在遥控玩具芯片中防止静态噪声误解码和数字滤波的方法

本发明涉及一种在遥控玩具芯片中防止静态噪声误解码和对接受信号进行数字滤波的方法。
背景技术
目前,很多遥控玩具使用一种超再生射频(RF)结构,这种结构在静态时存在较强的静态噪声,在利用占空比(Duty)来表示“1”、“0”的遥控玩具芯片中,如只依靠占空比(Duty)来进行解码,则很可能在静态时对射频(RF)的静态噪声误解码。为了避免上述情况的发生,现在的遥控玩具芯片采用n级串行移位器(shift)(输入时钟clock为信号最小脉冲宽度所对应频率的m倍,m>n)对接收信号进行采样,若n个采样数据中出现“10……01”(中间为一个或几个“0”)或“01……10”(中间为一个或几个“1”),则说明信号中有小脉冲毛刺,这时禁止解码。使用这种方法来防止对射频(RF)静态噪声误解码,对信号波形要求过于苛刻,有效信号中稍有毛刺就不能解码,造成不抖动遥控距离非常近,同时也没有对接收信号进行滤波。
发明内容
为了克服上述对信号波形要求过于苛刻,有效信号中稍有毛刺就不能解码以及对接收信号没有进行滤波的弊端,本发明通过对输入信号频率的检测来判定输入信号是有效信号还是射频(RF)静态噪声,保证不对静态噪声误解码,同时对接收信号进行数字滤波,滤除信号中的大部分噪声。
遥控玩具芯片在接收到输入信号时,首先对这些输入信号的频率进行检测,根据对输入信号的频率所要求的范围来判断所接收到的输入信号是有效的信号,还是射频(RF)静态噪声,然后才依据上述判断结果对接收到的输入信号分别处理:解码或禁止解码。即如果芯片接收到的输入信号的频率在所要求的范围内,则判定这些输入信号是有效的信号,随后芯片对这些信号进行解码;如果芯片接收到的输入信号的频率不在所要求的范围内,则判定这些信号是RF静态噪声,芯片被禁止对这些信号进行解码。
使用n级串行移位器(shift)(输入时钟clock为信号最小脉冲宽度所对应频率的m倍,m>n)对接收信号进行采样,同时把串行移位器(shift)的n个输出送入触发器中,触发器对这些被送入的信号进行如下的处理:在n个信号全为“1”的时,触发器置“1”;在n个信号全为“0”的时,触发器清零,这样触发器的输出就是较为干净的信号,滤除小于n个输入时钟clock周期宽度的毛刺。
本发明由上述两部分共同构成,缺一不可。前一部分保证了不会对射频(RF)静态噪声误解码;后一部分滤掉了输入信号中的大部分噪声。
本发明可以滤除输入信号中的小毛刺,同时对射频(RF)静态噪声不会误解码,大幅提升了遥控不抖动距离。
具体实施方法
假设一使用RC振荡器的遥控玩具芯片所接收的信号理论频率为500HZ,其频率宽裕度为±20%,那么当该遥控玩具芯片检测到其所接受到的输入信号的频率在400~600HZ范围之内,则判定这些输入信号为有效的信号,于是该遥控玩具芯片对这些输入信号进行解码;当该遥控玩具芯片检测到其所接受到的输入信号的频率不在400~600HZ范围之内,则判定这些输入信号为RF静态噪声,于是该遥控玩具芯片被禁止对这些信号进行解码。
假设输入信号的最小脉冲(包括正脉冲和负脉冲)宽度为0.5ms,用4级串行移位器(shift)滤波,则最小要用8khz的输入时钟clock驱动串行移位器(shift)。为了安全,用16khz的输入时钟clock驱动串行移位器(shift),把4级串行移位器(shift)的4个输出经解码送入触发器的清“0”和置“1”端。当4级输出全为“0”的时候,清“0”触发器;当4级输出全为“1”的时候,置“1”触发器。如果接收信号没有毛刺,触发器的输出就与接收信号一样,只是耽搁了4个输入时钟clock;如果接收信号有小于0.25ms毛刺,则触发器的输出就是滤除了毛刺的信号。

1. 一种在遥控玩具中防止静态噪声误解码和对接收信号进行数字滤波的方法,其特征是:通过对输入信号频率所要求范围的监测来判定输入信号是有效信号还是射频(RF)静态噪声,并根据判断结果对输入信号分别处理,保证不对静态噪声误解码;同时,利用一个n级串行移位器(shift)和清“0”置“1”的触发器组成的数字滤波器对接收信号进行滤波。
