Abstract

Description

用于操作交互数字电视广播节目的信息处理方法
本发明涉及的领域是交互数字电视.
更具体地说,本发明涉及的领域是利用人造卫星或电缆对数字电视的节目进行传播,该电缆连接到多媒体应用程序中,例如广告带,信息组,调查汇编(des questionnaires d′enquête)等.
在现有技术中,已知欧洲专利EP0989743涉及的是在数据传送流中传播应用数据的方法,其特征在于该方法提供一个应用数据表,该数据表所含的信息涉及的是在该传送流中的各个业务执行的应用程序.应用数据表可以包括分组ID符(PID)的固定值以及表的ID符(TID)的扩展值,该扩展值根据所选的业务组变化.用于通过业务组内部的所有业务提供信息的应用数据表的简单使用有许多好处,最突出的是在若干业务之间进行通讯时可以确定是否需要保持某些应用程序.
我们还知道美国专利US5768539和US5666293.这些专利涉及的是娱乐数据终端的动态程序设计.该终端能根据由一个或多个业务供应商提供的对每个业务的请求重新编程.该终端包括一个网络接口模块,模块将终端与一个特定通信网相连,以便接收一个宽带数字信道,并交换终端和网络之问的管理信号.终端还包括一个备有程序储存器的管理处理器.该管理处理器接收用户的输入信号,对终端的操作进行管理,并通过管理信号的交换信道交换管理信号.程序储存器存储由宽带数字信道接收的数据,这些数据是由管理处理器以软件形式执行.通过宽带数字信道接收的压缩格式的数字信号由声频/视频处理器转换成能够控制声频/视频显示装置的信号,所述声频/视频显示器例如是标准电视接收器.管理储存器执行接收到的软件,将其存储在储存器中,以便对终端的下一步操作进行管理,其中包括声频/视频处理器的某些功能,而且至少某些对用户输入的响应.

本发明的方法最好包括预先对应用ID进行检测的步骤,以便激活对应于所述ID的应用程序加载.
根据本发明一种变型,该方法包括一个利用用户发出的命令对激活的应用程序进行卸载的步骤.
本发明的方法最好包括一个利用发送到数字信号中的业务信号能激活的应用程序卸载的步骤.
根据一个具体实施方式,所述的对一个应用程序卸载的业务信号由“同步脉冲”信号构成,该信号的多个序列中一个序列是特定的,例如“暂停”序列.

本发明涉及一种在接收信号的译码器终端的RAM中的多媒体应用程序进行加载的方法,在本发明中将该信号称作“同步脉冲”.
多媒体应用程序例如可以包括:
一个广告带,该广告带可以是图解的,文本的或视频的;
一个编成参数的广告;
一个卡片组或一个汇编表(un jeu ou un questionnaire);
一个视频动画或图示动画.
在将数字广播节目以业务信号传送以前,记录所述应用程序,所述业务信号例如具有图1所示的一般结构.
在所描述例子中,序列包括对应MPEG标准的三个区域(1-3),包括初始化区域(1)用于表ID,区域(2和3)用于定义表和特别是表长度,区域(4)用于分配信道,第一区域(5)用于识别第一应用程序文件以及补充区域(6)包括应用程序参数,和附加区域(7和8)一起用于识别附加应用程序和参数.

在解码器触发时,使用该序列的执行程序被加载到译码器的储存器中.
在选择链时,以及当突然移动信道时每个信道改变情况下,序列执行程序就判定“同步脉冲”序列,开始将记录在序列中的应用程序加载到主储存器中.在应用程序全部被加载后,本发明的程序运行该应用程序,本发明的程序也可以在用记录在“同步脉冲”序列中的参数初始化以后运行该应用程序.
一旦应用程序加载,该应用程序就可以代替主储存器中的程序,以便使储存器资源更加理想.该应用程序也可以包括一个主要能够检测“同步脉冲”序列的模块.检测该序列可以使所述应用程序卸载,并可使程序重新加载.
当由使用执行程序运行该应用程序时,就使该应用程序初始化,并启动用户交互程序.
当停止应用程序时,就启动执行程序,以便再次得到“同步脉冲”.
所述应用程序可以采用很不相同的形式.这些应用可以使交互广告带得到显示,只要建议用户通过按压遥控器触摸件来选择一个不同的信道,也可以显示已编成参数的广告,只要建议通过操作控制器将一个信息传送给用户.
相同的“同步脉冲”序列可以对应于多个不同的业务.在信道ID区域(4)中的数值可以进行筛选,以便选择各个功能.
图2表示实施本发明的设备的示意图.
由编辑器提供的广播节目为数字信号(10)的形式,它与发射器的服务器(11)耦联.该服务器还接收与各应用程序对应的文件(12).该编辑器也传送一些对应不同元件同步的数据,特别是传送有关事件的信息,这些事件可以引发“同步脉冲”业务信号的传送.所有数据流均由一个多路复用器(14)进行多路复用,然后广播.
用户有一个译码器(20),该译码器包括一个计算机(16),计算机中带有一个储存器(17),执行程序记录在该储存器中,一个主储存器(18),和是用基本储存器(17)根据序列“同步脉冲”临时记录加载的应用程序.遥控设备(19)能用来与应用程序交互作用.

Claims (5)

1. 一种用于在用户解码器中操作交互数字电视广播的数据处理方法,其特征在于该方法包括如下步骤:
在业务信号中存入至少一个多媒体应用程序;
接收数字信号形式的交互数字电视广播;
根据选择的一个频道和在每一频道变换时检测对应于“同步脉冲”序列的业务信号检测;
将多媒体应用程序应用加载到解码器的随机存取存储器中;
用所述执行参数对多媒体应用程序进行初始化;以及
运行所述多媒体应用程序,以开始与用户进行交互;
其中所述数字信号包括一个对应于压缩视频图像的数据流和一个对应于至少一个多媒体应用程序的数据流,连同一些用于对所述数据流进行管理的业务信号;
所述“同步脉冲”序列则包括:
-分配指定在数字信号中存在的多媒体应用程序的序列,
-连同分配给用于执行该指定的多媒体应用程序的记录参数的信号序列。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于操作交互数字电视广播的数据处理方法,其特征在于该方法包括预先对一个应用ID进行检测的步骤,以便激活对应用程序的加载,该应用程序对应于所述ID。
3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的用于操作交互数字电视广播的数据处理方法,其特征在于该方法包括一个利用用户发出的命令对激活的应用程序进行卸载的步骤。
4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的用于操作交互数字电视广播的数据处理方法,其特征在于该方法包括一个利用数字信号中的业务信号广播对激活的应用程序进行卸载的步骤。
5. 根据权利要求4所述的用于操作交互数字电视广播的数据处理方法,其特征在于所述的激活对应用程序进行卸载的业务信号由“同步脉冲”信号构成,该信号的多个序列中一个序列是特定序列。
