技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于制动系统的活塞阀单元,并且特别地但不排它地涉及用于活塞阀单元的密封装置。
背景技术
在铁路工业中,对于各种部件都有标准的检修间隔期和寿命。大部分部件的检修间隔期为9年,并且期望这些部件具有40年的寿命。与其它陆上交通形式相比,铁路车辆仍然具有很高的使用率。
用于铁路车辆的常规的制动系统为气动的,并且通常使用膜片阀来控制向制动传动装置施加和释放压力。鉴于铁道车辆的正常使用,期望阀在检修之间具有44,000,000开/闭周期,在整个寿命内具有196,000,000开/闭周期。由于膜片阀的可靠性和鲁棒性,这种可靠性和鲁棒性能够满足工业标准检修间隔期以及寿命,因此历史上它们都是优选的选择。
然而,对于更现代的系统,会希望具有制动系统的电子控制,以允许引入新的技术。一种可能性是使用活塞阀型装置,其中活塞位置在两个位置之间切换。为了维持阀中的压力,活塞设有活塞环。然而,对于活塞阀来说存在的突出的问题是活塞孔的表面以及活塞环的磨损很大,并且在许多情况下这种磨损会导致阀在检修间隔期之间失效。
发明内容
本发明提供一种具有密封装置的活塞阀单元,该密封装置能够降低在检修间隔期之间失效的可能性并且能够使活塞孔具有较长的工作寿命。
依照本发明,提供了一种用于滑动密封的密封装置,该密封装置设在使用中适于移动的一个基体之上,密封装置适于在移动基体和第二基体的表面之间提供密封,其中第二基体由具有形成在第二基体的表面中大体对齐的夹杂物或微裂纹的材料形成,该夹杂物或微裂纹具有纵向方向,在使用中,密封装置的运动方向大体平行于夹杂物或微裂纹的纵向方向。
在优选实施例中,密封装置包括O形环,移动基体包括活塞,第二基体包括活塞孔。优选地,密封装置具有环形截面。优选地,第二基体由挤压材料形成。优选地,第二基体由挤压阳极氧化处理的铝形成。优选地,密封装置由聚氨酯形成。
在优选实施例中,密封装置设在用于铁路车辆制动系统的制动阀装置中,该制动阀装置包括活塞阀。

具体实施方式
图1显示用在气动铁路制动系统中的活塞阀单元,包括主基体1、设在主基体1的上表面上的上基体2,其中主基体1设有活塞孔3,该活塞孔通过另一个孔5排气。主空气供给通过具有阻气门的空气通道7提供到第一活塞孔3。空气通道7然后分成两个分支,其中一个分支通到输出级,第二分支通到在其下端带有阻气门9的排气通道,该排气通道适于给阀排气。
活塞孔3具有阶梯状结构,且较窄横截面位于活塞孔的下部。每个活塞孔设有活塞10,活塞10具有阶梯状横截面,且较窄横截面位于底端,而较宽横截面位于上端。每个截面都设有活塞环12。每个阀的操作由相应的微螺线管13来控制,该微螺旋管控制辅助压力施加到阀的相应的上部腔基体中。活塞在冲程为几毫米的两个位置之间切换。
尽管其它挤压密封设计也是可能的,密封装置12通常为聚氨酯O形环,并且阀基体由挤压的铝制成。活塞孔3经过阳极氧化处理。
密封装置12在维持所需性能的情况下能达到的滑动操作次数取决于许多因素,例如:材料硬度、润滑、操作温度以及材料的摩擦值。
已经发现,在合理的公差范围内的初始表面光洁度几乎对密封装置12的寿命没有影响。令人惊奇的是,密封装置的失效同样不是活塞环的磨损造成的。基体材料表面的显微结构通常显示出许多夹杂物或微裂纹。这种夹杂物或微裂纹通常具有不规则的形状,并且因此具有大于横向宽度的纵向长度。硬的阳极氧化处理的镀层是多孔的并且成列的夹杂物延伸到易碎的近表面材料下方的表面上,这样在使用中又会产生坑。当密封装置近似垂直于夹杂物延伸方向滑过这些坑时,会导致坑的边缘开裂,并且最终破裂,从而增大坑的尺寸。这样释放的硬的铝颗粒陷落到密封装置12与活塞孔3之间,并且充当嵌入密封装置以及磨损活塞孔表面的研磨剂,这又会导致密封工效的降低以及阀的失效。
令人惊奇的是,还曾发现,夹杂物基本上沿挤压基体材料的方向定向,并且当沿夹杂物施加滑动力时,表面材料展现出不同性能,并且坑的边缘开裂程度与具有不同的夹杂物相比不同。因此,如果形成活塞孔的基体材料的颗粒结构与密封装置的方向纵向对齐,则滑动密封的动作会导致密封装置卧入而不是磨损。这样大大提高了密封寿命。
虽然基体材料被描述为挤压的铝,但也可以使用其它材料。也可以使用除挤压以外的制造技术,只要这些技术能产生大体对齐的微裂纹和夹杂物。

Claims (7)

1、一种用于滑动密封的密封装置,所述密封装置设在使用中适于移动的基体上,所述密封装置适于在移动基体和第二基体的表面之间提供密封,其中,所述第二基体由具有形成在第二基体的表面中的对齐的夹杂物或微裂纹的材料形成,所述夹杂物或微裂纹具有纵向方向,使用中,密封装置的运动方向平行于夹杂物或微裂纹的纵向方向。
2、如权利要求1所述的密封装置,其特征在于,所述密封装置包括O形环,所述移动基体包括活塞,并且所述第二基体包括活塞孔。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的密封装置,其特征在于,所述密封装置具有环形横截面。
4、如权利要求3所述的密封装置,其特征在于,所述第二基体由挤压的材料制成。
5、如权利要求4所述的密封装置,其特征在于,所述第二基体由挤压的阳极氧化处理的铝制成。
6、如权利要求5所述的密封装置,其特征在于,所述密封装置由聚氨酯制成。
7、一种用于铁路车辆制动系统的制动阀装置,包括具有如权利要求2至6中任何一项所述的密封装置的活塞阀。
