Abstract

一种磨钢球砂轮干燥工艺,在可控间歇式干燥炉内进行,其干燥过程经过低温、高温阶段,低温阶段温度为35~45℃,时间为60~80小时,高温阶段温度为60~80℃,时间为40~60小时,最后经冷却阶段,在12~18小时内冷却至40℃以下,低、高温阶段的温、湿度通过调节干燥炉的燃烧状况和炉顶部空气调节孔中的风门来控制。所述干燥炉干燥室,长1000~1500cm,宽190~220cm,高180~210cm。本发明用于有特殊要求的磨钢球砂轮的制作,既避免坯件干裂现象,又能缩短生产周期,降低能耗,提高干坯件强度,从而有效保证产品质量,节约成本,提高效益。

磨钢球砂轮干燥工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种工业用砂轮的制作方法,特别是具有特殊要求的磨钢球砂轮的干燥工艺。
背景技术
砂轮是机加工行业不可缺少的加工工具,磨钢球砂轮是指用于磨削直径在76.2mm以下球形钢珠的专用砂轮。磨钢球砂轮的使用及制造工艺与普通陶瓷砂轮均有较大差别。钢球磨削工艺要求砂轮硬度高、密度大、粒度细、组织均匀和具有一定的韧性,而首要条件是要有极高的硬度和韧性。为达到上述要求,就必须使用特殊的工艺制造措施,采用微粉级磨料、辅料和水作湿润剂,经混料、成型、干燥、烧成等工艺过程才能完成,要达到较高的成品率,其中砂轮的干燥工艺十分重要。
目前磨钢球砂轮的干燥工艺采取先进行自然干燥(或称预干燥),然后再进行人工干燥的方法,干燥最高温度为140℃,干燥总时间140~180小时。干燥设备采用间歇作业的热炕式干燥炉、箱式煤气换热干燥炉、蒸气加热干燥炉或连续操作的隧道式干燥炉。由于磨钢球砂轮具有特殊的工艺配方要求,其使用的原辅材料粒度细,辅助材料使用量大,湿润剂为具有一定温度的热水,因此采取上述干燥工艺所需要的干燥时间长、对干燥设备的要求高,对干燥室的温度、湿度控制十分困难,干燥坯件裂纹废品率高达20%~30%,严重影响了产品的生产周期和磨钢球砂轮湿坯件的干燥质量。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有砂轮干燥工艺的不足之处,提供一种生产周期短、干燥质量好、成本低、效益高的,适用于有特殊要求的磨钢球砂轮干燥工艺。
本发明的技术方案是:磨钢球砂轮干燥工艺,在可控间歇式干燥炉内进行,经过加温和冷却阶段,改进之处是干燥过程先依次经过低温、高温阶段,总时间为100~120小时,其中低温阶段温度为35~45℃,时间为60~80小时,高温阶段温度为60~80℃,时间为40~60小时,最后经冷却阶段,在12~18小时内冷却至40℃以下,低温、高温阶段的温度、湿度通过调节干燥炉的燃烧状况和炉顶部空气调节孔中的风门来控制。
所述可控间歇式干燥炉干燥室高180~210cm,宽190~220cm,长1000~1500cm,炉顶空气调节孔为4~8个,孔径20~40cm;所述风门的调节是:低温阶段风门开启度为30%~50%,高温阶段风门开启度为80%~100%。
本发明中,所用可控间歇式干燥炉采用间歇式作业的温、湿度可控式热炕式干燥炉或箱式煤气换热干燥炉,其结构简单,建筑费用低,上马快,采用煤或煤气燃烧、用高温烟气作为热源,将炉内空气加热,在炉顶部设置数量4~8个直径20~40cm的可调节的空气调节孔和除湿孔,使干、湿热空气形成对流而对湿坯件进行干燥。炉内空腔即干燥室为长方体,长、宽、高比例合适,热工制度易于调整,可根据环境温、湿度变化和生产需要随时调整干燥工艺曲线,因而适用于有特殊要求、结合剂含量大、粒度细、水份含量高的磨钢球砂轮湿坯的干燥。本发明控制合适的低、高温阶段的温度、湿度和时间,并保证在合适的时间内充分冷却,既避免湿坯件因空气对流速度快致使坯体表面干裂而内部不干现象的出现,又能缩短生产周期,提高干坯件的强度,从而有效保证产品质量,提高成品率,干燥时间和最高温度均低于现有干燥工艺,能降低能耗、节约成本,提高效益。
具体实施方式
例1:将成型后的磨钢球砂轮湿坯件放在专用坯件干燥车上推入热炕式干燥炉进行干燥,干燥室长150cm,宽190cm,高180cm,炉顶部设8个直径25cm的空气调节孔。采用煤为燃料,用高温烟气作为热源,将炉内空气加热。通过调节炉火燃烧状况,用热电偶测温,先使干燥室进入低温阶段,温度控制在42℃左右,持续时间70小时,此时控制空气调节孔中风门的开启度为40%,使干、湿热空气形成对流,排出湿气而对湿坯件进行干燥;接着进入高温阶段,温度75℃左右,时间48小时,风门开启度90%,加大空气对流,加快干燥速度;最后熄灭炉火,风门全部打开,炉门适当打开,使干燥室经过16小时冷却至40℃以下。至此,干燥工艺完成。
例2:操作方法同上,其中干燥炉采用箱式煤气换热干燥炉,干燥室长1000cm,宽220cm,高210cm,空气调节孔4个,直径35cm,用煤气为燃料。低温阶段,温度37℃左右,时间62小时,高温阶段,温度65℃左右,时间42小时。
以上实施例中,干燥后的磨钢球砂轮坯件无裂纹废品,坯件强度提高8~10倍,干燥时间比原有工艺缩短40小时以上。

1、一种磨钢球砂轮干燥工艺,在可控间歇式干燥炉内进行,经过加温和冷却阶段,其特征是干燥过程先依次经过低温、高温阶段,总时间为100~120小时,其中低温阶段温度为35~45℃,时间为60~80小时,高温阶段温度为60~80℃,时间为40~60小时,最后经冷却阶段,在12~18小时内冷却至40℃以下,低温、高温阶段的温度、湿度通过调节干燥炉的燃烧状况和炉顶部空气调节孔中的风门来控制。
2、按权利要求1所述的磨钢球砂轮干燥工艺,其特征是所述可控间歇式干燥炉干燥室高180~210cm,宽190~220cm,长1000~1500cm,炉顶空气调节孔为4~8个,孔径20~40cm。
3、按权利要求1所述的磨钢球砂轮干燥工艺,其特征是所述风门的调节是:低温阶段风门开启度为30%~50%,高温阶段风门开启度为80%~100%。
