Abstract

本发明涉及一种可以选择孔型或孔距的组合式打孔装订机。现有的打孔装订机多采用一个冲刀组总成,打孔间距不可调节。本发明的机台上对应设置有左、右转换盘,左转换盘外侧设置有槽盘和摇臂,右转换盘外侧设置有转位齿盘。槽盘上开有转换槽,摇臂上开有打孔槽。左、右转换盘的内端面之间设置有3~6个冲刀组总成,冲刀组总成以左转换盘和右转换盘的轴心为中心均匀设置,冲刀组总成的冲刀轴与转换槽和打孔槽配合。左、右转换盘上开有限位槽和滑块导向槽。本发明可以通过转动转盘使不同的冲刀组总成处于工作位置,实现不同的冲刀组总成的转换。

组合式打孔装订机
技术领域
本发明涉及一种装订工具,特别涉及一种打孔装订机,具体是一种可以选择孔型或孔距的组合式打孔装订机。
背景技术
打孔装订机是将待装订的文件首先进行打孔,然后将穿边条等穿入装订孔中。现有的打孔装订机多采用两种以下冲刀组总成,可以选择的打孔及装订方式比较少。也有采用拆装更换刀模的方式来调节打孔及装订方式,但是成本比较高,储藏和维护比较困难,对操作者的要求也比较高。打孔时,有时需要根据各个国家不同纸张规格的要求进行调整打孔数量等,这些打孔装订机满足不了这种需要。专利号为200520015524.4的实用新型专利公开了一种打孔装订机,该装订机对应每个冲刀位置设置了压刀片,打孔时如需要减少打孔数量,只要抽出该冲刀对应的压刀片,该冲刀即不参与打孔,实现了各种选择性打孔的需要。但该种结构的打孔装订机也不能调节冲刀间距以及装订方式。市场上也有采用两个冲刀组总成的打孔装订机,是在打孔装订机的两边分别设置不同规格的冲刀组总成,以适应用户的不同需要。但该结构也只能采用两个冲刀组总成,不能满足用户特别的需要。同时,该种打孔装订机打孔时需要根据不同使用要求在装订机不同的一边进行,使用不是很方便。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种具有多个冲刀组总成的组合式的打孔装订机,在打孔中可以实现选择不同方式调整有效的孔数、孔型和孔距。
本发明的具体实现方案是:该组合式打孔装订机包括机台,机台上固定设置有电机。机台上对应设置有左转换盘和右转换盘,左转换盘的轴心和右转换盘的轴心与主轴连接,主轴的两端通过主轴法兰与机台连接。左转换盘外侧设置有槽盘和摇臂,右转换盘外侧设置有转位齿盘。槽盘为边沿带有缺口的圆盘,朝向左转换盘的侧面沿周向开有转换槽,槽盘的盘心与主轴固定连接;摇臂朝向左转换盘的侧面开有打孔槽,转换槽的两个端口与打孔槽的两个端口位置配合,转换槽与打孔槽在端口对接时形成封闭的环形槽。摇臂的一端通过摇臂法兰与机台连接,另一端与传动臂中推拉杆的一端连接,推拉杆的另一端与摇杆的一端活动连接,摇杆的另一端与机台铰链连接;摇杆的侧面开有传动槽,曲杆上固定的销轴与传动槽配合,曲杆与电机的动力输出轴连接。
左转换盘的内端面和右转换盘的内端面之间设置有3~6个冲刀组总成,冲刀组总成以左转换盘和右转换盘的轴心为中心均匀设置。左转换盘和右转换盘上开有限位槽和滑块导向槽,限位槽和滑块导向槽的数量与冲刀组总成的数量相同。冲刀组总成的滑块与滑块导向槽位置对应,最下方的限位槽与机台面对应。
冲刀组总成包括压刀轴,压刀轴两端固定有压刀凸轮。压刀凸轮与压刀架两端固定的滑块位置配合。压刀架外侧固定有抽刀架,压刀架上开有与冲刀数量相同的压刀槽,抽刀架上开有与冲刀数量相同的抽刀槽,与冲刀数量相同的压刀片分别通过压刀槽和抽刀槽活动架设在压刀架和抽刀架内,每个冲刀与对应的压刀片、压刀槽和抽刀槽位置配合。压刀架下沿开有装刀槽,冲刀通过装刀槽活动安装在压刀架上。所述摆臂设置在左转换盘与槽盘之间,所述摆臂的数量与冲刀组总成相同,并以左转换盘的轴心为中心均匀设置;所述摆臂的一端与对应的压刀轴的轴端固定连接,另一端设置有滚动销,滚动销与打孔槽和转换槽位置对应。
对应转位齿盘设置有转位齿轮,转位电机或者手柄与配合转位齿轮连接。机台上设置有限位销,限位销与限位槽的位置相配合。
本发明可以通过转动转盘使不同的冲刀组总成处于工作位置,实现不同的冲刀组总成的转换,打孔中可以灵活选择不同打孔方式来调整有效的孔数、孔型和孔距。

具体实施方式
如图1,该组合式打孔装订机包括机台14,机台14上固定设置有电机。机台14上对应设置有左转换盘6和右转换盘10,左转换盘6和右转换盘10的轴心与主轴9连接,主轴9的两端通过主轴法兰1与机台14连接。左转换盘6的外侧设置有槽盘2和摇臂,右转换盘10外侧设置有转位齿盘11。左转换盘6和右转换盘10的内端面之间设置有冲刀组总成15。
如图2,冲刀组总成15包括压刀轴8,压刀轴8两端固定有压刀凸轮7。压刀凸轮7与压刀架两端固定的滑块20位置配合。压刀架外侧固定有抽刀架,压刀架上开有与冲刀17数量相同的压刀槽,抽刀架上开有与冲刀17数量相同的抽刀槽,与冲刀数量相同的压刀片19分别通过压刀槽和抽刀槽活动架设在压刀架和抽刀架内,每个冲刀17与对应的压刀片19、压刀槽和抽刀槽位置配合。压刀架下沿开有装刀槽,冲刀17通过装刀槽活动安装在压刀架上。冲刀组总成15的结构采用现有技术,不再详细描述。本发明所要求保护的重点在于多个冲刀组总成的组合。
如图3和4,左转换盘6和右转换盘10的内端面之间设置有四个冲刀组总成15,冲刀组总成15以左转换盘6和右转换盘10的轴心为中心均匀设置。左转换盘6和右转换盘10上分别开有四个限位槽18和滑块导向槽16。冲刀组总成15的滑块与滑块导向槽16位置对应,工作中滑块在滑块导向槽16内往复运动。下方水平位置的在限位槽18与机台14的工作面对应,纸张可以由限位槽18送入。机台14上设置有限位销,限位销14与限位槽18的位置相配合,当左转换盘6和右转换盘10转动到位时,通过限位销14与限位槽18将左转换盘6和右转换盘10定位。对应转位齿盘11设置有转位齿轮13,手柄12与转位齿轮13连接。左转换盘6与槽盘2之间设置有四个摆臂5,以左转换盘2的轴心为中心均匀设置。摆臂5的一端与对应的压刀轴8的轴端固定连接,另一端设置有滚动销4。
如图5、6和7,槽盘2为边沿带有缺口的圆盘,朝向左转换盘6的侧面沿周向开有转换槽3,槽盘2的盘心与主轴9固定连接。摇臂23朝向左转换盘6的侧面开有打孔槽22,转换槽3的两个端口与打孔槽22的两个端口位置配合,转换槽3与打孔槽22在端口对接时形成封闭的环形槽。滚动销4与打孔槽22和转换槽3位置对应,在进行不同的冲刀组总成15转换时,滚动销4在转换槽3内滑动;在打孔时,滚动销4在打孔槽22内滑动。摇臂23的一端通过摇臂法兰21与机台14连接,另一端与传动臂中推拉杆26的一端连接,推拉杆26的另一端与摇杆28的一端活动连接,摇杆28的另一端与机台14铰链连接。摇杆28的侧面开有传动槽27,曲杆24上固定的销轴25与传动槽27配合,可以在传动槽27内滑动。曲杆24与电机的动力输出轴连接。
该组合式打孔装订机通过摇动手柄,通过转位齿轮和转位齿盘带动左、右转换盘,使不同的冲刀组总成处于工作面,实现了不同冲刀组总成进行打孔的转换。同时,通过压刀片控制冲刀工作数量,有选择地调整有效冲刀数量,实现了多种打孔的孔数、孔型和孔距。工作时,电机通过曲杆、摇杆和推拉杆,将动力传送至摆臂,带动压刀轴转动,使冲刀向下运动,完成打孔动作。

Claims (4)

1、组合式打孔装订机,包括机台,机台上固定设置有电机,其特征在于机台上对应设置有左转换盘和右转换盘,左转换盘的轴心和右转换盘的轴心与主轴连接,主轴的两端通过主轴法兰与机台连接;左转换盘外侧设置有槽盘和摇臂,右转换盘外侧设置有转位齿盘;槽盘为边沿带有缺口的圆盘,朝向左转换盘的侧面沿周向开有转换槽,槽盘的盘心与主轴固定连接;摇臂朝向左转换盘的侧面开有打孔槽,转换槽的两个端口与打孔槽的两个端口位置配合;摇臂的一端通过摇臂法兰与机台连接,另一端与传动臂中推拉杆的一端连接,推拉杆的另一端与摇杆的一端活动连接,摇杆的另一端与机台铰链连接;摇杆的侧面开有传动槽,曲杆上固定的销轴与传动槽配合,曲杆与电机的动力输出轴连接;
左转换盘的内端面和右转换盘的内端面之间设置有3~6个冲刀组总成,冲刀组总成以左转换盘和右转换盘的轴心为中心均匀设置;左转换盘和右转换盘上开有限位槽和滑块导向槽;冲刀组总成的滑块与对应的滑块导向槽位置配合,最下方的限位槽与机台面对应;
所述的冲刀组总成包括压刀轴,压刀轴两端固定有压刀凸轮;压刀凸轮与压刀架两端固定的滑块位置配合;压刀架外侧固定有抽刀架,压刀架上开有压刀槽,抽刀架上开有抽刀槽,压刀片通过压刀槽和抽刀槽活动架设在压刀架和抽刀架内,每个冲刀与对应的压刀片、压刀槽和抽刀槽位置配合;压刀架下沿开有装刀槽,冲刀通过装刀槽活动安装在压刀架上;
所述摆臂设置在左转换盘与槽盘之间,所述摆臂的数量与冲刀组总成相同,并以左转换盘的轴心为中心均匀设置;所述摆臂的一端与对应的压刀轴的轴端固定连接,另一端设置有滚动销,滚动销与打孔槽和转换槽位置对应。
2、如权利要求1所述的组合式打孔装订机,其特征在于所述的机台上设置有限位销,限位销与限位槽的位置相配合。
3、如权利要求1所述的组合式打孔装订机,其特征在于对应转位齿盘设置有转位齿轮,手柄与转位齿轮连接。
4、如权利要求1所述的组合式打孔装订机,其特征在于对应转位齿盘设置有转位齿轮,转位电机的动力输出轴与转位齿轮配合连接。
