Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种悬架和轴组件,具体涉及一种用于拖车的悬架和轴组件,其设计用以减少组件的重量、应力和疲劳。
背景技术
在现有车辆中,一个或多个在每一侧具有驱动行走轮的轴支撑着车辆的车架。所述轴通过一个悬架与车架相连,所述悬架对车架与轴之间的运动及载荷起阻尼作用。在一个现有的用于拖车的悬架和轴组件中,一对臂在从拖车车架降下的托架和轴之间延伸,通常,所述臂可枢转地连接到车架的托架上,并且刚性地连接到所述轴上。弹簧设置于轴的每一侧,并且从轴的顶部向车架延伸。
上述现有的悬架和轴组件存在一些缺陷。该组件在轴和悬架臂之间的连接部受到应力并且产生疲劳,导致连接部断裂。并且,该组件相对较重。最后,弹簧的位置使得在悬架臂上、以及在轴套和接头上产生显著的载荷,并且限制了车辆底盘的定位。
本发明人等认为,需要一种消除上述缺点或使之最小化的悬架和轴组件。
发明的内容
本发明提供一种用于车辆的悬架和轴组件。
根据本发明的悬架和轴组件,包括连接在一起的第一和第二部件。第一和第二部件的每一个确定出轴的一个部分、和在该轴部分的每一端的第一和第二悬架控制臂的部分。在本发明的一个实施例中,第一部件和第二部件彼此相同。第一和第二部件可以进一步确定出用于在其中容纳第一和第二弹簧的第一和第二孔。
根据本发明的悬架和轴组件与现有的组件相比得到显著的改进。特别是,通过将轴和臂形成一体,本发明的组件消除了轴和悬架臂之间的刚性连接点,从而减少了由于应力和疲劳而发生断裂的可能性。本发明的组件的重量也比现有的组件更轻。最后,本发明的组件能够将弹簧容纳在轴体最近似于轴的中心线的位置。从而,本发明的组件减少了悬架臂、轴套和接头上的载荷,并且由于能够使弹簧在所述孔内定位于不同的位置上,所以可以允许一个可变的、且更低的底盘高度。

具体实施方式
现在参照附图,其中,在不同的视图中,类似的参考标号用于表示同样的部件。图1表示支撑在根据本发明的一对悬架和轴组件12、14上的车架10的一部分。在所示的实施例中,车架10包括一个用于半拖车的车架。然而,应当理解的是,本发明的组件可以用于各种各样的车架。
车架10具有支撑车体的结构。车架10属于现有技术,并且可以由现有的金属和金属合金、例如钢制成。车架10可以包括一对纵向的轨道16、18,一个或多个横向构件20、22。车架10还可以包括多个安装托架,例如托架24、26、28、30,用于安装包含组件14、16在内的多种车辆部件。
轨道16、18属于现有技术,用于将一个拖车(未示出)固定到车架10上并对齐。轨道16、18的截面形状通常为C字形,凸缘32、34相对于各轨道16、18的纵向方向横向延伸。
横向构件20、22是已知的,设置用以连接轨道16、18。横向构件20、22还可以设有一个用于安装组件12、14的部件的机构,并且可以设有一个用于组件12、14的弹簧的支承面。
设置托架24、26、28、30,用以将组件12、14的部件安装到车架10上。托架24、26、28、30是现有技术。各托架24、26、28、30可以包括一对间隔侧壁36、38和一个后壁40。侧壁36、38可以确定出一个对准孔,该对准孔用于接收从轴套(未示出)的任一侧延伸出来的销42。本领域人员可以理解,托架24、26、28、30的数目、形状、成分和结构可以根据组件12、14的设计及与车辆相关的其它设计需要而改变。
现在参照图2和3,说明根据本发明一个实施例的用于车辆的悬架和轴组件12。应当理解,组件14在结构上与组件12类似。组件12用于可旋转地支撑车轮(未示出)、制动系统(未示出)和其它部件,并且用于支撑车架10。组件12可以包括构件44、46,转轴48、50,板52、54,弹簧56、58(图1),和衬套60、62。
构件44、46形成组件12的主体。构件44、46可以由现有的金属和金属合金、例如钢制成,并且可以通过现有的冲压操作来成型。在所示的实施例中,构件44、46彼此相同。因此,可以利用同样的加工对构件44、46进行成型,然后可以进行取向,以便形成镜像关系。然而,应该理解的是,构件44、46在尺寸、形状或成分上均可以是不同的,这并不脱离本发明的主旨。参照图3,各个构件44、46可以分别确定出一个顶壁或底壁64、66(这取决于观察角度),并且从壁64、66分别延伸出多个侧壁68、70、72、74和76、78、80、82。在所示实施例中,构件44、46确定出一个组件12,该组件12在被组装起来时是呈管状,并且包括圆形和矩形的截面。由于这种管状结构,本发明的组件12比现有技术的组件所用的材料更少,重量更轻。然而,应该理解的是,构件44、46的设计可以根据与车辆其它部件相关设计参数而改变。
再次参照图2,各个构件44、46确定出轴84的一个部分、以及接近轴84所述部分的任一端的悬架控制臂86、88的部分。在所示的实施例中,臂86、88包括拖车臂。然而,应当理解的是,臂86、88可选择地包括向前的臂。所述臂确定出半圆形凹槽90、92,所述半圆形凹槽90、92用于容纳轴套套筒94、96。可选择地,构件44、46可以分别确定出套筒94、96的一部分。套筒94、96可以被容纳于托架24、26的侧壁36、38内,并且用于容纳轴套(未示出),以便可以使臂86、88在托架24、26内枢转运动。轴84可以与纵向轴线98对中,所述纵轴98还可以形成组件12的纵向轴线。类似地,臂86、88可以与纵向轴线100、102对中,轴线100、102可以垂直于轴线98。
构件44、46可以沿着一个连续的焊接轨迹104连接在一起。该焊接轨迹104可以位于与地面及车辆的纵向平行的单一平面106中。在所示的实施例中,平面106包含各个轴线98、100、102。一旦连接,则构件44、46的壁72、80和74、82确定出用于下述目的的孔108、110。各个孔108、110可以大致为筒状,并且各个孔108、110的中心可以分别位于轴线98与轴线100、102相交的位置上。
转轴48、50用于将轮子(未示出)支撑在轮支承件(未示出)上。转轴48、50是现有技术,并且可以以现有的方式连接到构件44、46上。
板52、54提供了一个用于弹簧56、58的座。板52、54可以由现有的金属和金属合金、例如钢制成。板52、54的形状通常可以为圆形,并且其尺寸分别设定为可以被容纳到孔106、108中。通过焊接或其它现有的方式,板52、54可以在孔内连接到一个或多个壁72、80和74、82上。板的位置可以改变,以便改变弹簧56、58相对于组件12的高度。
参照图1,弹簧56、58用于对车架10和组件12之间的运动产生阻尼作用。弹簧56、58是现有技术。在所示实施例中,弹簧56、58包括空气弹簧。然而,应当理解的是,弹簧56、58也可以包括机械弹簧。弹簧56、58设置在由板52、54与组件12的孔106、108形成的弹簧座和形成于车架10上的弹簧座之间。通过在孔106、108内对板52、54进行定位,本发明的组件12允许弹簧56、58位于不同的高度,从而,与现有的组件相比,可以使车辆具有可变的、且更低的底盘高度。进而,弹簧56、58可以近似位于轴84的中心线(即轴线98),从而减小悬架臂86、88、轴套(未示出)和其它接头上的载荷。
衬套60、62用于减小在弹簧56、58上的磨损。衬套60、62可以由摩擦系数相对较低的材料、例如塑料制成。衬套60、62以现有的方式连接到壁72、80和74、82上。

Claims (6)

1.一种用于车辆的轴和悬架组件,包括:
一个第一构件;和
一个第二构件;
其中,所述第一构件和第二构件连接在一起,各第一和第二构件确定出轴的一部分、以及第一和第二悬架控制臂与轴的所述部分任一端接近的部分,所述第一和第二构件进一步确定出第一和第二孔,所述第一和第二孔用于在其中容纳第一和第二弹簧,所述第一孔的中心沿所述第一控制臂的中心纵向轴线和所述轴的中心纵向轴线设置,所述第二孔的中心沿着所述第二控制臂的中心纵向轴线和所述轴的所述中心纵向轴线设置。
2.如权利要求1所述的组件,其中,所述第一和第二构件由一个焊缝连接在一起,所述焊缝全部位于一个包含所述组件纵向轴线的平面内,所述平面平行于车辆的纵向方向。
3.如权利要求1所述的组件,其中,所述第一和第二控制臂的纵向轴线垂直于所述轴的纵向轴线。
4.如权利要求1所述的组件,其中,第一和第二弹簧座板设置在所述第一和第二孔内。
5.如权利要求4所述的组件,其中,所述第一和第二弹簧座板被焊接到所述第一和第二构件中的至少一个上。
6.如权利要求1所述的组件,其中,所述第一和第二孔衬有摩擦系数相对较低的材料。
