技术领域
[01]本发明涉及一可植入式眼内镜片以及一用于分配所述镜片的植入器。
背景技术
[02]公知地,眼内镜片用于代替接受白内障手术的患者的眼内晶状体。眼内镜片的触体是位于光学件外部且用于将镜片在患者眼睛里面保持就位的部分。通常下触体是先插进的部分,因为切口最经常地位于正面那边,外科医生在手术过程中位于躺卧着的患者的头部后面。最后布置的上触体保持离切口最近。
[03]植入器的概念是随采用可机械变形的柔性材料制成的眼内镜片的概念而出现。所述发展是应对白内障外科手术中小切口使用的结果,所述切口宽一般限于约3毫米。植入器的接头应该能够穿过所述切口,而没必要将其扩宽。
[04]存在许多用于眼内镜片的植入器类型。大多数情况中,眼内透镜被一辅助装置如一翼式筒、一滑阀或一支承肋弯曲,从而活塞的作用只归结为最后推动镜片使其穿过接头。
[05]植入器的柱体接头其平均内径(1.5至4毫米)比眼内镜片的光学直径(5至7毫米)小。使所述镜片穿进一逐渐收缩的、因而或多或少呈锥形的区部里的设计思路,在以前专利尤其在文献WO 00/49974和WO02/00870中已经公布了。
[06]所述技术的主要难点之一在于:在沿直径方向压缩光学件的整个阶段中,需使镜片保持其在系统里对齐。
[07]尤其光学件的大致呈圆形的形状可以驱动镜片横向移动,并且因此使所述镜片丧失轴向对齐。另一方面,镜片的下触体——其布置在沿镜片分配器方向上光学件的下游部位,有可能过早摩擦到植入器的锥形内壁上,这可能会导致镜片失去稳定性,或者可能使下触体迭合在光学件上,因而导致所述镜片被退出。
发明内容
[08]本发明的目的在于提出不会出现上述缺点的一眼内镜片与一相关的植入器。
[09]本发明的目的尤其在于提出一所述类型镜片和一所述类型植入器,所述镜片和植入器以安全可靠的方式运行,不存在镜片分配时被卡在所述植入器里的危险。
[10]本发明的目的还在于提出其制造和实施简单且成本低的一所述类型镜片和一所述类型植入器。
[11]本发明的目的因此在于提出一可植入式柔性材料眼内镜片,所述镜片具有一优选基本呈圆形的光学件,所述镜片具有两布设在光学件两相对边缘上的侧扁平部,所述扁平部彼此之间形成一角度。
[12]有利地是,所述光学件相对于镜片的一中心纵轴线对称。
[13]有利地是,所述扁平部分别有一至少0.5毫米的长度,优选约1毫米。

[23]本发明的目的还在于提出一种利用一植入器分配一眼内镜片的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括以下步骤:提供一植入器,所述植入器具有一主要柱体部、一通到一更小尺寸的分配部里的锥体部,以及一可在所述植入器里移动的活塞;将一眼内镜片以无变形方式布置在所述植入器里,所述镜片具有一光学件,所述光学件具有两侧扁平部,所述扁平部形成一角度,所述角度对应植入器锥体部的壁形成的角度;通过活塞将镜片移向分配部,所述扁平部抵靠着锥体部滑动,引起光学件、然后是镜片其余部分的弯曲,而同时保持镜片的轴向对齐。

具体实施方式
[27]图1简略示出一根据本发明的眼内镜片。
[28]所述眼内镜片10具有一光学件11,其优选呈一大致圆形的形式,适于当被沿其直径压缩时弯曲。所述镜片10有利地是具有一下触体(haptique)12和/或一上触体13:所述上触体布置在沿镜片在植入器主体内的移动方向的下游部位;所述下触体可以与所述活塞24相配合。所述上触体13可以具有两侧元件16、17,有利地是,所述两侧元件相互对称。
[29]根据本发明,镜片的光学件11具有两扁平部15,所述两扁平部位于光学件的边缘上,在所述光学件的两相对边侧上。如图1所示,所述两扁平部15彼此之间形成一角度。优选地,镜片,尤其是光学件11,相对于镜片的纵轴线对称。各扁平部15的最小长度为0.5毫米,且优选地所述长度约1毫米。
[30]有利地是,所述镜片10采用柔性材料以整体件方式制成。优选地,下触体12的横向尺寸比光学件11的要小。目的在于避免下触体12在植入器内先于光学件11弯曲,否则会妨碍镜片的分配。例如,光学件11可以有一5.4毫米的宽度,且下触体12宽为3毫米。
[31]如图2至4所示,图中示出根据本发明的植入器20的一特殊实施方式。在所述实施方式中,植入器具有一主体,所述主体由一主要柱体部21、一柱体分配部22——其横向截面比所述主要部分21的要小、一使所述主要部分21与所述分配部22相连的锥体部25。锥体部25的锥度,即植入器的壁相对于其中心纵轴线形成的角度,有利地是对应镜片扁平部的角度。主要部分21适于容纳未变形镜片10,如图2所示。
[32]此处以参考方式,在涉及所述植入器20的形状与运行方面引用文献WO 00/49974和WO 02/00870。
[33]活塞24可以具有一个或多个支体(brin)26,在图示实施例中尤其是两个。当活塞24在所述锥体部25里滑动时,所述支体26可以相互间靠近。
[34]开始时,布置镜片10使得活塞24的两支体26分别和上触体13的各一侧元件16、17相对。只有活塞被作动时光学件11才被引导,且狭窄的下触体12进入植入器20的锥体部25里但未与其相接触。
[35]当在活塞24上施加一压力时,镜片10首先平移而无变形,直至光学件11的两扁平部15最终接触到锥体部25。继续在活塞20上施加压力,光学件11开始其弯曲,锥体部25的壁引导扁平部15,用以保持镜片10的轴向对齐。弯曲过程中的光学件11几乎被卷绕起来,同时与锥体部25的壁相接触。当下触体12跟随光学件11的运动而终于接触到锥体部25时,所述下触体然后开始其弯曲。下触体12的下径向尺寸避免其早于光学件11弯曲。
[36]镜片10弯曲后被推进分配部22里。
[37]推移结束时,如图4所示,光学件11在患者眼内重新展开,而且上触体13的侧元件16、17相互贴靠在一起。
[38]以上是结合本发明的一有利实施方式对本发明进行的描述,但显然,它并不局限于所述实施方式中。尤其地,触体可以是任何形状,且所述触体并非一定采用与镜片光学件的整体件方式实施。附图所示的上触体13的形状尤其适于通过一多支体式活塞传送推力。当然,活塞可以是任何类型,并且能够与上触体相配、与光学件相配,或甚至与所述两者相配合。另一方面,具有相连环柄式触体的光学件、或具有不同形状例如C形环柄、梭形体的整体件式镜片、四个支承点式触体或类似结构,也都包括在本发明中。
[39]本领域的技术人员可以在不超出本发明的范围如由所附权利要求确定的范围内,进行其它改动。

Claims (15)

1.可植入式柔性材料眼内镜片(10),所述镜片(10)具有一光学件(11),
其特征在于,所述镜片(10)具有两布设在所述光学件(11)的两相对边缘上的侧扁平部(15),所述扁平部(15)彼此之间形成一角度。
2.按照权利要求1所述的镜片,其特征在于,所述光学件(11)相对于所述镜片(10)的一中心纵轴线对称。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的镜片,其特征在于,所述扁平部(15)分别有一至少0.5毫米的长度。
4.按照权利要求1或2所述的镜片,其特征在于,所述镜片(10)具有一下触体(12),所述下触体的横向尺寸比所述光学件(11)的要小。
5.按照权利要求1或2所述的镜片,其特征在于,所述镜片(10)具有一上触体(13)。
6.按照权利要求5所述的镜片,其特征在于,所述上触体(13)具有两侧向元件(16,17)。
7.按照权利要求1所述的镜片,其特征在于,所述光学件(11)的形状基本呈圆形。
8.按照权利要求3所述的镜片,其特征在于,所述长度约1毫米。
9.具有一眼内镜片植入器(20)和一眼内镜片(10)的组件,其特征在于,所述植入器(20)具有一主要柱体部(21)和一通到一更小尺寸的分配部(22)里的锥体部(25);实施按照上述权利要求中任一项所述的镜片(10)。
10.按照权利要求9所述的组件,其特征在于,所述镜片(10)在分配前,以未被变形的方式布置在所述植入器里。
11.按照权利要求9或10所述的组件,其特征在于,由所述镜片(10)的所述扁平部(15)形成的角度对应所述植入器(20)的所述锥体部(25)的壁所形成的角度。
12.按照权利要求9或10所述的组件,其特征在于,分配前,所述镜片(10)的所述下触体(12)与所述锥体部(25)的壁间隔至少0.2毫米。
13.按照权利要求9或10所述的组件,其特征在于,所述植入器(20)包括一活塞(24),所述活塞适于使所述镜片(10)在所述柱体部(21)里移动,并通过所述锥体部(25)移向所述分配部(22)。
14.按照权利要求13所述的组件,其特征在于,所述活塞(24)与所述镜片(10)的所述上触体(13)和/或所述光学件(11)相配合。
15.按照权利要求12所述的组件,其特征在于,分配前,所述镜片(10)的所述下触体(12)与所述锥体部(25)的壁间隔约0.5毫米。
