技术领域

发明背景

发明内容
所建议的是,不是具有如所显示的穿到过大孔洞(oversized bore)的窗口形式的弹簧通道开口,而是弹簧通道开口被加长以便其与内面相通。
然而,这意味着弹簧不能保持在适当位置,因此,提供强制使弹簧位于内端的装置,并提供一种相对于弹簧另一端的止动销与弹簧配合的联锁装置(interlocking)。
这种改变的优点出现的原因是这种改变允许离合器构件的制造被限制到仅使用三个轴而不是如今的情形,四个轴。
如将要看到的,如果将端铣刀引入离合器构件的端面以切割过大的弹簧保持孔洞(oversized spring retaining bore),那么就很容易使铣刀还沿直径前进以便切穿到达外壁且穿过该外壁,并因此留下槽口(slot)。
因此,这样避免了不得不继续使用的机械加工,在机械加工中,刀具不得不被定向以便围绕直径方向旋转来实现切割细长形弹簧通道开口。
因为避免了这种情况,所以零件本身的制造也变得更简单了。
然而,进一步,能涉及较少复杂的机械方法且在一些例子中,因此,能包括比如果要求第四轴切割时更经济实用的机床。
本发明的又一进一步优点在于其便于批量生产,其中可用单一机床而不需要重新定位零件来制造多个零件。

Claims (7)

3.如权利要求2所述的差速器锁,其中所述弹簧的另一端通过定位在所述弹簧保持孔内的孔洞中而被保持。
4.如权利要求1所述的差速器锁,其中有一对离合器构件,所述离合器构件形成为离合器组件的一部分。
5.如权利要求4所述的差速器锁,其中所述一对离合器构件具有多个共线对齐的销和弹簧,且有对称设置的在一侧的孔洞和在另一侧的弹簧保持孔。
6.如权利要求1所述的差速器锁,其中所述弹簧是螺旋弹簧,且所述弹簧通过所述销而相对于共线对齐的所述销的端部被保持,所述销具有较小直径部分以便装配在所述螺旋弹簧的中心孔洞中。
7.如权利要求3所述的差速器锁,其中所述弹簧保持孔包括比所述离合器构件侧面的开口更深的孔洞,且所述孔洞具有至少和所述弹簧底部直径一样大的直径以便所述弹簧由此逐渐进入,且当使用时保持在其中。
