技术领域
本发明涉及一种过滤装置,包括多个前后顺序连接的由过滤材料制成的由框架抓持固定的过滤器,特别是包括一个主过滤器和至少一个前置过滤器。
背景技术
在企业中越来越多地要求设置在其中制造精密装置或精密装置所需的部件的清洁空气空间。对工业的工艺过程的供风空气和循环空气的清洁度的要求也不断地提高。要求提供进行过灰尘和微生物清洁的空气,并采用了不同结构的空气过滤装置。这里通常使用盒式过滤器,所述盒式过滤器具有一个垂直于流动方向定向的折叠组件或多个v形设置的折叠组件,所述折叠组件安装在一框架中。折叠组件和框架相互之间通过一密封材料密封。使用一种由锯齿形折叠的过滤纸构成的部件作为折叠组件。在精滤器中装入一种过滤非织造织物作为密封材料。但在悬浮物过滤器中主要使用液态待处理的塑料。
所述框架使过滤器具有必要的稳定性,保护折叠组件不受损坏,并使得过滤器可装入一为其设置的接纳系统中。带有框架的已制成的过滤器在现场装入一空气过滤装置的一接纳装置中。所述空气过滤装置通常构造成多级的并由连接成一列的通常具有不同过滤等级的过滤器组成,其中过滤器的分离能力通常沿空气流动方向逐渐增加。如果一过滤装置中每一级的过滤器分别单独地装入一自己的接纳装置中,所述过滤装置必须相应地设计得较大。因此这种过滤装置与一单级的装置相比具有较高的投入成本。由于这个原因,希望尽可能实现两级或多级过滤装置的一种紧凑的结构形式。实际上在一两级的过滤装置中前置过滤器和主过滤器共同安装在仅有的一个过滤器接纳装置中。所述前置过滤器松置地贴靠在主过滤器上,并且所述两个部件在装入过滤器接纳装置中后由该接纳装置固定地保持。前置过滤器和主过滤器之间的密封通过一个环绕的布置在两个过滤器上的密封件来实现。由于前置过滤器的使用持续时间通常比主过滤器的持续时间短,在更换前置过滤器时会出现问题。所述问题在只能从一侧接近的过滤装置中还更加严重,因为所述前置过滤器和主过滤器只能从同一侧安装到装置的接纳部中。
发明内容
因此本发明的目的是,提供一种过滤装置,该过滤装置只需要小的安装空间,其结构上非常紧凑,且使得可非常方便地安装或拆卸各单个过滤器。
根据本发明所述目的通过这样一种过滤装置来实现,它包括多个前后顺序连接的包括过滤材料的由框架抓持固定的过滤器,特别是包括一个主过滤器和至少一个前置过滤器,其特征在于,所述主过滤器的框架和所述前置过滤器的框架在其相互朝向并相互贴合的侧面设有连接元件,所述连接元件使得各单个过滤器可形锁合地相互接合。根据本发明,还可例如在一个盒形的主过滤器上安装一个过滤器盒作为前置过滤器,且两个过滤器相互固定。所述相互接合的过滤器本身形成一个稳固的结构单元。这样做的结果是,只将主过滤器固定在过滤器接纳装置中。取消了前置过滤器的专门的固定装置。
所述连接元件可更换地附装在所述过滤器框架上。所述连接元件优选地设计成相对于其中面是对称的。这里例如可采用双侧的膨胀锚固件(Spreizdübel)、两件式的联接件等,它们可插入过滤器框架中的槽、孔等中。优选地采用可重新拆下而不会在此时损坏主过滤器的连接元件。此时连接元件可部分地或也可完全地更新。特别有利的是这样一种解决方案,其中所述连接元件可分成两部分,并可相互插接。
本发明可特别有利地用于盒形过滤器,即所谓的过滤盒。

具体实施方式
下面根据多个实施例对本发明进行详细说明。附图1中示出一个由一个主过滤器2和一个前置过滤器3组成的过滤器部件1的透视图。主过滤器2和前置过滤器3都分别由一框架4和5围绕。采用锯齿形折叠的过滤组件6作为过滤材料。用箭头7和8示出空气流动的方向。在主过滤器2上设有用于将所述过滤器部件固定在一过滤装置中的所谓的顶部框架9。
图2中示出图1中的局部A的放大的剖视图。主过滤器2和前置过滤器3的相互贴合的侧面10和11设有孔12和13,在所述孔中形锁合地插入连接元件14。在所示实施例中所述连接元件14包括一个双侧的膨胀锚固件,所述膨胀锚固件的膨胀臂15和16在锚固件插入时从后面作用在框架4和5的壁部17和18上。应该指出,对于两个过滤器在框架的周向上在相应的开口12、13中装入了多个膨胀锚固件。所述膨胀锚固件在其轴向中面中设有垫片19,通过所述垫片还可形成侧面10和11相互之间精确的定位/配位(Zuordnung)。
图3示出连接元件14的另一种构形,所述连接元件从框架5的壁部18中突出。该连接元件与壁部18一体地形成,且其膨胀臂15穿过孔12插入并从后面作用在壁部17上。
图4示出所述框架4和5之间的连接的另一种特别好的解决方案,其中在所述框架5的孔13中插入一个膨胀锚固件。在所述锚固件的一侧存在的膨胀臂16从后面作用在前置过滤器3的壁部18上。其相对侧设有一个突出的可插入一个保持件20的一接纳部中的插塞部21。所述保持件20由一种轻的弹性材料制成,并且作为插塞头(Pfropfen)插入主过滤器2的壁部17的开口12中。由此将所述连接元件14设计成按钮式的,并且所述两个框架4和5可方便地相互连接或重新相互拆开,而不会在此时出现所述框架或所述连接元件14的损坏。

Claims (5)

1.过滤装置,包括多个前后顺序连接的包括过滤材料的由框架抓持固定的过滤器,所述多个前后顺序连接的过滤器包括一个主过滤器和至少一个前置过滤器,其特征在于,所述主过滤器(2)的框架(4)和所述前置过滤器(3)的框架(5)在其相互朝向并相互贴合的侧面(10、11)设有连接元件(14),所述连接元件使得各单个过滤器(2、3)可形锁合地相互接合。
2.根据权利要求1的过滤装置,其特征在于,所述相互连接的过滤器(2、3)本身形成一个稳固的结构单元。
3.根据权利要求1或2的过滤装置,其特征在于,所述连接元件(14)可更换地附装在所述过滤器框架(4、5)上或可插入所述过滤器框架中。
4.根据权利要求1或2的过滤装置,其特征在于,所述连接元件(14)设计成两件式可相互插接的。
5.根据权利要求1或2的过滤装置,其特征在于,所述连接元件(14)设计成相对于其中面对称的。
