发明背景
现今,人们用软质包装袋包装包括颗粒状洗涤剂在内的各类消费品.要想成为有用的包装,这些包装袋必须能保证在运输和存储搬运时不会开口.目前市售洗涤剂的包装袋有几个缺点.第一,在没有剪刀、刀子或其它工具辅助的情况下,很难将目前的包装袋打开.消费者经常试图将包装袋撕开,结果往往使其中所装的内容物散漏出来.另外,在拉、扯开口动作过程中,包装袋以及印刷在包装袋上的文字可能会出现扭曲.
第二,目前的洗涤剂包装袋,一旦被打开,未能提供一种高效和实用的部件来将包装袋重新封口.许多消费者需要这种功能以便能够重新封闭包装袋.对于大容量包装袋更是如此.到目前为止,重新封闭包装袋的方法还不能令人满意。这些方法包括:拉链和胶带以及一些简单的折叠结构.前面提到的方法的主要缺点在于,内容物会污染重新封口部件,从而妨碍该部件形成可靠的、可再用的密封.另外,简单的折叠结构不能防止产品散漏.
第三,随着包装袋内所装的产品逐渐用完,希望包装袋的封口部件可以调节,从而使包装袋的密封更完全.目前的软质洗涤剂包装袋没有提供这种调节封闭从而使其更可靠的部件.
因此仍然需要这种无需刀子、剪刀或其它工具辅助就能够很容易打开的装盛消费品的软质包装袋.仍然另外需要一种机构,通过该机构消费者在开启包装之后还能够牢固地重新封闭包装袋.该重新封口机构应该不受任何污染的影响.仍然需要一种重新封口部件,该部件在包装袋内的产品越来越少的时候可以进行调节以确保密封牢固可靠.
发明概述
本发明满足前面提到的对容易开口的软质包装袋的需要.该包装袋还能够提供一种重新封闭部件,该部件还可以进行调节.
根据本发明的软质包装袋的第一个方面,该包装袋包括:前片、后片和两个向内折叠的侧片,每个片具有上沿和下沿,由前片和后片在接合处密封的顶部和底部,所述顶部由弱线进一步限定,其中包装袋的一个片的至少一部分仍保持未被该线弱化.所述弱线使得包装袋的开口干净而且可以控制.
该包装袋还可以包括一个在消费者初次打开包装袋之后用于重新封闭包装袋的部件.所述可重新封口部件可以进行调节,以在包装袋内所装的内容物越来越少时提供有效可靠的封口.

发明详述
将对与本发明的这些优选实施方案相关的参考作详细介绍,对其中的实施例将结合图形进行说明.应该理解,本发明中所用的术语前和后只是为了说明包装袋上的片的朝向,否则它们是可以互换的.如下文中要更全面所讨论,本发明的目的是制造颗粒状、粉末状或其它类型产品的软质包装袋,优选地是装盛颗粒状洗涤剂,并且该包装袋上具有便于开启的弱线.根据本发明所做的具体的优选包装袋10如图1中所示.图中所说明的该包装袋10具有前片12、后片14,和两个侧片16和18,每个片都有上沿20和下沿22.该包装袋10还具有顶部24和底部26,顶部和底部通过前片12和后片14沿上沿20和下沿22接合而密封.该包装袋10具有弱线28,其中至少一个片12或14的一部分不是由线28弱化.在优选的实施方案中,弱线28横跨两个侧片16和18,以及前片12或后片14中的一个.

包装袋材料
本发明的包装袋是由弹性材料制成,这些弹性材料包括但不限于聚合物膜、编织材料、无纺材料,优选地是聚乙烯薄膜,更优选地是单层薄膜、共挤出材料、双层层压材料、三层层压材料和金属化的层压材料,所有材料可以具有或不具有油漆涂层.本发明的包装袋可以利用本领域已知的任何方法来形成.本领域众所周知的方法是用连续的网状材料来形成所述软质包装袋,该方法在授予Muckenfuhs的美国专利专利号5,054,619中作了说明.
弱线
根据本发明,包装袋的这种容易开启的特性是由沿开启或分离包装袋所需的轨迹来弱化薄膜材料产生的.
这样设置所述弱线以使包装袋的至少一片上的一部分为非弱线.这样可以防止开启时将包装袋的整个顶部分离.开启之后,撕开弱线所得到的挡板为包装袋提供了把手或抓握区,供使用者将产品定量倒出时使用.这个特性使得该包装袋具有更好的可操纵性,从而更易于控制倒出量.
该弱线减弱薄膜的强度的方式使得它既能够承受正常的装料、包装和装卸操作,又能够使消费者很容易地开启.这种性能通过降低原生薄膜的不规则四边形抗裂强度实现.不规则四边形抗裂强度的降低很可能同时伴随着包装袋抗拉强度的降低.
该弱区的特征由下面的测试方法显示:a)美国材料试验学会中的D-882,塑性薄片拉伸特性标准测试法b)美国材料试验学会中的D-5733,用不规则四边形测试法测试无纺织物抗裂强度的标准测试法.用这些测试方法得到的结果图在图8和图9中作了举例说明.生成图8和图9所用的样本是从图1所示的弱线28上获得的.根据美国材料试验学会中D-882和美国材料试验学会的D-5733,该弱线28必须与样本的最短边(即,宽度)平行.该弱线28必须占据该样本的整个宽度,并且必须相对于采样长度居中.不规则四边形抗裂样本起始切割点的缝隙必须位于弱线28的顶部.
该弱线的特征在于由上述标准测试获得的三个参数.第一个参数是屈服应力值.参见图8,该图说明弱化薄膜近似屈服应力值(如图8中Y2所示的)与未弱化薄膜(如图8中Y1所示)的近似屈服应力值之比值的说明.在美国材料试验学会的D-882拉伸测试中,弱化薄膜的屈服应力值应该不小于未弱化薄膜的屈服应力值的90%.第二个参数,弱化薄膜(如图8中R2所示)的最终或破裂应力值应该不小于未被弱化薄膜Y1屈服应力值的90%.
第三个参数,根据美国材料试验学会中的D-5733测试得到的弱化薄膜的平均不规则四边形抗拉力应该小于4Kgf.图9说明的是用美国材料试验学会中的D-5733方法测量弱化单个试样薄膜的不规则四边形抗裂强度时得到的典型图形.对于图8和9,应该仅仅将图中为力、伸长量(图8)和延伸量(图9)所标注的数值看作示例性数值,而并不是对本发明的一个限定.
另外,该弱线具有一定的图案.这些图案可以是连续的线、短划线,或它们的组合.但是,最优选的图案是短划线,其中该短划线包括多个划痕段.每个划痕段的长度为约0.12mm至4.4mm、优选地为约0.3mm至2mm、最优选地为约0.6mm至1mm.相邻划痕段的间距为约0.4mm至4mm、优选地为约1mm至3mm、最优选地为约1.5mm至2mm.划痕的深度随薄膜厚度而异.
可以沿着该弱线上的一些点来确定起始刻痕.起始刻痕提供了一个比较容易撕开的区域,因为该处的划痕较深.如果使弱线横跨背面,由于背面上还具有垂直密封,起始刻痕使从竖直密封的多个层到弱线的撕开变得很容易.
产生弱线的方法
该弱线的产生方法包括但不限于划痕、打孔、化学处理,优选地是激光划痕、激光打孔、机械划痕、机械打孔、压花方法,或这些方法的组合。该弱线优选地是在将薄膜制成包装袋之前在薄膜上制成.
在软质薄膜上制作弱线的一种方法是使用至少一束激光.首先将具有足够蒸发一部分薄膜材料能量的激光束聚焦在薄膜上.激光技术的使用可以非常精确地控制从轻微划痕到完全穿透薄膜的打孔的深度或渗透性.可以使用采用任何形式电磁辐射的激光器.本发明中使用的合适的激光器包括那些基于二氧化碳气体的激光器.
薄膜的速度和激光束的运动取决于所需刻划的图案和深度以及所用薄膜的类型.用激光刻划薄膜的适合的方法公开于下列专利中:授予美国Can公司的美国专利号3,626,143、3,790,744和3,909,582,以及授予American Can Company的美国专利5,158,499和5,229,180,授予LPF Verpakkingen B.V的美国专利5,001,325,授予Wavin B.V的美国专利4,743,123,授予Dainippon Printing Company的日本专利09133018、07008283和06103200.
另一种产生弱线的适合方法是采用叶片.这些叶片安装在一个刻印用的圆筒上,圆筒直接安装在薄膜加工机上,这样就可以在包装袋形成之前进行切割.可以使用不同的叶片图案来制造不同图案的弱线.在该过程中施加在叶片上的力可以变化,这样就能够控制切入的尺寸和深度以确保该包装袋容易开口。
压花是产生弱线的另一种可选方法.压花技术利用压力、温度、时间和剖面变形等方法使薄膜的某一特定区域变薄.理想的结果通过改变压花轨迹线上薄膜的厚度和/或材料的结构来实现.压花所用的基本设备包括能够与后板相挤压的密封齿.用于变形的断面或图案固定在密封齿上并且被加热.对位于变形的剖面和后板之间的薄膜进行挤压.已知影响该过程的主要变量为:加热温度、冷却温度、压力、加热时间、冷却时间、压花期间薄膜的张力、压花后薄膜的张力、后板材料、后板厚度、后板温度、密封齿图案和密封齿厚度.应该在薄膜的展开之后安装压花单元,优选地是并入包装设备流水线中.适合的压花实施例在授予American National Can Company的美国专利5,878,549中作了说明.
可重新封口系统
所述可重新封口系统不会受包装袋内所装内容物的污染.其主要目的是保护包装袋内所装的颗粒状产品,使其不散漏、不受潮、不受可能改变产品完整性的其它外部因素的影响.所述可重新封口系统包括机械扣紧部件,优选钩环或钩钩型组件,连接在软质包装袋上,这样允许使用者在使用包装袋内的产品期间无数次打开然后再牢固地闭合包装袋.
所述系统包括位于装在包装袋相对片上的扣紧材料.在优选的实施方案中,所述片为前片和后片,尽管其它的构型也可以考虑.该机械扣紧部件可以是一次性材料,也可以是工业材料.希望使用一次性材料以获得最佳成本.机械扣紧部件可以为任意形状和大小,而且可以以任何形式排列.可重新封口系统的具体构型要能够使包装袋中所装产品的整个使用期内能够一直密封.所谓密封是指当包装袋的边倾斜时无产品散落出来.具体地讲,所述可重新封口系统的特征在于,需要一定的能量(力)才能够使扣紧部件的一个组件从另一个组件中脱出.这个能量(力)必须要小于每公斤包装袋内所装的产品2.4Kgfmm.
所述可重新封口系统同上述便于打开所述包装袋的特性一起作用.至少将一片机械扣紧部件装在包装袋的一个片上,而将一片配合固定部件设置在所述包装袋的另一相对片.优选地,一件机械扣紧部件为一条竖直窄带.在使用产品期间,将包装袋的顶部(有一小片扣紧部件)卷起以使两个扣紧部件匹配,并且紧密地将包装袋封闭起来.随着更多的产品被消耗,扣紧部件的封闭将不断地垂直向下以使密封紧密.该设计的一种变化形式还可以采用扣扣封口.机械扣紧部件的部件上还可以包括两个独立地起密封作用的扣.在这种情况下,该密封就成为一种固定式的,而不是可调节式.

8. 如权利要求1所述的包装袋,其中,所述弱线包括图案,所述图案包括短划线,所述短划线包括多个划痕段,由此每一划痕段的所述长度为0.12mm至4.4mm,并且其中相邻划痕段的间距为0.4mm至4mm。
9. 包装袋,所述包装袋包括前片和后片以及两个向内折叠的侧片,每片具有上沿和下沿,由所述前片和后片接合而成的顶部和底部,所述顶部进一步由弱线限定,其中,每一片顶部的至少一部分不受所述弱线的影响,所述包装袋还包括在包装袋初次打开后重新将其封口的部件,其特征在于,根据美国材料试验学会(ASTM)方法D-5733号测定,所述包装袋的平均不规则四边形抗裂强度小于4Kg。

17. 如权利要求9所述的包装袋,其中,根据美国材料试验学会(ASTM)方法D-882号测定,具有所述弱线的包装袋的屈服应力值为添加所述弱线之前所述包装袋的屈服应力值的至少90%。
