The disclosure provides a mineral powder binding fiber composite board as well as a manufacturing method and application thereof and belongs to the technical field of building materials, solving the problems of short service life, poor mechanical property, no fire protection and high building cost of the existing board. The mineral powder binding fiber composite board comprises the following components in parts by mass: 12 pcnt of magnesium chloride, 23 pcnt of magnesium oxide, 6 pcnt of plant filaments, 58 pcnt of wood boards and the balance of water. Assembling is carried out in turn according to procedures of foundation laying out, foundation construction, installation of a bottom wallboard, installation of a bottom floor cover plate, adhesion of a bottom wall, secondary laying out, installation of a secondary wallboard, adhesion of the secondary wallboard and the bottom floor cover plate, third laying out, installation of a third wallboard, installation of a house cover plate and adhesion of all main bodies. The mineral powder binding fiber composite board provided by the disclosure is low in cost and beneficial to environment protection.
