Abstract

本发明公开了一种利用余热的氨水吸收式制冷装置,它能适应渔船因发动机常常紧急停车而致使制冷系统循环中断,需要经常重启动制冷系统,而这些重启动都不会影响该制冷装置的正常工作。本发明是在利用尾气余热的氨水吸收式制冷装置的基础上,在氨水溶液循环回路中的回热器输出端与发生-吸收热交换器顶部输入端之间的连接管道中还串接有溶液电动开关阀;在所述氨的循环回路中的回冷器液氨输出端与蒸发器输入端之间的连接管道中还串接有氨路电动开关阀。本发明主要用于渔船上利用尾气余热的氨水吸收式制冷装置中,除此之外,它还适用于类似的利用发动机尾气余热的制冷装置中。

Description

利用尾气余热的氨水吸收式制冷装置
技术领域
本发明涉及氨水吸收式制冷装置,特别涉及一种利用尾气余热的氨水吸收式制冷装置。
背景技术
中国专利公报公开了公开号为CN2842312的专利申请文件,该专利申请文件描述的制冷装置可利用发动机的尾气余热实现制冷要求,具有较高的制冷系数,并且体积、重量较小,可应用于诸如汽车、渔船这类运输工具上。
上述专利申请文件所述的利用尾气余热的氨水吸收式制冷装置,包括余热发生器、精馏器、回热器、溶液节流阀、液氨节流阀、蒸发器、溶液泵、冷凝器、吸收器、发生-吸收热交换器、提馏器和回冷器,通过匹配连接分别构成氨水溶液的循环回路及氨的循环回路。在该装置的氨水溶液循环回路中,由回热器出来的氨水溶液经溶液节流阀进入发生-吸收热交换器的管程的上部;而在该装置的氨循环回路中,精馏后经冷凝器冷凝成的液氨,经一次液氨节流阀进入回冷器的液氨通道换热,出来后再经二次液氨节流阀进入蒸发器。像这种液体的流动,实际上就是工质从系统的高压部分流入低压部分,这是制冷装置系统在热能作用下的运行结果。
然而,上述的利用尾气余热的氨水吸收式制冷装置实际用于渔船一类运输工具上时,由于渔船的发动机常常会因作业的需要而停车,或者制冷装置发生故障,从而引起制冷装置的紧急停机而致系统的循环中断,但此时,系统中高压部分的工质仍会继续流入低压部分,引起局部氨水溶液浓度发生过大的变化并且使氨水溶液大量积聚于系统的低压区。这样,就会造成制冷系统下一次启动困难,甚至造成该制冷装置不能正常工作。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种利用尾气余热的氨水吸收式制冷装置,它能适应渔船因发动机常常紧急停车而致使制冷系统循环中断,需要经常重启动制冷系统,而这些重启动都不会影响该制冷装置的正常工作。
本发明所采取的技术解决方案是这样的:一种利用尾气余热的氨水吸收式制冷装置,由余热发生器1壳程、回热器3、溶液节流阀4、发生-吸收热交换器7管程、吸收器8、溶液泵9、精馏器5、发生-吸收热交换器7壳程、提馏器2-回热器3组合体、余热发生器1壳程依次连接构成氨水溶液循环回路;由余热发生器1壳程、提馏器2-回热器3组合体、精馏器5、冷凝器10、氨前级节流阀11、回冷器12液氨输入端、回冷器12液氨输出端、氨后级节流阀13、蒸发器15、回冷器12氨汽输入端、回冷器12氨汽输出端、发生-吸收热交换器7壳程、发生-吸收热交换器7管程、吸收器8、溶液泵9、精馏器5、发生-吸收热交换器7壳程、提馏器2-回热器3组合体、余热发生器1壳程依次连接构成氨的循环回路;所述氨水溶液循环回路中的回热器3输出端与发生-吸收热交换器7顶部输入端之间的连接管道中还串接有溶液电动开关阀6;在所述氨的循环回路中的回冷器12液氨输出端与蒸发器15输入端之间的连接管道中还串接有氨路电动开关阀14.
所述溶液电动开关阀6串联安装于所述溶液节流阀4的前方管道中或后方管道中。所述氨路电动开关阀14串联安装于氨前级节流阀11的前方管道中或氨前级节流阀11和氨后级节流阀13之间管道中或氨后级节流阀13的后方管道中。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下显著效果:由于在现有的利用尾气余热的氨水吸收式制冷装置中的氨水溶液循环回路上相应管路中加设了溶液电动开关阀6,在该制冷装置的氨循环回路上相应管道中加设了氨路电动开关阀14,当该制冷装置停机时,上述两只电动开关阀6、14均自动关闭,将制冷系统的高压部分与低压部分分隔开,基本保持该两部分溶液的浓度及溶液量。当制冷装置再次启动时,上述两只电动开关阀6、14同时开启,制冷系统即能在短时间内恢复正常循环,使制冷装置适应在渔船运行条件下的工作状况。
本发明主要用于渔船上利用尾气余热的氨水吸收式制冷装置中,除此之外,它还适用于类似的利用发动机尾气余热的制冷装置中。

具体实施方式
通过下面实施例对本发明作进一步详细阐述。
一种利用渔船尾气余热的氨水吸收式制冷装置,如图1所示,余热发生器1壳程、回热器3、溶液节流阀4、发生-吸收热交换器7管程、吸收器8、溶液泵9、精馏器5、发生-吸收热交换器7壳程、提馏器2-回热器3组合体、余热发生器1壳程依次连接构成本制冷装置的氨水溶液循环回路;余热发生器1壳程、提馏器2-回热器3组合体、精馏器5、冷凝器10、氨前级节流阀11、回冷器12液氨输入端、回冷器12液氨输出端、氨后级节流阀13、蒸发器15、回冷器12氨汽输入端、回冷器12氨汽输出端、发生-吸收热交换器7壳程、发生-吸收热交换器7管程、吸收器8、溶液泵9、精馏器5、发生-吸收热交换器7壳程、提馏器2-回热器3组合体、余热发生器1壳程依次连接构成本制冷装置的氨循环回路。送冷终端16外接于循环系统中。
本制冷装置的氨水溶液循环回路中,在溶液节流阀4与发生-吸收热交换器7顶部输入端之间的管道中串接有溶液电动开关阀6。上述制冷装置的氨循环回路中,在氨后级节流阀13与蒸发器15输入端之间的管道中串接有氨路电动开关阀14。
当制冷装置停机时,溶液电动开关阀6和氨路电动开关阀14都自动关闭,从回热器3输出端进入发生-吸收热交换器7顶部输入端的氨水溶液和从冷凝器10进入蒸发器15的液氨都被截止,使由电动开关阀6、14所分隔的制冷循环系统高压部分和低压部分的溶液浓度及溶液量基本保持不变。当制冷装置再次启动时,溶液电动开关阀6和氨路电动开关阀14都自动开启,制冷循环系统即能在短时间内恢复正常循环。

Claims (3)

1、一种利用尾气余热的氨水吸收式制冷装置,由余热发生器(1)壳程、回热器(3)、溶液节流阀(4)、发生-吸收热交换器(7)管程、吸收器(8)、溶液泵(9)、精馏器(5)、发生-吸收热交换器(7)壳程、提馏器(2)-回热器(3)组合体、余热发生器(1)壳程依次连接构成氨水溶液循环回路;由余热发生器(1)壳程、提馏器(2)-回热器(3)组合体、精馏器(5)、冷凝器(10)、氨前级节流阀(11)、回冷器(12)液氨输入端、回冷器(12)液氨输出端、氨后级节流阀(13)、蒸发器(15)、回冷器(12)氨汽输入端、回冷器(12)氨汽输出端、发生-吸收热交换器(7)壳程、发生-吸收热交换器(7)管程、吸收器(8)、溶液泵(9)、精馏器(5)、发生-吸收热交换器(7)壳程、提馏器(2)-回热器(3)组合体、余热发生器(1)壳程依次连接构成氨的循环回路;其特征在于:所述氨水溶液循环回路中的回热器(3)输出端与发生-吸收热交换器(7)顶部输入端之间的连接管道中还串接有溶液电动开关阀(6);在所述氨的循环回路中的回冷器(12)液氨输出端与蒸发器(15)输入端之间的连接管道中还串接有氨路电动开关阀(14)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的利用尾气余热的氨水吸收式制冷装置,其特征在于:所述溶液电动开关阀(6)串联安装于所述溶液节流阀(4)的前方管道中或后方管道中。
3、根据权利要求1所述的利用尾气余热的氨水吸收式制冷装置,其特征在于:所述氨路电动开关阀(14)串联安装于氨前级节流阀(11)的前方管道中或氨前级节流阀(11)和氨后级节流阀(13)之间管道中或氨后级节流阀(13)的后方管道中。
