Abstract

一种不含添加剂的尿基复合肥,它由尿素、氯化铵、磷酸一铵、氯化钾、碳铵组成,其重量份配方为:含N量46%的尿素2.5,含N量23.5%的氯化铵37.3,含P2O5量58%的磷酸一铵37.5,含K2O量60%的氯化钾24.2,含N量17%的碳铵5。本发明的优点是:由于本尿基复合肥不含填料,外观品质好,水溶好。但生产成本仅1740元/吨,比原加有填料的尿基复合肥还节约100元/吨。同时产品质量合格,加工艺简单,只需将原料混合后造粒即可。

技术领域
本发明涉及农用肥料领域。
背景技术
目前公知的N.P.K含量为16-16-16复合肥,其生产配方中为了降低生产成本,都添加有填料如白土、观音土等,如我厂原生产的配方为:
含N量46%的尿素20.5         含N量23.5%的氯化铵6
含P2O5 58%的磷酸一铵37.5   含K2O 60%的氯化钾24.2
填料12.8。
其复合肥生产成本1840元/吨。且由于添加有填料,外观品质差,水溶性差。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对目前所生产的农用尿基复合肥都添加有填料,外观品质差,水溶性差之不足而提供的一种不含添加剂的尿基复合肥,它由尿素、氯化铵、磷酸一铵、氯化钾、碳铵组成,其重量份配方为:
含N量46%的尿素2.5         含N量23.5%的氯化铵37.3
含P2O5量58%的磷酸一铵37.5 含K2O量60%的氯化钾24.2
含N量17%的碳铵5。
本发明的优点是:由于本尿基复合肥不含填料,外观品质好,水溶好。但生产成本仅1740元/吨,比原加有填料的尿基复合肥还节约100元/吨。同时产品质量合格,加工艺简单,只需将原料混合后造粒即可。
具体实施方式
取含N量46%的尿素 250公斤,含N量23.5%的氯化铵3730公斤,含P2O5 58%的磷酸一铵3750公斤,含K2O 60%的氯化钾2420公斤,含N量17%的碳铵500公斤,放入搅拌机内拌匀后,进入造粒机造粒。生产本尿基复合肥的工艺指标控制:1、进料台时:20吨/小时;2、烘干引风机工作风量4.5万方/小时以上;3、烘干机进口温度在180-240℃,以保证烘干机尾温在63℃以上;4、进造粒机蒸汽压力在1.0MPa以上。

1、一种不含添加剂的尿基复合肥,其特征在于它由尿素、氯化铵、磷酸一铵、氯化钾、碳铵组成,其重量份配方为:
含N量46%的尿素2.5          含N量23.5%的氯化铵37.3
含P2O5量58%的磷酸一铵37.5  含K2O量60%的氯化钾24.2
含N量17%的碳铵5。
