Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种泵,更具体地涉及一种指型蠕动泵。
背景技术
蠕动泵用于使流体在弹性管状导管内产生流动。这些泵具有很多医疗和工业上的应用。
在一种形式的蠕动泵中,使用转子来转动多个偏心凸轮。随着转子转动,各凸轮又在初始接触点间歇性地挤压弹性导管并沿着导管滑动一段短距离。第二凸轮接触该初始接触点,而后,随着第二凸轮沿着导管滑动而使第一凸轮从导管释放。随着这个过程重复,在导管内沿凸轮滑动方向产生流体流动。
在本文称作“指型蠕动泵”的另一种形式的蠕动泵中,一系列阀沿弹性导管对准。各阀均包括能够在两个位置之间交替的“指型件”。在一个位置,指型件自阀延伸而接触导管并且在接触点至少部分地阻塞导管。在另一位置,指型件回缩且并不接触导管。所述一系列的阀是依据时间空间模式进行操作以在导管内产生流动的。
可从市场上得到的指型件蠕动泵基本上包括铰接门,其通常是可旋转构件,适配成在处于闭合配置时,朝位于泵体内的阀的指型件连续地挤压插入泵体内的流体导管。这种门是泵操作时发生故障的常见原因:门在泵作用时频繁打开,因此造成导管自其位置掉落而停止泵送,打开门并保持其打开便插入管子,这需要三双手,因此仅由两个人一起才能执行,必需有两个医护人员。
另外,在这种构造中,导管的管子裸露,即,未用任何其它材料缠绕或涂敷,因此较易受污染。管子通常由薄型柔性硅制成,其在延伸使用过程中被指型泵的尖端磨损。由于在医院实践中病人住院治疗期间通常是利用单根管子,而不更换管子,因此在使用期间管子逐渐变得易于被刺破,因而使病人血流内或输送的注射液内可存在的污染物(例如血液、HIV、肝炎病毒、放射性药物等)积累在管子的外表面上。如果管子由无保护的医护人员、使用者自己或其探视者不小心碰到,则此类污染物会迅速地扩散并传播到更广泛的人群。
当前可用的构造包括三个分开组件:泵体、导管和门。将导管插入泵体内,然后准确地关闭门,这需要足够的经验和手工熟练度,通常无法由患慢性病、身体伤残或老年病人独立地实施,因此需要医护人员一直关注。
Padda等人的US 5,395,320号专利教示了一种具有尺寸和类型可互换的多种一次性管子的可编程式蠕动指型输液泵。该泵基本上包括不少于两个门:外门(1)和内门(20),其中外门(1)保护内门(20),其由门闩锁(2)保持在闭合构造。
Lindsey等人的US 5,807,322号专利提出一种具有由推动器(30)重复压缩的柔性输液管线(28)的蠕动泵。输液管线(28)定位于长形沟槽或通道(58)内,长形沟槽或通道作用而在由推动器压缩时限制管线侧向凸胀。该专利教示蠕动泵可与充当用于待泵送流体的贮存器的盒体相关联。
Ray等人的FR 2,753,236号专利介绍了一种微型蠕动泵。该泵还包括转子和配备有倒圆部分(308)的支撑件,支撑件以基本上同心的方式配置到转子并且在操作过程中辊子抵住支撑件而压缩连接到溶液贮存器(201)的柔性管(202)。管(202)插入圆形开口(310)内,由盖(311)封闭。因此,可滑动的门构件(311)确保导管(202)直接定位于泵送效应器(此处指辊子110)邻近处。再者,泵体和门一体地附接。
Gautier等人的FR 2,632,529号专利教示了一种具有可移除溶液贮存器的药物注射器,其中注射液容器可通过与头部接合的枢转臂插入而保持到控制箱。该专利公开了一种具有泵体(2)和可旋转泵送效应器(泵鼓7)的泵,利用可操纵的臂(10)将管子(4)朝可旋转泵送效应器挤压,可操纵臂(10)通过铰链与泵体(2)互连。臂(10)由螺钉(16)强有力地固定到泵体(2)。
发明内容
本发明提供一种指型蠕动泵。本发明的泵可用于例如将流体注射进患者体内的医疗场合。本发明的蠕动泵包括用于保持弹性导管与泵的阀的指型件相邻的那一区段的壳体。在一种实施方式中,壳体的一个端部铰接到泵的泵体。壳体自泵体转出以将弹性导管的一个区段引入壳体内。然后,将壳体朝泵体转回以将所述导管区段与泵的阀的指型件相邻地定位。壳体可由卡合机构或闩锁维持在此闭合位置。
在另一种实施方式中,本发明的壳体可自泵的泵体拆下。当拆下壳体时,可将导管的一个区段引入壳体内。然后,将壳体附接到泵的泵体上,以将所述导管区段与阀的指型件相邻地定位。在最优选的实施方式中,壳体与导管的一个区段是一体的。在这种情况下,壳体内的导管在每个端部设有容许导管在各个端部附接到导管的另一零部件的配件,使得泵可一体地形成于泵送系统内。在可分拆下壳体的实施方式中,壳体是一次性的。
本发明的壳体优选地包括防自由流动机构,用以在导管与指型件不相邻时防止流体在壳体内的导管区段内流动。防自由流动机构具有防自由流动装置未防止导管内的流动的非阻断位置,还具有防自由流动装置防止导管内的流动的阻断位置。防自由流动装置在阻断位置被弹性偏压,使得当壳体自泵的泵体转离或卸下时,防自由流动装置自发地位于其阻断位置。这就防止了在壳体自泵的泵体转离或卸下时导管内的意外流动。防自由流动装置优选地包括超弛机构,在壳体自泵体转离或卸下时其容许防自由流动装置暂时性地闩锁到其非阻断位置,以使得导管的一个区段可被引入壳体内。当壳体被带至其附接到泵的位置时,不管防自由流动装置先前位于其阻断位置或其被闩锁的非阻断位置,防自由流动装置都被带至其未被闩锁的非阻断位置。防自由流动装置可防止导管内沿两个方向或仅沿一个方向的流动。
因此,在其第一方面,本发明提供一种包括泵体和壳体的指型蠕动泵,所述泵体包括两个或更多个指型阀和配置成依据预定时间空间模式操作所述阀的处理器,壳体具有配置成容纳导管的通道,壳体具有第一位置和第二位置,在第一位置,通道内的导管与阀指型件相邻地定位,在第二位置,通道内的导管不与阀指型件相邻。
在其第二方面,本发明提供一种用于在本发明的泵内使用的壳体。

具体实施方式
图1示出依据本发明一个实施方式的指型蠕动泵2。泵2具有泵体4和壳体6。壳体6在铰链8处铰接到泵体4,以使壳体6可以在图1a所示的闭合位置和图1b所示的打开位置之间枢转。壳体6利用定位于壳体6远离铰链8的那个端部处的突出部10卡合进闭合位置,其中,突出部10卡合进泵体4内的相匹配的缺口12内。
壳体6具有通道18,通道18的尺寸设计为容纳下文所解释的弹性导管的区段。
泵体4具有容纳多个电动阀16的壳体14。在图1中示出四个阀16a到16d。这仅仅是举例而言,泵可具有两个以上的任何数量的阀16。每个阀16均有相应的指型件20。每个阀16可电操作,以将其指型件20从指型件20未接触通道18内的导管的回缩位置振荡到指型件20在通道18内至少部分地阻塞柔性导管的延伸位置。指型件20b和20d在图1中显示位于其回缩位置,而指型件20a和20c在图1中显示位于其延伸位置。每个指型件20对应位于壳体6的上表面23内的指型件孔21。当位于其延伸位置时,指型件20延伸穿过其相应的指型件孔21进入壳体6内,以压缩通道18内的导管区域。
泵体4还包括处理器22,处理器22配置成在壳体6位于其闭合位置时依据时间空间模式操作阀16,以在通道18内的弹性导管内产生流体流动,如本领域众所周知的。
图2更详细地示出壳体6。由弹性材料制成的导管24已经引入到通道18内。导管24在通道18内由一个或多个支撑件26支撑,支撑件26防止在延伸状态时两个指型件20之间的导管24凸胀。支撑件26也防止在泵操作过程中导管24在通道18内横向运动。通道18的横截面形状由支撑件26内的孔59的形状确定。
图3示出如图1a同样示出的位于闭合位置时且带有位于通道18内的导管24的泵2。可以看出,指型件20a和20c位于其延伸位置,并因此压缩导管24和接触点25a和25c。如上所解释的,阀16由处理器22操作,使得指型件20在其回缩位置和延伸位置之间交替,以在导管24内产生流动。壳体6包括防自由流动机构39。当壳体6未位于如图1所示的其闭合位置时,防自由流动机构防止流体在导管24内流动。在图4中示出沿图3所示泵2的横截面AA’所取的防自由流动机构。壳体6在图4a中示出位于其打开位置,在图4b中示出位于其闭合位置。防自由流动机构包括阻塞板32,致动突部34从该阻塞板32延伸(也可参见图1和2)。阻塞板32具有D形孔36,其具有平直底部边缘37和上部拱形边缘35。通道18的孔59在图4中以虚线表示。通道18的孔59成D形,具有平直上部边缘41和拱形下部边缘47。阻塞板可从图4a所示的阻断位置滑动到图4b所示的非阻断位置。利用弹簧38将阻塞板32弹性偏压到其阻断位置。在其非阻断位置(图4b)时,阻塞板32的孔36与通道18基本上对准,使得导管24未被阻断。在其阻断位置(图4a)时,孔36和通道18仅部分地重叠,使得导管24在孔36的平直边缘37和通道18的平直边缘41之间受到挤压。因此导管24被阻断,如图4a所示。这就防止了在壳体6自泵体4转出时,流体在导管24内的意外流动。
当壳体6自泵体4转出时,可通过手动地下压突部34将阻塞板32带进其非阻断位置(图4b)。在阻塞板32的非阻断位置时,突部34可与阻塞板32暂时性地闩锁在一起。例如,这可在希望容许流体在导管内自由流动时实施。在图4c中以侧面图示出位于被闩锁的非阻断位置的板32。突部34每一侧上的延伸部51(并参见图4a和4b)卡在壳体6内壁的延伸部53下。通过转动板32将阻塞板32自其未被闩锁的非阻断位置(图4b)带进其被闩锁的非阻断位置(图4c),以将延伸部51卡在延伸部53下。弹簧38施加在板32上的向上压力将延伸部51压到延伸部53,以将防自由流动机构维持在其被闩锁的非阻断状态。通过向回转动板32,阻塞板32可自其被卡住的非阻断位置手动地释放,以从延伸部53下移走。然后,板32通过壳体6内的槽缝57,以便在弹簧38的影响下恢复其阻断位置(图4a)。然后,壳体6转动闭合到泵体4上(图4b)。如果在壳体转动到泵体4上时防自由流动机构位于其被闩锁的非阻断位置,则随着壳体6转动闭合,自泵体4延伸的一对楔件55(图1b)转动板32,从而将延伸部51从延伸部53下移走。当壳体6位于其闭合位置时,固定于泵体4内的静止板40抵抗弹簧38而下压突部34,从而将板32维持于其未被闩锁的非阻断位置。图5示出依据本发明另一实施方式的指型蠕动泵2’。泵2’中与泵2的组件类似的组件由相同参考编号标识且不再另行说明。泵2’具有泵体4’和壳体6’。壳体6’利用定位在壳体6’两端部的突出部10’可翻转地附接到泵体4’,其中,突出部10’卡合进位于泵体4’相对侧面上的相匹配的缺口12’内。在图5a中,示出壳体6’附接到泵体4’,在图5b中,示出壳体6’自泵体4’拆下。泵2’如上参照泵2所述地进行操作。壳体6’是一次性的。图6示出可与泵体4’一起使用的代替壳体6’的壳体6”。壳体6”中与壳体6’的组件类似的组件由相同参考编号标识且不再另行说明。壳体6”与弹性导管24’是一体的。导管24’的一个端部设置有连接器42,其适于与诸如输液袋(未示出)等上游流体贮存器形成流体连接。导管24’的另一端部设置有连接器45,其用于与诸如注射针(未示出)等下游装置形成流体连接。

Claims (19)
1.一种指型蠕动泵(2),包括泵体(4)和壳体(6),其中,所述泵体包括具有延伸位置和回缩位置的两个或更多个指型件(20);所述壳体具有配置成容纳导管(24)的通道(18),并且还包括防自由流动机构以在所述导管不与所述指型件相邻时防止流体在所述导管位于所述壳体内的区段内流动;每个所述指型件与位于所述壳体的上表面(23)中的指型件孔(21)对应;所述指型件在位于其延伸位置时延伸穿过其相应的指型件孔进入所述壳体内,以压缩所述导管位于所述通道内的区域;进一步地,其中,所述容纳导管的壳体能够自所述泵的泵体完全地卸下,从而能够实现两种构造:(i)附接到所述泵体的第一构造或(ii)完全拆下且分开携载的第二构造;所述泵还包括配置成依据预定的时间空间模式操作所述指型件的的处理器(22)。
