Abstract

本发明公开了一种柔性卷边抑波屏蔽接口，包括一屏蔽篷，屏蔽篷上开有孔口，与孔口对应处有刚性配套装置，刚性配套装置的周边连接第一屏蔽篷布套口，孔口周边连接第二屏蔽篷布套口。所述的刚性配套装置的四个角上设置固定搭扣。所述的第二屏蔽篷布套口外侧的四个角上设置固定搭扣。第一屏蔽篷布套口和第二屏蔽篷布套口是同一材质的屏蔽篷布。本发明的刚性配套装置与屏蔽篷孔口处连接同一材质的屏蔽篷布套口，使用时将两个套口卷边，将刚性配套装置与柔性屏蔽篷的连接由使用螺栓的硬连接改为柔性屏蔽布间的软连接，结构简单、性能可靠、安装拆卸方便。

技术领域
本发明属于预防电磁泄漏和电磁脉冲的柔性电磁屏蔽帐篷，特别涉及一种预防电磁泄漏屏蔽帐篷的柔性卷边抑波屏蔽接口。
背景技术
目前国内外研制的电磁屏蔽帐篷，其通风波导窗、电源滤波器、电话滤波器等刚性配套装置与柔性屏蔽篷的连接主要采取用螺栓将配套装置固定在屏蔽篷上的方法，这种方法主要针对屏蔽室和屏蔽舱上的配套装置安装，其一次安装到位，不反复安装拆卸，而电磁屏蔽帐篷架设和撤收频繁，每架设和撤收一次均要将配套装置安装固定和拆卸撤收一次，用螺栓反复固定不但会使配套装置和屏蔽篷易于受损，可靠性降低，屏蔽效能下降，而且安装拆卸繁琐。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术不足，提供一种柔性卷边抑波屏蔽接口，结构简单、性能可靠、安装拆卸方便。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的：本发明包括一屏蔽篷，屏蔽篷上开有孔口，与孔口对应处有刚性配套装置，刚性配套装置的周边连接第一屏蔽篷布套口，孔口周边连接第二屏蔽篷布套口。
所述的刚性配套装置的四个角上设置固定搭扣。
所述的第二屏蔽篷布套口外侧的四个角上设置固定搭扣。
第一屏蔽篷布套口和第二屏蔽篷布套口是同一材质的屏蔽篷布。
本发明的刚性配套装置与屏蔽篷孔口处连接同一材质的屏蔽篷布套口，使用时将两个套口卷边，将刚性配套装置与柔性屏蔽篷的连接由使用螺栓的硬连接改为柔性屏蔽布间的软连接，结构简单、性能可靠、安装拆卸方便。

下面结合附图对本发明的内容作进一步详细说明。
具体实施方式
参照图1、2所示，本发明包括一屏蔽篷7，屏蔽篷7上开有孔口2，与孔口2对应处有刚性配套装置1，刚性配套装置1的周边连接第一屏蔽篷布套口3，孔口2周边连接第二屏蔽篷布套口5，在刚性配套装置1的四个角上设置固定搭扣4，第二屏蔽篷布套口5外侧的四个角上设置固定搭扣6。
在刚性配套装置1与屏蔽篷连接时，将刚性配套装置的第一屏蔽篷布套口3套入屏蔽篷对应孔口2的第二屏蔽篷布套口5内，对齐、拉展，并向外侧卷起，用固定搭扣4、6固定，即完成安装。拆卸过程相反。
本发明的柔性卷边抑波屏蔽接口，由于第一屏蔽篷布套口3和第二屏蔽篷布套口5具有良好的导电性，经紧密卷折固定后，两套口形成连续导电体，阻隔了配套装置与屏蔽篷间隙造成的电磁泄漏，起到连接后屏蔽的效果。

Claims (3)

1、柔性卷边抑波屏蔽接口装置，包括一屏蔽篷(7)，屏蔽篷(7)上开有孔口(2)，与孔口(2)对应处有刚性配套装置(1)，其特征在于，刚性配套装置(1)的周边连接有第一屏蔽篷布套口(3)，孔口(2)周边连接有第二屏蔽篷布套口(5)；第一屏蔽篷布套口(3)套入第二屏蔽篷布套口(5)内，对齐、拉展，并向外侧卷起；第一屏蔽篷布套口(3)和第二屏蔽篷布套口(5)具有导电性，经紧密卷折固定后，两套口形成连续导电体。
2、根据权利要求1所述的柔性卷边抑波屏蔽接口装置，其特征在于，刚性配套装置(1)的四个角上设置固定搭扣(4)。
3、根据权利要求1所述的柔性卷边抑波屏蔽接口装置，其特征在于，第二屏蔽篷布套口(5)外侧的四个角上设置固定搭扣(6)。
