技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有监测其操作温度的监测装置的食品烹调容器。
背景技术
现有技术已经公开了用于烹调食品的不同热源，例如以气体源或者电为动力的加热源。
以上所提到的一些加热源可以进行调节以达到一个设定的温度，例如，通过调节防止容器中的水完全蒸发，或者防止食物例如牛排烧焦。
然而，上面提到的现有的加热或者热源有个缺陷，就是它们需要对含有食品的容器或者器皿进行连续监测，因为，在缺乏监测的情况下，可能会导致容器，例如勺皿或者煮锅，被过度加热，因此不但破坏其中装载的食物，而且还会损坏容器本身，例如它的防粘内层，因此很大程度上降低了烹调容器或器皿的使用寿命。
发明内容
因此，本发明的目的在于通过提供一种新的食品烹调容器，以克服现有技术中的上述缺陷，这种容器含有一个监测指示装置，用于提示使用者超出了设置的极限温度或限制温度。
根据本发明的一个方面，可以通过一个具有监测其操作温度的监测装置的食品烹调容器达到上述目的，其特征在于所述容器包括容器柄的支撑和/或在所述容器柄中，温度监测和指示装置，来监测和指示所述容器中的预先设置的温度。
进一步的特征可由以下说明书及权利要求来陈述。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，容器或者器皿1，例如煮锅，包括一个容器柄2，通过金属管状支撑元件3与所述的容器1进行刚性连接。
容器柄2通过一个箝位螺丝4固定到容器1本体上。
在所述的支撑元件3，或手柄2中的一个非常合适的凹槽中，可以放置温度监测和指示装置，例如一个如5所示的信号灯，和/或一个声学信号器或者警报装置6，
由于提供了所述的信号灯5和声学或者警报装置6，以及通过使用一个下面将更详细描述的装置，通过视觉或者听觉的方式，提示使用者这个事实：容器体1由于没有控制和过度加热，已经达到了一个过高的温度。
如图2所示，在支撑元件3中有一个所述的信号灯5和/或声学指示元件6，其中还装备了一个温度传感器7，用于检测容器1的温度，所述的温度传感器7含有，例如，一个电气和电子操纵的恒温开关。
所述的恒温开关7连接到一个控制单元8，包括，例如，一个微处理器，用于放大从恒温开关7传出来的信号。
优选方案中，所述的微处理器8含有一个存储装置，存储装置中的存储程序用于处理传感器7指示的温度，并且将指示的温度与烹煮容器或者容器体1预先设定的额定的温度值进行比较，其中额定的温度值将被存储在一个非易失存储器中。
如上所述，微处理器8通过电池9被提供所需的电流，优选使用一个光电微型电池，可以通过光束进行充电。在所述的微处理器8中，可以存储一个很高的温度值，例如200℃。当容器1达到这个仍然可以耐受的温度时，微处理器8将驱动，例如，启动所述的信号灯5，使得后者闪烁或者接通，这样就可以指示使用者温度已经达到了略低于预先设定的温度极限的数值。
当超过了上述的温度极限，例如达到了温度300℃，微处理器将操控警报装置6，警报装置将发出声学信号，因而提醒使用者危险情况迫在眉睫。
在这样的连接中，很明显不需要组合地使用光学指示装置5和声学指示装置6，因为可以选择性的使用所述的其中任一个信号指示装置。
因而，本申请发现，通过使用非常廉价的、可信赖的监测器，能够发现容器1相对于烹调容器本身以及食品盒来说，已经达到了一个危险的温度，其中监测器可以封入一个封闭的壳体中，并且监测器对于热、潮湿和/或液体不敏感。

Claims (10)

1.一种食品烹调容器，包括：
柄结构；和
在所述柄结构中的温度监测和指示装置，用于监测操作温度和指示所述容器的预先设定的操作温度，所述温度监测和指示装置含有一个温度传感器，与一个控制单元相连接，所述控制单元又与电池相连接，所述控制单元包括一个微处理器和微处理器存储器，该微处理器存储器存储用于启动所述温度监测和指示装置的启动温度。
2.如权利要求1所述的容器，其特征在于所述温度监测和指示装置含有一个信号灯。
3.如权利要求1所述的容器，其特征在于所述温度监测和指示装置含有一个声学指示装置。
4.如权利要求1所述的容器，其特征在于所述的电池包括光电的可充电微型电池。
5.如权利要求1所述的容器，其特征在于所述温度传感器包括一个恒温开关。
6.如权利要求5所述的容器，其特征在于所述的控制单元包括一个放大器，用于放大由所述恒温开关提供的信号。
7.如权利要求1所述的容器，其特征在于所述温度监测和指示装置被封装在一个封闭的安装体中，该安装体对于所述的容器的操作温度不敏感，并且可以防水、防潮。
8.如权利要求1所述的容器，其特征在于所述柄结构包括一个柄和一个管状支撑件，其中所述温度监测和指示装置安装在所述柄或所述支撑件中。
9.如权利要求1所述的容器，其特征在于所述微处理器存储器中的存储程序用于处理由所述温度传感器指示的温度，并且将指示的温度与所述容器的预先设定的温度进行比较，其中预先设定的温度存储在一个非易失存储器中。
10.一种食品烹调容器，包括：
柄结构；和
在所述柄结构中的温度监测和指示装置，用于监测操作温度和指示所述容器的预先设定的操作温度，所述温度监测和指示装置含有一个温度传感器，与一个控制单元相连接，所述控制单元又与电池相连接，所述温度监测和指示装置包括一个信号灯和一个声学指示装置；在所述控制单元中存储有一个大约200℃的第一温度极限值，并且，当达到所述第一温度极限温度值时，所述的信号灯启动；所述控制单元还存储一个大约300℃的第二温度极限值，当达到这个温度值时，所述的声学指示装置启动。
