背景技术
在US 5,778,813和US 6,050,208中描述了结构性夹心板部件,这些专利文件在此引用以供参考,结构性夹心板部件包括外部金属板,例如钢板,与例如未发泡的聚氨酯的中间弹性体芯子粘合在一起。这些夹心板系统可被使用于许多结构形式,用来代替加劲的钢板和很大地简化最终得到的结构,提高强度和结构的性能(刚度),而同时节省重量。这些结构性夹心板部件的进一步开发在国际专利申请WO01/32414中描述,该专利申请也在此引用以供参考。正如其中描述的,发泡形式可被引入到芯子层以减小重量,以及可以加上横向金属薄板来提高刚度。
按照WO 01/32414的教导,发泡形式可以是空心的或实心的。空心形式造成更大的重量减小,所以是有利的。在该文件中描述的形式不限于由重量轻的发泡材料制成,以及也可以由诸如木材或钢盒那样的其它材料制成。
国际专利申请WO 02/078948是包括空心形式的构思的进一步开发,以及描述易于制造和组装的形式,具体地,描述了由咬接在一起的小片制成的中空的拉长的形式。
为了把两个(或多个)结构性夹心板部件连接在一起,可以使用诸如在国际专利申请WO 01/32414中描述的轧制的或模压的部件。这些部件适应各种各样的连接的形式,但板部件的每种不同的安排需要不同的连接部件。英国专利申请GB-2 380 970-A描述具有八边形截面的实心杆的形式的通用连接器,它被焊接到结构性夹心板部件周围,杆的一部分从结构性夹心板部件的面板之间向外伸出。带有这样的连接器的两个(或多个)板以各种不同的方式焊接在一起。这个连接器解决需要许多不同的部件在许多不同的装置中连接板部件的问题,但它是相当重的。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种连接结构性夹心板部件的方法,它使用单个的重量轻的连接器来把板部件连接在一起。
按照本发明,提供了一种连接两个结构性夹心板部件的方法,每个部件包括两个外部板和一个塑料或聚合物材料的芯子,芯子以足够强度粘合到外部板,以便在外部板之间传递剪力,所述方法包括:
在要被连接的结构性夹心板部件的边缘处提供槽状的连接部件,连接部件适配于外部板之间,以及从相应的结构性夹心板部件的外部板的末端伸出;
把结构性夹心板部件放置在一起,以使得要被连接的边缘靠接或近乎靠接;以及
在两个结构性夹心板部件的外部板之间形成焊接。
连接部件优选地是槽状。连接部件的凸面侧从两个外部板之间伸出。当板部件靠接时,连接部件与两个板部件的外部板互相间隔开,允许形成足够厚的焊接,以及起到对于该焊接的支承梁的作用。
本发明还提供结构性夹心板部件,包括:
两个外部板;
一个塑料或聚合物材料的芯子,其以足够强度被粘合到外部板,以便很大地有助于部件的结构强度;以及
至少一个连接部件,适配于外部板以及从所述外部板的末端伸出。
本发明的结构性夹心板部件的外部板的材料、尺寸、和一般特性可以按对于结构性夹心板部件的具体用途所想要的那样进行选择,以及总的如在US-5,778,813和US-6,050,208中描述的。通常使用0.5到20mm厚度的钢或不锈钢,以及在希望重量轻的地方可以使用铝。同样地,塑料或聚合物芯子可以是任何适用的材料,例如,诸如聚氨酯那样的弹性体,正如在US-5,778,813和US-6,050,208中描述的。
重量轻的形式可被包括在芯子中,正如在WO 01/32414和WO02/078948中描述的。应当指出,重量轻的形式用来减小结构性夹心板部件的质量,以及不需要很大地有助于它的结构强度。对于重量轻的形式的主要的要求是,它们比起形成芯子的塑料或聚合物材料具有更低的密度,以及具有足够的热和机械特性,以便在塑料或聚合物芯子的注入和固化期间保持想要的形状。在芯子内的形式的布局可以是如在2002年5月29日提交的英国专利申请GB-2 389 072-A中描述的。

具体实施方式
图1所示的每个结构性夹心板部件20,30包括上部和下部外部板(面板)11,12,21,22,它们可以是由钢制成以及具有例如从0.5到20mm范围的厚度。边缘板被焊接在面板11,12,21,22之间围绕它们的外部周边,形成封闭的空腔。在面板11,12,21,22之间的空腔中是紧密的(即,未发泡的)塑料或聚合物材料的芯子13,23,优选地是聚氨酯弹性体。这个芯子具有从15到200mm的范围的厚度。芯子13,23以足够的强度被粘结到面板11,12,21,22,以及具有足够的机械性质,以传递在使用时在两个面板之间预期的剪力。在芯子13,23与面板11,12,21,22之间的粘结强度应当大于3MPa,优选地6MPa,以及芯子材料的弹性模量应当大于250MPa。对于诸如地板那样的低负荷应用,其中典型的使用和占用负荷约为1.4kPa到7.2kPa,粘结强度可以是较低的,例如,约1MPa。藉助于芯子层,结构性夹心板部件具有加劲的钢板的强度和负荷承载容量,该加劲的钢板具有很厚的板厚度和很大的附加加劲。
为了减小结构性夹心板部件10的重量,可以提供重量轻的形式的阵列,占用板部件的内部体积的主要部分。重量轻的形式不需要很大地有助于板的结构强度,以及它们只需要具有足以承受形成芯子13的材料注入压力和来自在固化期间芯子的发热反应的热量的热和机械特性。
沿着一个结构性夹心板部件连接到相似类型的另一个板部件的边缘,边缘部件取在面板11,12,21,22之间适配的管道截面14,24的形式,其凹面侧向里。基部14a,24a和拐角部分14b,14c,24b,24c在两个结构性夹心板部件的面板的末端11a,12a,21a,22a向外伸出,这样,当两个板部件互相靠接时,在板部件11a,12a与21a,22a的末端之间形成空隙以及该空隙以拐角部分14b,24b与14c,24c为边界。为了连接两个结构性夹心板部件10,20,在每个空隙中形成焊接31,32。由此快速和简单地实现面板之间的直接连接。拐角部分14b,c与24b,c用作为用于这个焊接的焊接准备。

连接部件,如果被连接到具有足够强度的面板,可很大地有助于在连接区域中板部件的强度。这保证板部件具有足够的强度,即使由于面板之间焊接引起的热量损坏弹性体芯子。在这种情形下,连接部件可以通过单遍焊接密封焊接33被焊接到面板。
如果在最后的结构中连接片14,24不需要承载在结构性夹心板部件之间的负荷,则它们可以通过芯子13,23粘结到它们的各自的板部件。因此,当制作板部件时,连接器14,24可以通过适用于构建板的方法的任何简单的方便的方法被固定在适当的位置。例如,如果板部件由模制制成时,在面板上的模制轴承的加紧力可以足以把连接部件固定在适当的位置。替换地,光粘结胶或几个焊接点可能就足够了。如果板部件是通过使用规定用于芯子注入的空腔的面板,而不是模压被制作的,则连接部件可以用造船用的粘结胶或用光焊接被固定在适当的位置。
面板部件的制造可以在现场执行,或在工厂条件的非现场执行并且完成的板被输送到安装地点。

Claims (4)

1.一种连接两个结构性夹心板部件的方法,每个部件包括两个外部板和一个以足够强度粘合到外部板的塑料或聚合物材料的芯子,以便在外部板之间传递剪力,所述方法包括:
在要被连接的结构性夹心板部件的边缘处提供槽状的连接部件,连接部件适配于外部板之间以及从相应的结构性夹心板部件的外部板的末端伸出;
把结构性夹心板部件放置在一起,以使得要被连接的边缘靠接;以及
在两个结构性夹心板部件的外部板之间形成焊接。
2.按照权利要求1的方法,其中在所述提供步骤中,所述连接部件被放置成使得到连接部件的拐角的切线穿过所述外部板的末端。
3.按照权利要求1或2的方法,其中在所述提供步骤中,所述连接部件通过单遍密封焊接被焊接到所述外部板。
4.按照权利要求1或2的方法,其中提供连接部件的步骤在与把结构性夹心板部件放置在一起和形成焊接的步骤不同的地点执行。
