Abstract
本发明是关于将接地电位的金属密封容器内的高压导体支撑,以分离容器内的绝缘气体的绝缘垫片的安装构造,在与绝缘垫相邻接的两侧设有金属环,而在金属环与该绝缘垫片相接触的侧面,设有袋形的环状槽,使之在该部分形成低电场领域,从而提高绝缘垫片的耐压性能的气体绝缘开关装置。
Description
本发明是关于气体绝缘开关装置,特别是关于支撑着处于接地电位的金属密封容器内的高压导体、将容器内的绝缘气体分离、区分的绝缘垫片的安装构造,从而提高绝缘垫片的接地电位部分的耐压性能的气体绝缘开关装置。
一般地,圆板形或圆锥形的绝缘垫片在支撑着金属密封容器内的高压导体的同时,分别将金属密封容器内的绝缘气体分离、区分。这是使用绝缘垫片的目的。
作为这样的绝缘垫片的安装构造的一般方法,在设置在相邻的金属密封容器的各端部的凸缘之间插入绝缘垫片,然后用螺栓将它们固定。
图4是例如在专利公开昭55-18840号所示的在原来的气体绝缘开关装置中,表示其绝缘垫片的安装构造的纵截面图。
图中,符号1是金属密封容器,其中收容了高压导体2,在金属密封容器1的两端,设置了使相邻的金属密封容器1相连接的凸缘3。4是设置在凸缘3之间的绝缘垫片,支撑着金属密封容器1内的高压导体2,并且,将金属密封容器1内的绝缘气体8分别分离于每个金属密封容器1中,彼此分隔。
还有,图5是表示金属密封容器1与绝缘垫片4的安装构造的放大图。
如图5所示,绝缘垫片4被插入在设置在金属密封容器1的端部的凸缘3之间,通过螺栓5而被安装固定。在凸缘3的安装面上,设有O形圈的安装槽9,通过O形圈10,而形成了金属密封容器1的密封构造。
再者,图4中,接点7把高压导体2之间电连接,屏蔽6使导体连接部的电场趋于缓和。
由于原来的绝缘垫片4的安装构造有如上述,所以在凸缘3与绝缘垫片4的接触部,在组装作业时附有金属粉时,就会降低绝缘垫片4的耐压性能。
本发明的目的在于解决上述的问题,提供即使混入了金属粉等杂质,也能获得使绝缘垫片的耐压性能的降低缓和、具有可靠性高的绝缘垫片的安装装置的气体绝缘开关装置。
根据本发明的气体绝缘开关装置的绝缘垫片的安装装置,在邻接于绝缘垫片处设置环形的金属环,在这个金属环与绝缘垫片的接触部附近,即在金属环的绝缘垫片的侧面设置袋形的环状槽,以在上述接触部附近,形成低电场领域。
这样,低电场领域形成时,即使在金属密封容器内混入了的杂质附在接触部附近,也不会损坏绝缘垫片的耐压性能。
以下,将根据附图,对本发明的实施例加以说明。
图1与图5一样,是表示绝缘垫片的安装构造的第一实施例的放大图
图中,环状的金属环11设置在绝缘垫片4的两侧,把它插入设置在相邻的金属容器1的端部的凸缘3之间,以螺栓5拧紧而安装。在金属环11的两面设有O形圈的安装槽11a,通过O形圈11而使金属密封容器被密封。
此外,在金属环11的绝缘垫片4的侧面,设有袋状的环状槽15,并在内径部侧,在绝缘垫片4侧形成了具有所定曲率的圆弧部11b,在绝缘垫片4与金属环11的接触部附近形成了低电场领域12。
这样,绝缘垫片4与金属环11的接触部附近,变成了低电场,所以它比图5所示的安装构造,更能增加绝缘垫片4的耐压性能。
还有,在装配作业时,混入金属密封容器1中的金属粒子等杂质,即使附着于上述接触部附近,也能缓和绝缘垫片4的耐压性能的降低。
上述袋状的环状槽15,并不是设置在金属密封容器1的端部上的所设的凸缘3上,而是对金属环11加工而形成的,所以在制作时的作业性也良好,还可减低成本。
第2实施例如图2所示,将金属环11的内径造成小于凸缘3的内径,并以此为小径,将金属环11的内径端造成比凸缘3的内径端更加突出到内径侧,绝缘垫片4与金属环11的接触部附近的电场就更加降低,从而进一步提高绝缘垫子的耐压性能。
还有,第3实施例如图3所示,在绝缘垫片4的凸缘部,在金属环11的相反侧形成了段差14,并且将金属环11的内径端向着上述绝缘垫片4的段差14而突出,构成了凸出部13,也可以形成低电场领域12。
如上所述,根据本发明,设置与绝缘垫片相邻接的金属环,在这金属环的绝缘侧设置袋状的环状槽,以在绝缘垫片与金属环的接触部的附近形成低电场领域。所以即使有金属粉存在,也能缓和绝缘垫片的耐压性能的降低。此外,由于上述环状槽可在金属环上加工形成,从而获得具有使制作时的作业性好而廉价的绝缘垫片安装装置的气体绝缘开关装置。
图1是表示本发明的第*实施例的绝缘垫片安装构造的放大图,图2及图3分别是本发明的第2及第3实施例的与图1同样的放大图,图4是表示原来的气体绝缘开关装置的绝缘垫片安装构造的纵截面图,图5是表示图4的绝缘垫片安装构造的放*图。
Claims (4)
1、一种在位于接地电位的金属密封容器的端部的凸缘之间插入由绝缘体形成的圆板状或圆锥状的绝缘垫片以支撑该金属密封容器内的高压导体的气体绝缘开关装置,其特征在于与该绝缘垫片相邻接地设置圆环状的金属环,在该金属环上,在与上述绝缘垫片接触部分的附近的绝缘垫片方面设有环状的袋形槽,由该绝缘垫片和该金属环所形成的气体空间,在上述接触部分附近被作得宽,而在该金属环环的端部则被弄窄,以在上述接触部附近形成低电场领域。
2、权利要求1所述的气体绝缘开关装置,其特征在于所述金属环是与该绝缘垫片的两侧相邻接而设置的,所说低电场领域形成在上述绝缘垫片的两侧。
3、权利要求2所述的气体绝缘开关装置,其特征在于所说绝缘垫片,在与所说金属环相接触的附近的凸缘部,在与上述金属环相反方面设有段差,同时上述金属环,其内径端向上述绝缘垫片的段差突出而形成凸出部。
4、权利要求1至3的任何一项所述的气体绝缘开关装置,其特征在于所说金属环的内径小于设置在金属密封容器端部的凸缘的内径。
