Abstract

本发明公开了一种防静电防火装饰板,其特征在于配比为:无机石粉20%~40%,无机胶粘剂20%~40%,导电云母粉5%~20%,导电瓷土粉5%~20%,增强纤维1%~10%,特种水泥5%~15%,硫酸锂1%~10%,磷酸三钠1%~10%。其中无机胶粘剂采用水泥。该防火装饰板具有防静电防火功能,表面不易积灰,且表面硬度和抗冲击性良好,耐磨,耐化学腐蚀,无放射性,易加工,是一种高科技绿色环保型建筑装饰材料。

一种防静电防火装饰板
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种装饰材料,特别涉及一种新型的防静电防火装饰板。
背景技术:
随着人们生活居住水平的日益提高,人们对居家内装修的要求也日益提高。目前,居家住房或办公用房的装修中采用的内装修材料,一般可以分为三大类,第一类是以石膏板、大理石、花岗岩以及瓷砖等材料为代表的无机材料;第二类是以木夹板为代表的天然木材;第三类是以有机化合物为代表的化工板材。上述三类材料中除第一类装饰材料具有防火性能外,其它如木夹板、塑料扣板等均无防火功能。而第一类无机材料中的大理石等材料虽能防火,但是具有放射性,对身体有害;而石膏板又会因静电作用而容易积灰,易脏难洗。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于提供一种新型的防静电防火装饰板。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案为,一种防火装饰板,其特征在于配比为:无机石粉20%~40%,无机胶粘剂20%~40%,导电云母粉5%~20%,导电瓷土粉5%~20%,增强纤维1%~10%,特种水泥5%~15%,硫酸锂1%~10%,磷酸三钠1%~10%。
其中无机胶粘剂采用水泥,增强纤维采用玻璃纤维布,特种水泥主要是无机胶粘剂和增强剂,主要成分是白水泥。
采用这种配比的防火装饰板具有防火不燃、防静电、易清洗、抗撞击、耐磨、耐化学腐蚀、无放射性等优点。
具体实施方式
本发明的技术方案为:一种防火装饰板,其特征在于配比为:无机石粉20%~40%,无机胶粘剂20%~40%,导电云母粉5%~20%,导电瓷土粉5%~20%,增强纤维1%~10%,特种水泥5%~15%,硫酸锂1%~10%,磷酸三钠1%~10%。
其中无机胶粘剂采用水泥,增强纤维采用玻璃纤维布,都可以在市场上购买。无机石粉由高岭土和硅藻土配制而成,其配比为:高岭土40%~60%,硅藻土40%~60%。特种水泥由白水泥和膨胀珍珠岩配制而成,其配比为:白水泥40%~60%,膨胀珍珠岩40%~60%,主要是作为无机胶粘剂的分散剂和增强剂。导电云母粉和导电瓷土粉主要起防静电作用,可以在市场上购买。硫酸锂和磷酸三钠主要起改性添加剂和固化剂的作用。
因此,本发明提供了几个实施例的配比,如表1所示。

以上所述的配比均为重量百分比,其中的无机胶粘剂为水泥。其中的无机石粉、导电云母粉和导电瓷土粉等粉类物质的粒度要求在400目以上,在上述实施例中有些粉类物质的粒度甚至达到600目。
经试验得知,按照上述实施例的配比所得到的防火装饰板都可耐2400度高温,耐火极限最高可达4小时,可满足防火等级高的场所,如:净化厂房、医院、图书馆、地铁、隧道、地下上场等地下空间,公共娱乐场所等的要求。这些防火装饰板的导静电性能良好,体积电阻均为1×105~1×106Ω,表面电阻均为1×107~1×108Ω,且具有长期导静电功能,但是该防火装饰板导静电不导强电,因此可以避免由于强电泄漏所引起的安全隐患。由于该防火装饰板具有导静电的功能,因此通过静电接地系统可降低静电负荷,可防止灰尘颗粒因静电效应堆积在板材表面,板材表面不易积灰,不会起尘,可以满足100级的洁净要求。并且这些防火装饰板的表面硬度较高,可达4H。6mm厚板的抗折强度为23MPa,可满足较高的抗冲击要求。这种防火装饰板还有柔韧性好,不易断裂破碎,表面层致密,防酸碱,抗腐蚀,无放射性,易加工等优点。
从上述描述可以得知,该防火装饰板具有防静电防火功能,且表面硬度和抗冲击性良好,无放射性,是一种高科技绿色环保型建筑装饰材料。

Claims (4)

1.一种防静电防火装饰板,其特征在于配比为:无机石粉20%~40%,无机胶粘剂20%~40%,导电云母粉5%~20%,导电瓷土粉5%~20%,增强纤维1%~10%,特种水泥5%~15%,硫酸锂1%~10%,磷酸三钠1%~10%;特种水泥由白水泥和膨胀珍珠岩配制而成,其配比为:白水泥40%~60%,膨胀珍珠岩40%~60%,所述的配比均为重量百分比。
2.如权利要求1所述的防静电防火装饰板,其特征在于无机胶粘剂为水泥。
3.如权利要求1所述的防静电防火装饰板,其特征在于增强纤维为玻璃纤维布。
4.如权利要求1所述的防静电防火装饰板,其特征在于无机石粉的配比为高岭土40%~60%,硅藻土40%~60%,所述的配比均为重量百分比。
