Claims (10)
- バッテリを充電するためのバッテリ充電器(100)において、
一次側のスイッチ回路(106)と二次側のスイッチ回路(108)とに接続された少なくとも一つのコンバータを有するとともに前記二次側(108)に供給される電力を調整するための調整ドライバ回路(110)を有し且つ前記一次側で制御されるスイッチング電源(102)と、
前記バッテリの充電状態をモニタするための充電モニタ回路(104)と、を有し、
前記充電モニタ回路(104)は、前記バッテリ充電器(100)の前記一次側の前記スイッチ回路(106)に配置される、バッテリ充電器。 - 前記充電モニタ回路(104)は、
前記バッテリ(114)の温度を検出するための温度検出器(123)を有し、実測温度に応答して電力供給を制御するよう設計される、請求項1に記載のバッテリ充電器。 - 前記温度検出器(123)は、
前記バッテリ(114)に対して電気絶縁されている、負の温度係数を有する抵抗器(116)を有する、請求項2に記載のバッテリ充電器。 - 前記充電モニタ回路(104)は、
既定充電期間後に電力供給を終了するタイムスイッチ(122)を有する、請求項1から請求項3の少なくともひとつに記載のバッテリ充電器。 - 前記タイムスイッチ(122)は、タイムパルスを発生するためのオッシレータ回路(126)を有する、請求項4に記載のバッテリ充電器。
- 前記タイムスイッチ(122)は、本線周波数からタイムパルスを発生するよう設計される、請求項4に記載のバッテリ充電器。
- 前記スイッチング電源(102)は、一次側のスイッチと、前記一次側のスイッチを開いた後で補助電圧が誘起される補助巻線を有する変圧器と、を有し、
前記調整ドライバ回路(110)は、誘起された補助電圧に従って、前記スイッチング電源の出力電圧および/または出力電流を調整するよう設計される、請求項1から請求項6の少なくともひとつに記載のバッテリ充電器。 - 前記スイッチング電源の出力電圧の値をバッテリ電圧の実瞬時値として格納するための論理回路(124)であって、連続する実値を比較するための論理回路(124)をさらに有し、
前記論理回路(124)は、数回の連続サンプリング時に実値が低下した場合は充電プロセスを終了するよう設計される、請求項1から請求項7の少なくともひとつに記載のバッテリ充電器。 - 前記論理回路(124)は、充電プロセス終了後、前記調整ドライバ回路(110)に、充電保存小電流をバッテリに供給させるよう設計される、請求項1から請求項8の少なくともひとつに記載のバッテリ充電器。
- 前記充電モニタ回路(104)は、前記一次側のスイッチのスイッチング周波数をモニタし、IU0U充電特性が調整されるような既定スイッチング周波数に基づいて前記調整ドライバ回路(110)を制御するよう設計される、請求項1から請求項9の少なくともひとつに記載のバッテリ充電器。
