Abstract

本发明是关于一种背光系统。该背光系统包括一导光板与一冷阴极荧光灯管,该导光板包括一入光面,该入光面为曲面,该背光系统还包括一导光元件,该导光元件紧靠该入光面设置,且该导光元件靠近该入光面的一侧面也为曲面,该侧面与导光板入光面配合形成一收容空间,所述冷阴极荧光灯管位于该收容空间内。本发明背光系统组装方便。

背光系统
【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种背光系统,特别是一种用于液晶显示面板的背光系统。
【背景技术】
随着液晶显示(Liquid Crystal Display,LCD)产业的蓬勃发展,液晶显示面板的产品应用层面持续增加、更轻更薄的产品不断推陈出新。由于液晶显示面板为非自发光性显示面板,因此必须借助背光系统才能发挥显示功能。
请参阅图1,其为一种现有背光系统10。该背光系统10包括:一导光板11、位于导光板11入光面111一侧的光源12、朝向光源12的灯罩13、正对导光板11底面112的反射片14、及依序设于导光板11出光面113上方的扩散片15及两棱镜片16、17。光源12发出的光线一部分直接进入导光板11,另一部分经灯罩13反射后进入导光板11,经导光板11传输及扩散片15扩散后变为均匀出射光,再由棱镜片16、17作用后射向液晶面板(图未示)。然而,该光源12与灯罩13之间具有一定的空隙,一部分光线会从该空隙泄漏损失掉,从而降低背光系统10的亮度。
请参阅图2,为解决上述问题,现有技术提出了另一种背光系统20。该背光系统20采用一端具有通孔211的导光板21,将光源22安装于该通孔211内,光源22发射的光线全部进入导光板21,有效解决了背光系统光源光线损失的问题。然而,该背光系统20在组装时极为不便。请同时参阅图3,光源22一般于两端通过灯管固定器221固定,且光源22两端的连接线222穿过灯管固定器221后与电源(图未示)相连。组装时,因灯管固定器221太大,不能将安装好灯管固定器221的光源22插入导光板21的通孔211内,而需先将光源22插入导光板21的通孔211,再焊接连接线222及安装灯管固定器221,其使组装过程复杂化,且导光板21的底面212一般设有具散射作用的散射点阵213,组装过程复杂及组装工序较多时,易破坏该散射点阵213,从而降低导光板21的品质。另外,该导光板21一般采用射出成型技术加工而成,加工时需在导光板21内形成通孔211,加工过程较复杂。
【发明内容】
鉴于上述状况,有必要提供一种组装方便的背光系统。
一种背光系统,其包括一导光板与一冷阴极荧光灯管,该导光板包括一入光面,该入光面为曲面,该背光系统还包括一导光元件,该导光元件紧靠该入光面设置,且该导光元件靠近该入光面的一侧面也为曲面,该侧面与导光板入光面配合形成一收容空间,所述冷阴极荧光灯管位于该收容空间内。
又一种背光系统,其包括一导光板与一冷阴极荧光灯管,该导光板包括一入光面,该背光系统还包括一导光元件,该导光元件包括一第一导光部与一第二导光部,该第一导光部紧靠入光面,该第二导光部位于第一导光部远离导光板的一侧,该第一导光部与第二导光部配合形成一收容空间,所述冷阴极荧光灯管位于该收容空间内。
和现有技术相比较,所述背光系统采用导光板与导光元件配合或采用导光元件形成容纳光源的收容空间,组装时,可直接安装已焊接好连接线及安装好灯管固定器的光源,组装方便且工序简单。

【具体实施方式】
下面将结合附图与实施例对本发明背光系统作进一步的详细说明。
请同时参阅图4与图5,本发明较佳实施例一的背光系统30包括一导光板31、一导光元件32及一光源33。
该导光板31包括一入光面313、一与该入光面313相连的底面311及一正对该底面311的出光面312,该入光面313为曲面。且该导光板31的底面311设有散射点阵316,用以提高出光均匀性。本实施例中,该导光板31为平板型,其一般由具有高透光率的合成树脂材料射出成型加工而成,如聚甲基丙烯酸甲脂(PMMA)、聚碳酸脂(PC)、聚苯乙烯(EPS)等。
该导光元件32紧靠该入光面313设置,其材质与导光板31相同。且该导光元件32靠近入光面313的一侧面321也为曲面,该侧面321与入光面313配合形成一收容空间315。该收容空间315一般为一通孔,也可为两端封闭的容置腔。
该光源33为冷阴极荧光灯管,其位于该收容空间315内。该光源33的两端具有灯管固定器332及连接线(图未示),该连接线(图未示)穿过灯管固定器332,用于连接电源(图未示),该光源33通过灯管固定器332定位于收容空间315内。
本实施例中,该背光系统30还包括多个反射板34、一扩散片35及两棱镜片36。该多个反射板34分别正对导光板31的侧面314和底面311、导光元件32的外侧面322和底面323,以及位于光源33的上方,用于将部分非导光板31出光面312出射的光线反射回导光板31,提高光源33的光线利用率。该扩散片35及棱镜片36依序设于导光板31出光面312的上方。
组装时,可先将焊接好连接线(图未示)及安装好灯管固定器332的光源33安装于导光板31的入光面313一侧,再安装导光元件32,使光源33通过灯管固定器332定位于收容空间315内,然后依次安装反射板34及扩散片35、棱镜片36。当然,也可先安装部分反射板34,再依次安装其他元件。该背光系统30采用导光板31和导光元件32形成容纳光源33的收容空间315,并设置反射板34,提高光源33的光线利用率;组装时,可直接安装已焊接好连接线(图未示)及安装好灯管固定器332的光源33,组装工序简单,不会损伤导光板31底面311的散射点阵316,提高导光板31的品质。
请同时参阅图6与图7。本发明较佳实施例二的背光系统40包括一导光板41、一由第一导光部42与第二导光部43组成的导光元件(未标示)及一光源44。该导光板41包括一入光面413、一与该入光面413相连的底面411及一正对该底面411的出光面412。该第一导光部42紧靠该入光面413设置,该第二导光部43位于第一导光部42远离导光板41的一侧。且该第一导光部42靠近第二导光部43的一侧面421为曲面,该第二导光部43靠近第一导光部42的一侧面431也为曲面,该两曲面配合形成一收容空间423。所述光源44位于该收容空间423内。
该导光板41与导光板31相似,其不同点在于该导光板41的入光面413为平面,且该第二导光部43及光源44分别舆背光系统30中的导光元件32及光源33相同。本实施例中,该第一导光部42舆第二导光部43的结构及材质也完全相同。
该背光系统40还包括多个反射板45、一扩散片46及两棱镜片47。该多个反射板45分别正对导光板41的底面411和各侧面414、第二导光部43的外侧面432及位于光源44的上方和下方,用于将部分非导光板41出光面412出射的光线反射回导光板41。该扩散片46及两棱镜片47依序设于导光板41出光面412的上方。
该背光系统40组装时也可直接安装焊接好连接线(图未示)及安装好灯管固定器442的光源44,组装方便。
请参阅图8,其为本发明较佳实施例三的背光系统50剖面示意图。该背光系统50与背光系统40结构相似,其不同点在于:该背光系统50中的导光元件52为一体成型,该导光元件52具有一收容空间523,该收容空间523为一通孔。组装时,可先将光源53置于收容空间523,再焊接连接线(图未示)及安装灯管固定器(图未示),将光源53定位于收容空间523内。因散射点阵516设于导光板51的底面511,因而该安装过程不会损坏散射点阵516。且该导光元件52的底面未设散射点阵,因而采用注射成型技术加工时较为简单。
可以理解的是,本发明背光系统的导光板入光面也可为多个,对应光源、及导光元件也可为多个;导光元件与导光板的材质也可不相同。

Claims (10)

1.一种背光系统,其包括一导光板与一冷阴极荧光灯管,该导光板包括一入光面,其特征在于:该入光面为曲面,该背光系统还包括一导光元件,该导光元件紧靠该入光面设置,且该导光元件靠近该入光面的一侧面也为曲面,该侧面与导光板入光面配合形成一收容空间,所述冷阴极荧光灯管位于该收容空间内。
2.如权利要求1所述的背光系统,其特征在于:所述导光板具有一与入光面相连的底面及一正对该底面的出光面,该底面设有散射点阵。
3.如权利要求1所述的背光系统,其特征在于:所述导光元件与导光板材质相同。
4.如权利要求2所述的背光系统,其特征在于:所述背光系统还包括多个反射板,其分别正对导光板的底面和侧面、导光元件底面和外侧面及位于该冷阴极荧光灯管上方,用于将部分非导光板出光面出射的光线反射回导光板。
5.如权利要求2所述的背光系统,其特征在于:所述背光系统还包括一扩散片和两棱镜片,其依序设于导光板出光面的上方。
6.一种背光系统,其包括一导光板与一冷阴极荧光灯管,该导光板包括一入光面,其特征在于:该背光系统还包括一导光元件,该导光元件包括一第一导光部与一第二导光部,该第一导光部紧靠该入光面,该第二导光部位于第一导光部远离导光板的一侧,该第一导光部与第二导光部配合形成一收容空间,所述冷阴极荧光灯管位于该收容空间内。
7.如权利要求6所述的背光系统,其特征在于:所述导光板具有一与入光面相连的底面及一正对该底面的出光面,该底面设有散射点阵。
8.如权利要求6所述的背光系统,其特征在于:所述导光元件的材质与导光板相同。
9.如权利要求7所述的背光系统,其特征在于:所述背光系统还包括多个反射板,其分别正对导光板的底面和侧面、导光元件的外侧面及位于冷阴极荧光灯管上方和下方,用于将部分非导光板出光面出射的光线反射回导光板。
10.如权利要求7所述的背光系统,其特征在于:所述背光系统还包括一扩散片和两棱镜片,其依序设于导光板出光面的上方。
