Abstract
本发明提供一种制造薄层且多层的隔离性包装材料的方法,准备厚度为20μm~45μm的双轴拉伸薄膜,该薄膜具有:乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物层(EVOH),直接粘接与在其两面上的聚酰胺层,经由粘接性树脂层而层压在该聚酰胺层的各外侧面上的热粘着性聚乙烯层;对厚度为5μm~15μm的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜的被接合表面与双轴拉伸薄膜的被接合表面用电晕放电进行处理;对两薄膜的被接合表面用展平辊进行加热压接。根据本发明的方法,可以减少工序数,简化工序本身。而且可以使厚度变薄,减少粘接剂层数。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种多层但薄的隔离性包装材料的制造方法。
背景技术
在对氧气等气体和香味等有隔离作用的隔离性包装材料中,有乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物(EVOH),尼龙等聚酰胺(PA),蒸镀了氧化硅(SiOx)等的塑料薄膜,聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)等。
按照各种用途,层压功能性薄膜材料,多层隔离性包装材料已经上市并提出了方案。
在上述现有技术中,其薄膜根据使所要求的功能,例如与气体隔离性,保香性,挠性,隔热性要如上所述层压功能性薄膜材料,每次层压需要前处理,层压工序和后处理等步骤,带来有工序繁多并且工序烦杂的问题。
又,层数越多,多层隔离性包装材料整体的厚度越增加,有时存在不能得到薄的薄膜的不良情况。
进而,使具有气体隔离性,保香性,挠性,隔热性等功能性材料层间接合的粘接剂层占全体包装材料的大部分,从成本和环境面考虑,有必要减少粘接剂层的使用量。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种在制造多层隔离性包装材料工序中,可以减少工序数,简化工序本身,即使是多层,由于是包装材料的整体变薄,减少粘接剂层数,从成本和环境面考虑有利的隔离性包装材料的制造方法。
为了解决该上述问题,本发明的制造薄层且多层的隔离性包装材料的方法的特征在于,准备厚度为20μm~45μm的双轴拉伸薄膜,该薄膜具有:乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物层,直接粘接在该乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物层的两面上的聚酰胺层,经由粘接性树脂层而层压在该聚酰胺层的各外侧面上的热粘着性聚乙烯层;对厚度为5μm~15μm的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜的被接合表面与双轴拉伸薄膜的被接合表面用电晕放电进行处理;前述处理后,对该聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜与该双轴拉伸薄膜的被接合表面用展平辊进行加热压接。
通过该构成,在制造多层隔离性包装材料的工序中,能够减少工序数,简化工序本身。并且,即使是多层,也可以使包装材料的整体厚度变薄,减少粘接剂层数,从成本和环境方面考虑是有利的。
本发明技术方案1所述的制造薄层且多层的隔离性包装材料的方法的特征在于,准备厚度为2Oμm~45μm的双轴拉伸薄膜,该薄膜具有:乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物层,直接粘接在该乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物层的两面上的聚酰胺层,经由粘接性树脂层而层压在该聚酰胺层的各外侧面上的热粘着性聚乙烯层;对厚度为5μm~15μm的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜的被接合表面与双轴拉伸薄膜的被接合表面用电晕放电进行处理;前述处理后,对该聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜与该双轴拉伸薄膜的被接合表面用展平辊进行加热压接。
本发明技术方案2所述的制造薄层且多层的隔离性包装材料的方法的特征在于,准备厚度为20μm~45μm的双轴拉伸薄膜和厚度为5μm~15μm的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜,所述双轴拉伸薄膜具有:乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物层,直接粘接在该乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物层的两面上的聚酰胺层,经由粘接性树脂层而层压在该聚酰胺层的各外侧面上的热粘着性聚乙烯层,所述聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜在单面上具有氧化硅的蒸镀层;对该聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜的被接合表面与该双轴拉伸薄膜的被接合表面进行活性化处理;前述处理后,对该聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜与该双轴拉伸薄膜的被接合表面用展平辊进行加热压接。
通过上述构成,具有可以维持氧化硅蒸镀层(SiOx)的气体隔离性并付与保香性,挠性,热隔离性的作用。
本发明技术方案3所述的制造薄层且多层的隔离性包装材料的方法的特征在于,准备厚度为20μm~45μm的双轴拉伸薄膜,该薄膜具有:乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物层,直接粘接在该乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物层的两面上的聚酰胺层,经由粘接性树脂层而层压在该聚酰胺层的各外侧面上的热粘着性聚乙烯层;为使接合性良好化,对厚度为5μm~15μm的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜的两表面及该双轴拉伸薄膜的被接合表面进行活性化处理;前述处理后,对该聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜与该双轴拉伸薄膜的被接合表面用展平辊进行加热压接。
通过上述构成,即使是多层,也可以使包装材料的整体厚度变薄,减少粘接剂层数,从成本和环境方面考虑是有利的。
具体实施方式
以下,就本发明的实施方式进行说明。
在制造这种形态的多层隔离性包装材料方法中,准备厚度为20μm~45μm的双轴拉伸薄膜,该薄膜具有:乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物层(EVOH),直接粘接在该乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物层(EVOH)的两面上的聚酰胺层(PA),经由粘接性树脂层(Adh)而层压在该聚酰胺层的各外侧面上的热粘着性低密度聚乙烯层(LDPE)。
上述的双轴拉伸薄膜具有LDPE/Adh/PA/EVOH/PA/Adh/LDPE的层构成。
在本发明中,作为聚酰胺,有尼龙-MXD6,尼龙-6(PA-6),尼龙-66(PA-66),或者尼龙-6与尼龙-66的混合物等。通过尼龙-MXD6和其他的聚酰胺混合,改善例如断裂时被改善的延伸性等性能。
在本发明的一个优选方式中,聚酰胺是「尼龙粘土混合物」(nyion-clay hybrid,NCH),该NCH由例如PA-6,PA-66,PA-6/66等的聚酰胺和均匀分散的微小层状硅酸盐组成的分子性复合物。
因此,例如,通过使尼龙-MXD6与基于PA-6的NCH混合,不仅得到良好的机械性能还得到最适合的气体隔离性能。
在厚度为5μm~15μm的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜与双轴拉伸薄膜的层压前,为改善粘着性,对各自的被接合表面进行表面活性化处理,例如用电晕放电进行处理。
至少对被接合表面实施该处理。
前述处理后,对聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜与双轴拉伸薄膜的被接合表面用展平辊进行加热压接。
作为上述接合的粘接层,可使用通过使用丙烯酸-乙烯共聚物,异丁烯酸-乙烯聚合物,甲基异丁烯酸-乙烯聚合物,含离子键的聚合物,低密度聚乙烯,金属茂触媒制造的直链状低密度聚乙烯等。
在利用以上说明的本发明,制造多层隔离性包装材料工序中,能够减少工序数,简化工序本身。并且,即使是多层,也可以使包装材料的整体厚度变薄,减少粘接剂层数,从成本和环境方面考虑是有利的。
产业上利用的可能性
本发明的隔离性包装材料用于收容牛奶,清凉饮料等液体食品的包装容器。
Claims (3)
1. 一种制造薄层且多层的隔离性包装材料的方法,
准备厚度为20μm~45μm的双轴拉伸薄膜,该薄膜具有:乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物层,直接粘接在该乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物层的两面上的聚酰胺层,经由粘接性树脂层而层压在该聚酰胺层的各外侧面上的热粘着性聚乙烯层;
对厚度为5μm~15μm的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜的被接合表面与双轴拉伸薄膜的被接合表面用电晕放电进行处理;
前述处理后,对该聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜与该双轴拉伸薄膜的被接合表面用展平辊进行加热压接。
2. 一种制造薄层且多层的隔离性包装材料的方法,
准备厚度为20μm~45μm的双轴拉伸薄膜和厚度为5μm~15μm的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜,所述双轴拉伸薄膜具有:乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物层,直接粘接在该乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物层的两面上的聚酰胺层,经由粘接性树脂层而层压在该聚酰胺层的各外侧面上的热粘着性聚乙烯层,所述聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜在单面上具有氧化硅的蒸镀层;
对该聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜的被接合表面与该双轴拉伸薄膜的被接合表面进行活性化处理;
前述处理后,对该聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜与该双轴拉伸薄膜的被接合表面用展平辊进行加热压接。
3. 一种制造厚度为65μm以下、薄层且多层的隔离性包装材料的方法,
准备厚度为20μm~45μm的双轴拉伸薄膜,该薄膜具有:乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物层,直接粘接在该乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物层的两面上的聚酰胺层,经由粘接性树脂层而层压在该聚酰胺层的各外侧面上的热粘着性聚乙烯层;
为使接合性良好化,对厚度为5μm~15μm的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜的两表面及该双轴拉伸薄膜的被接合表面进行活性化处理;
前述处理后,对该聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜与该双轴拉伸薄膜的被接合表面用展平辊进行加热压接。
