Abstract

一种接插导通式大容量锂离子电池,包括:壳体,由多块正、负极片和隔膜叠摞组成的锂离子电池芯体;电池芯体的正、负极片的无涂层基板面端以相反方向布排,正、负极片的无涂层基板面端分别由束头装订连接,其特征在于:壳体的正、背两侧面的对应端分别开设有供电池正、负极输出之弹性插座总成的插孔畅露的窗孔;两端束头上分别开设有垂直于极片的插座安装孔,插座安装孔内分别设有插孔朝向相反的弹性插座总成。它巧妙地将电池传统的外凸式极柱输出改变成插座口输出,改导线连接为插销连接。插销连接导电性好、各电池的插接部位不显露,其隐蔽性极好,各电池间通过销轴的连接,无论是列队排放、还是层摞堆放,无需支架均可使其有较好的稳定性。

【技术领域】
本发明涉及的是锂离子电池,尤其是一种接插导通式大容量锂离子电池。
【技术背景】
目前,为增加锂离子电池的储电能力,以延长锂离子电池的放电时间,制造商提出了很多可提高锂离子电池容量的技术方案,如中国专利CN1307376A《一种可反复充放电的铬氟锂固体动力电池》、CN2615878Y《结构改进之可反复充放电大容量动力锂电池》、CN2615877Y《可反复充放电之高电压锂离子电池》等,为制造大容量锂离子电池提供了切实可行的技术方案,从公开的专利文献可看到,现有大容量锂离子电池都采用多层正负极板叠摞结构,即:通过束头将多块正、负极板和隔膜叠摞后装订连接组成锂离子电池芯体。用于极板装订的束头上设有外凸的正极输出极柱和负极输出极柱。这类大容量锂离子电池储有较一般锂离子电池高几倍至几十倍的电能,大大延长了其工作能力,能满足电能长时间输出之需要,解决了普通锂电池储电量小的缺陷。大容量锂离子电池应用范围很广,它可用作汽车、轮船等大型设备的动力电源。在实际使用中,为满足一台大型设备的正常运行,通常需要配备几十、甚至上百块锂离子电池,各锂离子电池的正负极柱需相互连接。为方便将各锂离子电池的正负极柱间连接导通,现有锂离子电池的外凸式极柱上都设置了螺纹口,并配备了用于正负极柱间连接的导线,导线的两端分别设有可与极柱螺纹口配合的螺帽头。通过带螺帽头的导线将电池的正负极柱连接。这种电池极柱间的连接方式非常传统,它需要操作者用导线一一对接,操作极为费时、费力,且外露的连接导线会增加电池组的设置空间,亦会使电池极柱的连接部位显得非常零乱。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的是针对上述大容量锂离子电池存在的不足,提供一种无需导线,即可完成各电池正负极间连接导通的接插导通式大容量锂离子电池。
本发明接插导通式大容量锂离子电池,包括:充有电解液的壳体,由多块正、负极片和隔膜叠摞组成的锂离子电池芯体;电池芯体的正、负极片的无涂层基板面端以相反方向布排,正、负极片的无涂层基板面端分别由束头装订连接,其特征在于:壳体的正面一端开设有供电池正极输出之弹性插座总成插孔敞露的窗孔,壳体的背面另一端开设有供电池负极输出之弹性插座总成插孔敞露的窗孔;两端束头上分别开设有垂直于极片的插座安装孔,两端束头上的插座安装孔内分别设有插孔朝向相反的弹性插座总成。
所述弹性插座总成之插孔配备有长度短于两只插座孔深的导电销轴。
本发明接插导通式大容量锂离子电池的设计原理是:通过在电池两端垂直设置插座孔之结构上的改进,利用导电销轴与上下两电池插座孔的接插,实现上下叠摞的两电池之正负极输出相连接。
本发明接插导通式大容量锂离子电池设计科学,结构合理。它巧妙地将电池传统的外凸式极柱输出改变成插座口输出,改导线连接为插销连接。插销连接结构简单,导电性好、各电池的插接部位不显露,其隐蔽性极好,各电池间通过销轴的连接,无论是列队排放、还是层摞堆放,无需支架均可使其有较好的稳定性。本发明技术方案适用于液态锂离子电池、半固态锂离子电池,亦适用于固态聚合物锂离子电池。
本发明接插导通式大容量锂离子电池的具体结构由以下附图和实施例详细给出。

【具体实施方式】
实施例:从图1可以清楚地看到接插导通式大容量锂离子电池由壳体1和电池芯体2组成。
所述壳体1为塑质材料制成,壳体1的正面一端开设有供电池正极输出之弹性插座总成4插孔41敞露的窗孔11,壳体1的背面另一端开设有供电池负极输出之弹性插座总成4插孔41敞露的窗孔12;
所述电池芯体2如图2所示,由两块以上矩形片状锂离子电池正极片21、负极片22、隔膜23交替叠摞后,通过两只束头3装订连接构成;所述正、负极片21、22的两端分别设有无涂层基板面24、25,正、负极片21、22两端的无涂层基板面24、25以相反方向布排;所述束头3由束头体31、设置在束头体31两侧用锁紧螺栓32固定的压板33构成;束头3中部开设有一贯穿的插座安装孔,插座安装孔内配设有弹性插座总成4。
所述弹性插座总成4如图1所示由设有插孔41的插座体42和设置在插孔41内壁的弹性片43组成。弹性插座总成4配备有长度短于两只插孔41深度的导电销轴5。
交替叠摞的正、负极片21、22之无涂层基板面24、25端分别通过束头3的压板33和锁紧螺栓32固定装订连接在束头体31上,两端束头3的插座安装孔内分别设置插孔41朝向相反的弹性插座总成4;即形成具有正、负极输出插座孔的电池芯体2。然后将电池芯体2置于充有电解液的铝塑密封袋6内,再置于壳体1内,即成为一种设有正、负极输出插孔41的大容量锂离子电池。
使用时,将需连接的两锂离子电池之正负极输出插座孔41相对,并将导电销轴5的两端分别插入两锂离子电池对应的正、负极输出插座孔41内,即完成两电池间的连接。

Claims (3)

1、一种接插导通式大容量锂离子电池,包括:充有电解液的壳体(1),由多块正、负极片(21、22)和隔膜(23)叠摞组成的锂离子电池芯体(2);电池芯体(2)的正、负极片(21、22)的无涂层基板面(24、25)端以相反方向布排,正、负极片(21、22)的无涂层基板面(24、25)端分别由束头(3)装订连接,其特征在于:壳体(1)的正面一端开设有供电池正极输出之弹性插座总成(4)插孔(41)敞露的窗孔(11),壳体(1)的背面另一端开设有供电池负极输出之弹性插座总成(4)插孔(41)敞露的窗孔(12);两端束头(3)上分别开设有垂直于极片的插座安装孔,两端束头(3)上的插座安装孔内分别设有插孔朝向相反的弹性插座总成(4)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的接插导通式大容量锂离子电池,其特征在于:弹性插座总成(4)由设有插孔(41)的插座体(42)和设置在插孔(41)内壁的弹性片(43)组成。
3、根据权利要求2所述的接插导通式大容量锂离子电池,其特征在于:弹性插座总成(4)配备有长度短于两只插孔(41)深度之和的导电销轴(5)。
