持,所述接纳件包括至少一锁定件502,503,其可相应地为一与所述定位件对应的弯曲弹性件,在与所述定位件结合时,所述弯曲部份处于所述凸起部之下或所述凹入部之内以锁定所述定位件,该弹性件的回弹力可适当调整,使用者在更换灯体时施加一定的拉力使该弹性件在变形下向两侧位移,从而使灯体自灯座脱开。
根据本发明的另一实施例,所述锁定件的弹性件可相应所述定位件设计为具有凹入或凸出的半圆形部份,在与所述定位件结合时,所述凹入或凸出的半圆形部份与相配的所述凸起部或凹入部密接以锁定所述定位件。
正如上述,本发明的另一个目的在于取代现有的G23及G24型的分体型荧光灯。如图7a和图7b所示,根据本发明的可插式荧光灯分开时的灯体和灯座与常用的G23或G24型分开时的可插式荧光灯的灯体和灯座相比,无论在外型和尺寸皆相近或相同。
如图8a及8b所示,当灯体和灯座在对接后使用时,其整体尺寸也非常相近或相同。图中的H与h分别为灯座顶部到灯管的距离,D与d则分别为灯体的宽度。本发明的可插式荧光灯与G23、G24型可插式荧光灯具有相同的瓦数,所以本发明的可插式荧光灯可直接替换灯具所采用的G23、G24型的可插式荧光灯而无需变更该灯具原本的设计和电源供给。
应该理解,根据本发明的可插式荧光灯在的整体尺寸可以比G23或G24型的可插式荧光灯要小,但其照明度可保持不变或更佳,由于其无需使用额外的、外置的、较大且较重的镇流器,所以其适用范围比G23或G24型的大得多,籍此可降低灯具的整体尺寸和重量。此外,本发明的可插式荧光灯内置的电子镇流器确保该荧光灯的性能可最优化和具有最长的使用寿命以致于使用者无需频密更换失效的灯管。因此,其不单只可用作替换现有的G23或G24型可插式荧光灯,其更可广泛应用于其它原本因受现有可插式荧光灯的安装尺寸及固有规格的限制,而不能采用可插式荧光灯的灯具中。正因为本发明采用了新式的内置微型电子镇流器,使灯体尺寸可按要求进一步缩小,在设计新的灯具时,采用本发明的可插式荧光灯可使灯具制造商在设计上获得更大的灵活性,从而可使灯具可具有更佳的外型,对消费者具有更大的吸引力。
应该理解,上述仅示出一些根据本发明的示范性的较佳实施例,本领域的技术人员可以预见其中的不同部件具有各种各样的的改型与变型以适应不同的灯具或应用,所有这些改进和变化皆应落入本发明的保护范围,所以本发明并不限于上述实施例。

Claims (8)

1.一种分体型荧光灯,其包括一带有可插式灯头的灯体和一与可插式灯头对接的灯座,其特征在于,所述的可插式灯头内装有一镇流器。
2.如权利要求1所述的分体型荧光灯,其特征在于,所述可插式灯头进一步包括一外壳(301)和一设置于所述外壳的顶部的插合件。
3.如权利要求2所述的分体型荧光灯,其特征在于,所述插合件包括一对置于所述外壳的顶部边缘两侧的凹部(302)和设置于所述凹部(302)内的电接触件(303,304)。
4.如权利要求3所述的分体型荧光灯,其特征在于:所述插合件的至少一侧壁上进一步设置有定位件(305,306)。
5.如权利要求4所述的分体型荧光灯,其特征在于,所述定位件(305,306)为一在所述凹部(302)侧壁上的凸起部或凹入部。
6.如权利要求5所述的分体型荧光灯,其特征在于,所述定位件(305,306)的凸起部或凹入部呈三角形。
7.如权利要求5所述的分体型荧光灯,其特征在于,所述定位件(305,306)的凸起部或凹入部呈半圆形。
8.如权利要求1所述的分体型荧光灯,其特征在于,所述的分体型荧光灯在所述灯体和灯座对接之后的整体外型尺寸大致与分型荧光灯相等。
