Abstract

本发明涉及一种水泥混凝土快速修补剂,主要组分为:元明粉,2%~25%;高铝水泥熟料,0%~70%;硬石膏,10%~50%;明矾石粉,2%~35%;萘磺酸盐甲醛高级缩合物,2%~10%;粉煤灰,0%~40%。本发明能满足不同工程对快速修补混凝土早期强度的要求,将其按水泥质量的14%~18%外掺入混凝土配制的快速修补混凝土,4h抗折、抗压强度最高可分别达到:3.8MPa、34.9MPa;本发明具有快硬而不速凝的特点,凝结时间≥1h,坍落度≥3cm,能够很好地满足施工要求;本发明早期具有微膨胀性能,后期收缩小,28d干缩率≤180×10-6;本发明配制的快速修补混凝土与老混凝土粘结力强,一般可达混凝土整体剪切强度的80%;本发明配制的快速修补混凝土耐久性好,其抗冻等级可达F250,单位面积磨损量<1.5kg/m2

水泥混凝土快速修补剂
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于房屋结构快速补强,地下混凝土结构渗漏修复,水泥混凝土路面、桥面、市政建设、机场跑道、停车场、港口、码头等工程的快速施工的快速修补剂,属建筑材料技术领域。
背景技术
水泥混凝土是当代用途最广、用量最大的人造材料之一。混凝土结构在长期使用过程中不可避免地会出现损坏,此外,由于设计和施工的不合理,使得很多混凝土结构提前出现破坏。而对于损坏的水泥混凝土路面、市政设施、机场跑道、停车场、港口、码头等工程需要进行快速修补。采用普通混凝土进行修补,存在强度发展缓慢、修补养护时间长、新旧混凝土粘结强度低等缺点;沥青混凝土对水泥混凝土路面进行修补存在道路强度不均匀、传荷不一致、使用寿命短,影响路面平整度,降低表面使用功能和不美观等缺点;高铝水泥、硫铝酸盐及氟铝酸盐等特种水泥的强度虽然发展很快,但高铝水泥后期强度倒缩严重,硫铝酸盐、氟铝酸盐水泥凝结时间太短,一般对施工要求较高,且特种水泥受产地限制,长途运输会增加修补成本;聚合物水泥砂浆和混凝土存在凝结时间短、施工性能差、耐老化性能差、价格昂贵等问题,因而在使用上也受到了限制。而复合修补剂具有生产、使用方便,价格便宜,且可采用多种功能组分进行复合以满足强度、凝结时间、收缩、耐久性等方面要求的优点。但现有的复合修补剂产品大都难以满足路面修补后4h通车的要求,而且还普遍存在凝结时间短、施工性能差、收缩大、新旧混凝土粘结强度低、耐久性差、后期强度倒缩严重等缺点。
因此,为了对损坏的水泥混凝土结构进行快速、有效的修补,需进一步开发出施工性能好、早期强度高、后期强度发展稳定,快硬而不速凝、收缩小,耐久性好,且原材料易得,生产和使用方便的快速修补剂。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题就是现有的水泥混凝土修补材料存在的强度发展缓慢、收缩大、凝结时间短、施工性能差、后期强度倒缩严重等缺陷。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用有机与无机相结合,多功能、多种类组分复合的方法,配制出施工性能好、早期强度高、后期强度发展稳定,快硬而不速凝、收缩小,耐久性好,且原材料易得,生产和使用方便的快速修补剂。
本发明的组分及其质量百分比为:
组分1:元明粉,2%~25%;
组分2:高铝水泥熟料,0%~70%;
组分3:硬石膏,10%~50%;
组分4:明矾石粉,2%~35%;
组分5:萘磺酸盐甲醛高级缩合物,2%~10%;
组分6:粉煤灰,0%~40%;
各组分的主要控制指标如下:
组分1中的Na2SO4含量>98%,0.08mm筛筛余<6%。
组分2中Al2O3含量>45%,CaO含量>25%,0.08mm筛筛余<8%。
组分3中SO3含量>50%。
组分4中Al2O3含量>16%,0.08mm筛筛余<8%,含水率<3%。
组分5的减水率>20%,固体掺量为0.5%,含气量<3%,Na2SO4<5%。
组分6的烧失量≤5%,需水量比≤95%,0.045mm筛筛余≤10%。
本发明为水泥混凝土快速修补剂,系以无机材料为主的新型复合材料,其主要性能特点为:(1)用本发明配制的快速修补混凝土早期强度高、后期强度不倒缩,快速修补混凝土4h最高抗折强度≥3.5MPa,最高抗压强度≥30MPa,并能根据工程的实际需要,适当调整其组分的相对比例可制得早期强度不同的快速修补剂;(2)用本发明配制的快速修补混凝土具有快硬而不速凝,凝结时间≥1h,坍落度≥3cm,能够很好地满足施工要求;(3)用本发明配制的快速修补混凝土早期具有微膨胀性能(见图1),后期收缩小,28d干缩率≤180×10-6;(4)用本发明配制的快速修补混凝土与老混凝土粘结力强,一般可达混凝土整体剪切强度的80%;(5)用本发明配制的快速修补混凝土耐久性好,其抗冻等级可达F250,单位面积磨损量<1.5kg/m2;(6)本发明与水泥的适应性好,用本发明配制的快速修补混凝土颜色与普通水泥混凝土基本一致,无明显差异。

Claims (6)

1、一种超早强水泥混凝土快速修补剂,其特征在于它的组分和质量百分比为:
组分1:元明粉,2%~25%;
组分2:高铝水泥熟料,0%~70%;
组分3:硬石膏,10%~50%;
组分4:明矾石粉,2%~35%;
组分5:萘磺酸盐甲醛高级缩合物,2%~10%;
组分6:粉煤灰,0%~40%;
2、如权利要求1所述的水泥混凝土快速修补剂,其特征在于组分1中的Na2SO4>98%,0.08mm筛筛余<6%。
3、如权利要求1所述的水泥混凝土快速修补剂,其特征在于组分2中Al2O3含量>45%,CaO含量>25%,0.08mm筛筛余<8%。
4、如权利要求1所述的水泥混凝土快速修补剂,其特征在于组分3中SO3含量>50%。
5、如权利要求1所述的水泥混凝土快速修补剂,其特征在于组分4中Al2O3含量>16%,0.08mm筛筛余<8%,含水率<3%。
6、权利要求1所述的水泥混凝土快速修补剂,其特征在于组分6的烧失量≤5%,需水量比≤95%,0.045mm筛筛余≤10%。
