技术领域
本发明涉及孔版印刷用水性油墨,尤其涉及适用于轮转式数字孔版印刷机的孔版印刷用水性油墨以及使用其的孔版印刷方法。
背景技术
孔版印刷方式与胶版印刷、凹版印刷、凸版印刷等印刷方式相比,使用后不需要清洗等烦杂的作业,因此不需要专业操作员等而具有良好的操作性和简便性。自从采用以热敏打印头为装置的热敏制版方式,孔版印刷方式也逐渐地能够实现数字化图象处理,以至能够在短时间简便地获得高品质的印刷物,因此,作为信息处理终端其方便性也逐渐得到了认同。
轮转式孔版印刷机可自动控制孔版原纸的制版、装版、排版作业以及油墨的供给作业和印刷作业等,以数字孔版印刷机等名称广泛用于办公室和学校等。
孔版印刷用油墨迄今一般使用油包水(W/O)型乳液油墨。印刷机即使在非使用状态下放置,并且印刷机内部的油墨与大气接触时,W/O型乳液油墨也具有抑制油墨的成分构成和物性发生变化的功能。即,水为乳液油墨的分散相成分,被连续相成分油覆盖,因此其蒸发就得到了抑制。
用W/O型乳液油墨印刷的印刷物的油墨的干燥被认为是这样进行:油墨渗透到承印物(印刷介质)即印刷用纸的纸纤维之间,乳液通过接触纸纤维慢慢分离成油相和水相,作为油墨主成分的水接触大气而蒸发掉。但是,转移到承印物的油墨中的水,在印刷后的短时间内无法与大气接触,使得紧随印刷后的干燥依赖于渗透干燥,而W/O型乳液油墨的粘度却被设计成高一点,因此,渗透速度不快,导致紧随印刷后的油墨干燥不够充分。
加速印刷物的干燥,对于孔版印刷来说是极其重要的课题。如果印刷物没有干燥,作业人员就无法使用其印刷物,孔版印刷的“在短时间得到高品质的印刷物”的优点就不能充分表现。
并且,从环保性、安全性的观点出发,开发出了孔版印刷用水性油墨,已经有在紧随印刷后的印刷面添加碱来提高水性油墨对纸的渗透性的孔版印刷方法(特开2001-302955号公报)。
但是,水性油墨一般从确保一定初始粘度的观点出发,使用增稠剂。另一方面,如果构成油墨的水直接暴露在外部环境中,水的蒸发就会快,所以如果油墨被放置在印刷机内部的开放体系,由于水的蒸发而使油墨粘度过高,经过长时间后再进行印刷时,会存在印刷图象飞白、印刷后需要清洗机械这种不良情况。对于此,尝试了添加防止水蒸发剂等方法,但还是希望有进一步改进。
发明内容
本发明涉及孔版印刷用水性油墨,其含有为不饱和羧酸的第一单体与选自乙烯基酰胺类单体、乙烯基醚类单体、及含羟基(甲基)丙烯酸酯类单体中的第二单体的共聚物(以下记作“共聚单体A”)。
本发明还涉及使用上述本发明的孔版印刷用水性油墨的孔版印刷方法。
具体实施方式
本发明的孔版印刷用水性油墨(以下将孔版印刷用水性油墨简称为“油墨”。)含有水、水溶性有机溶剂、着色剂,并且作为增稠剂含有为不饱和羧酸的第一单体与选自乙烯基酰胺类单体、乙烯基醚类单体、及含羟基(甲基)丙烯酸酯类单体中的第二单体的共聚物A。这里,共聚物A的共聚形式可以是无序型、交替型、嵌段型、接枝型的任意形态。并且,高分子链的结构可以是直链型,也可以是在分子内具有交联结构的交联型。
作为第一单体的不饱和羧酸,优选使用对水显示出高的溶解性,成为共聚物时增稠效果高的电解质单体。
具体讲,可以使用由下述式(1)表示的不饱和羧酸的一种或其以上。
式中,R1、R2、R3各自独立地表示H、CH3、(CH2)nCOOH(n为0或1的整数)。进一步优选使用选自丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸、马来酸酐、马来酸、富马酸、巴豆酸及衣康酸中的一种或其以上的不饱和羧酸。
这些不饱和羧酸包括羧基成为水溶性盐的形态的物质,如钠盐、钾盐、铵盐、三乙醇胺盐等。
作为第二单体的聚合性化合物是水溶性非电解质单体,可以使用选自乙烯基酰胺类单体、乙烯基醚类单体、及含羟基(甲基)丙烯酸酯类单体中的一种或其以上。
具体讲,乙烯基酰胺类单体可以举出(甲基)丙烯酰胺、甲基(甲基)丙烯酰胺、二甲基(甲基)丙烯酰胺、乙基(甲基)丙烯酰胺、二乙基(甲基)丙烯酰胺、二甲基氨基丙基(甲基)丙烯酰胺、异丙基(甲基)丙烯酰胺、羟丙基(甲基)丙烯酰胺等(甲基)丙烯酰胺及其衍生物;乙烯基吡咯烷酮、异丙烯基吡咯烷酮等乙烯基吡咯烷酮及其衍生物;乙烯基己内酰胺、异丙烯基己内酰胺等乙烯基己内酰胺及其衍生物;乙烯基乙酰胺等。另外,本说明书中,(甲基)丙烯酸、(甲基)丙烯酰胺、(甲基)丙烯酸酯等记载是指丙烯酸和甲基丙烯酸或者它们的各衍生物。
乙烯基醚类单体可以举出甲基乙烯基醚、羟甲基乙烯基醚等。
含羟基(甲基)丙烯酸酯类单体可以举出羟乙基(甲基)丙烯酸酯、羟丙基(甲基)丙烯酸酯、乙二醇(甲基)丙烯酸酯、二乙二醇(甲基)丙烯酸酯、聚乙二醇(甲基)丙烯酸酯、糖基氧乙基(甲基)丙烯酸酯等。
由如上所述第一单体和第二单体构成的共聚物A,除了单独使用外,也可以并用多种物质。
进而优选使用选自丙烯酸与丙烯酰胺的共聚物、马来酸酐与甲基乙烯基醚的共聚物、丙烯酸与乙烯基吡咯烷酮的共聚物、以及丙烯酸与乙烯基乙酰胺的共聚物中的一种或其以上的共聚物(各个都包括成为盐形态的物质)作为增稠剂。
上述共聚物A在油墨中的配合量从赋予粘性的观点来看,优选大于等于0.05重量%,从油墨对纸的转移性的观点来看,优选小于等于5重量%,更优选0.1~3重量%。
共聚物A,当羧基没有成为盐的形态时,与碱并用。成为盐的形态时就没有必要添加碱。碱可以使用氢氧化钾、氢氧化铵、氢氧化钠这种无机碱或者低分子量胺、烷醇胺、三乙醇胺、低浓度氨水等。
一般来说,安装到印刷机后的孔版印刷用油墨,即从油墨瓶供给到版体内部的油墨,由于在印刷机内部的开放体系内直接放置,所以在其间油墨中的水蒸发,有时根据放置状况,会在几天内油墨中的水量减少至几个百分点(几个百分点的水被水溶性有机溶剂保水而残留在油墨中)。从而,作为主体的溶剂从水(含有水溶性有机溶剂)变成水溶性有机溶剂(含有保水分的水),因此,油墨的稳定性受损,导致油墨中的有机溶剂发生分离(溶剂释放)。
通过使用上述的共聚物A,在溶剂以水为主体的状态下也能够维持高的增稠效果,即使少量添加也能够获得所希望的粘度。另一方面,该共聚物A在水蒸发后的水溶性有机溶剂中也能够保持溶解状态,从而认为放置后可以防止溶剂释放。
优选的实施方式中,该油墨除了上述共聚物A以外,还可以根据需要含有其他水溶性高分子类增稠剂和粘土矿物类增稠剂的一种或其以上。
作为任意配合的其他水溶性高分子类增稠剂,可以使用如阿拉伯树胶、角叉胶、愈疮胶、刺槐豆胶、果胶、黄蓍胶、玉米淀粉、魔芋甘露聚糖、琼脂等植物类天然高分子;多色霉素、黄原胶、糊精等微生物类天然高分子;明胶、酪蛋白、骨胶等动物类天然高分子;乙基纤维素、羧甲基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素、羟丙基纤维素、甲基纤维素、羟丙基甲基纤维素等纤维素类半合成高分子;羟乙基淀粉、羧甲基淀粉钠、环糊精等淀粉类半合成高分子;褐藻酸钠、褐藻酸丙二醇等褐藻酸类半合成高分子;透明质酸钠;聚丙烯酸、聚甲基丙烯酸、聚巴豆酸、聚衣康酸、聚马来酸、聚富马酸、丙烯酸-甲基丙烯酸共聚物、丙烯酸-衣康酸共聚物、丙烯酸-马来酸共聚物、丙烯酸-丙烯酸酯共聚物、丙烯酸-甲基丙烯酸酯共聚物、丙烯酸-磺酸类单体共聚物、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮、聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯甲基醚、聚N-乙烯基乙酰胺、聚丙烯酰胺、聚环氧乙烷、聚乙烯亚胺、聚氨酯等合成高分子。
粘土矿物类增稠剂可以使用蒙脱石、锂蒙脱石、皂石等蒙脱石类粘土矿物等。
任意配合的其他增稠剂在油墨中的配合量优选小于等于10重量%,更优选小于等于5重量%,进一步优选小于等于2重量%。
另外,作为增稠剂举例的上述水溶性高分子,根据其种类,除了油墨的增稠剂以外,还可以用作对于印刷用纸的着色剂的固定剂等。并且,使用颜料作为着色剂时,还可以用作颜料的分散剂。
从提高印刷物干燥性的观点出发,水优选在油墨中含有50重量%或其以上,更优选含有65重量%或其以上。油墨中含有的水可以在印刷紧接后蒸发到大气中。进而,印刷时通过油墨被压入和渗透到印刷用纸的纤维间,在印刷用纸内部油墨与空气的表面积迅速扩大而使水容易蒸发,因此,认为如果增大水量,印刷物的干燥性就会进一步提高。另一方面,对于水的配合量的上限没有特别限制,优选权衡其他配合成分而适当地设定。
水溶性有机溶剂使用在室温为液体且能够溶于水的有机化合物。例如,可以使用甲醇、乙醇、1-丙醇、异丙醇、1-丁醇、2-丁醇、异丁醇、2-甲基-2-丙醇等的低级醇类;乙二醇、二乙二醇、三乙二醇、四乙二醇、五乙二醇、丙二醇、二丙二醇、三丙二醇等二醇类;甘油;乙酸甘油酯类(单乙酸甘油酯、二乙酸甘油酯、三乙酸甘油酯);三乙二醇单甲基醚、三乙二醇单乙基醚、三乙二醇单丙基醚、三乙二醇单丁基醚、四乙二醇单甲基醚、四乙二醇单乙基醚、四乙二醇二甲基醚、四乙二醇二乙基醚等二醇类的衍生物;三乙醇胺、β-硫撑乙二醇、环丁砜。也可以使用平均分子量200、300、400、600等平均分子量在190~630范围的聚乙二醇、平均分子量400等平均分子量在200~600范围的二醇型聚丙二醇、平均分子量300、700等平均分子量在250~800范围的三醇型聚丙二醇这种低分子量聚烷撑二醇。这些水溶性有机溶剂可以单独或者是组合两种或其以上来使用。
从上述水溶性有机溶剂中,优选含有选自二乙二醇、三乙二醇、四乙二醇、以及平均分子量190~210的聚乙二醇中的一种或其以上的溶剂。如果对于上述聚合物A使用这种水溶性有机溶剂,当油墨被放置时,即使水分蒸发使得油墨中的溶剂总量减少,也可以降低放置后的油墨粘度对于初始状态的油墨粘度的变化率。
从同样的观点来看,水溶性有机溶剂优选组合使用选自甘油、乙二醇、丙二醇中的一种或其以上的第一溶剂,与选自五乙二醇、β-硫撑乙二醇、及聚乙二醇烷基醚(R1O(CH2CH2O)n R2;R1是碳原子数为1~4的烷基,R2是H或碳原子数为1~2的烷基,3≤n≤5)中的一种或其以上的第二溶剂。聚乙二醇烷基醚可以举出如三乙二醇单乙基醚、三乙二醇单丙基醚、三乙二醇单丁基醚、三乙二醇二乙基醚、四乙二醇单乙基醚、四乙二醇单丙基醚、四乙二醇单丁基醚、四乙二醇二乙基醚。
水溶性有机溶剂在油墨中的含量优选为5重量%或其以上,更优选为10重量%或其以上。关于其含量的上限没有特别限制,但为了减少图象渗墨,优选为45重量%或其以下,更优选为35重量%或其以下。优选沸点高于水的、尤其是沸点为150℃或其以上的水溶性有机溶剂在油墨中含有5重量%或其以上,这样可以有效防止在印刷过程中孔版原纸穿孔部干燥。
着色剂可以使用颜料或染料,也可以并用两种或其以上。颜料可以使用如偶氮类、酞菁类、染料类、缩合多环类、硝基类、亚硝基类等有机颜料(艳洋红6B、色淀红C、沃丘格红、二重氮黄、汉撒黄、酞菁蓝、酞菁绿、碱性蓝、苯胺黑等);钴、铁、铬、铜、锌、铅、钛、钒、锰、镍等金属类、金属氧化物及硫化物、以及黄土、群青、普鲁士蓝等无机颜料;炉法碳黑、灯黑、乙炔黑、槽法碳黑等碳黑类。染料可以使用如碱性染料、酸性染料、直接染料、可溶性还原染料、酸性媒介染料、媒介染料、活性染料、还原染料、硫化染料等中的水溶性染料以及通过还原等变成水溶性的水溶性染料。可以把颜料、染料中的任一或者是双方用作着色剂,但优选使用颜料,因为能够制成图象的外渗或渗墨少且耐候性也优异的油墨。
着色剂在油墨中的含量优选为1~20重量%,更优选为3~10重量%,为了进一步提高印刷物印刷浓度,进一步优选含有5重量%或其以上。
优选的实施方式中,除了上述成分以外,油墨中还可以适当含有颜料分散剂、固定剂、消泡剂、降低表面张力剂、pH调节剂、抗氧剂、防腐剂等。
可以在油墨中含有碱可溶性树脂,用作对于印刷用纸等承印物的着色剂的固定剂。使用颜料作为着色剂时,也可以使用碱可溶性树脂作为颜料的分散剂。
碱可溶性树脂可以使用如苯乙烯-(甲基)丙烯酸共聚物、苯乙烯-α甲基苯乙烯-(甲基)丙烯酸共聚物、苯乙烯-(甲基)丙烯酸酯-(甲基)丙烯酸共聚物、苯乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物、乙烯基萘-(甲基)丙烯酸共聚物、乙烯基萘-马来酸共聚物、异丁烯-马来酸酐共聚物、(甲基)丙烯酸酯-(甲基)丙烯酸共聚物、丙烯酸酯-甲基丙烯酸酯-(甲基)丙烯酸共聚物,也可以并用两种或其以上。这些碱可溶性树脂可以用氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾等碱金属氢氧化物、氨水、三乙醇胺等烷基醇胺等任意碱进行中和制成水可溶性来使用。
如果含有大量碱可溶性树脂,不使用印刷机后印刷性能可能就会受到妨碍,因此优选在油墨中以固体组分换算含有5重量%或其以下,更优选3重量%或其以下。
可以在油墨中含有水包油(O/W)型树脂乳液,用作对于印刷用纸等承印物的着色剂的固定剂。使用颜料作为着色剂时,可以把该树脂乳液用作颜料的分散剂。
水包油(O/W)型树脂乳液可以使用例如聚醋酸乙烯酯、乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物、醋酸乙烯酯-(甲基)丙烯酸酯共聚物、聚(甲基)丙烯酸酯、聚苯乙烯、苯乙烯-(甲基)丙烯酸酯共聚物、苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物、氯乙烯叉-(甲基)丙烯酸酯共聚物、聚氯乙烯、氯乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物、聚氨酯等树脂乳液。也可以并用它们的两种或其以上。
如果含有大量树脂乳液,不使用印刷机后可能会妨碍印刷性能,因此优选在油墨中以固体组分换算含有5重量%或其以下,更优选2重量%或其以下。
为了提高印刷物的图象品质,可以在油墨中含有填充颜料。填充颜料可以使用如白土、滑石、粘土、硅藻土、碳酸钙、碳酸钡、硫酸钡、矾土白、硅石、高龄土、云母、氢氧化铝,也可以并用它们的两种或其以上。
如果含有大量填充颜料,会阻碍着色剂在承印物上的固定,或者不使用印刷机后会妨碍印刷性能,因此优选含有5重量%或其以下,更优选2重量%或其以下。
进而,作为颜料分散剂、消泡剂、降低表面张力剂等,油墨中也可以含有阴离子型表面活性剂、阳离子型表面活性剂、两性表面活性剂、非离子型表面活性剂、或高分子类、有机硅类、有机氟类的表面活性剂。
为了调节油墨的粘度或pH,可以在油墨中配合电解质。电解质可以举出如硫酸钠、磷酸氢钾、柠檬酸钠、酒石酸钾、硼酸钠,也可以并用两种或其以上。硫酸、硝酸、醋酸、氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾、氢氧化铵、三乙醇胺等也可以用作油墨的增稠助剂和pH调节剂。
通过配合抗氧剂,可以防止油墨成分氧化,提高油墨的储存稳定性。抗氧剂可以使用如L-抗坏血酸、L-抗坏血酸钠、异抗坏血酸钠、亚硫酸钾、亚硫酸钠、硫代硫酸钠、连二亚硫酸钠、焦亚硫酸钠。
通过配合防腐剂,可以防止油墨变质,提高储存稳定性。防腐剂可以使用例如5-氯-2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮、2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮、2-正辛基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮、1,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮等异噻唑啉类防腐剂;六氢-1,3,5-三(2-羟乙基)-均三嗪等均三嗪类防腐剂;2-吡啶硫醇钠-1-氧化物、8-羟基喹啉等吡啶和喹啉类防腐剂;二甲基二硫代氨基甲酸钠等二硫代氨基甲酸盐类防腐剂;2,2-二溴-3-氰基丙酰胺、2-溴-2-硝基-1,3-丙二醇、2,2-二溴-2-硝基乙醇、1,2-二溴-2,4-二氰基丁烷等有机溴类防腐剂;对羟基苯甲酸甲酯、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯、山梨酸钾、脱氢乙酸钠、水杨酸。
油墨可以通过混合水、水溶性有机溶剂、着色剂、上述共聚物A,以及根据需要适当配合上述成分来制造。例如,可以混合一部分水、颜料、颜料分散剂,并使用球磨机、珠磨机等分散方式分散颜料,另一方面,混合剩余的水、增稠剂、水溶性有机溶剂,然后将两者混在一起。
油墨的粘度会因印刷装置的印刷压力等而适用范围有所不同,但作为孔版印刷用油墨一般适宜为约0.5~约20Pa·s(在20℃、剪切速度为100/s时的粘度),并且具有(假)塑性流动性。
接着,本发明的孔版印刷方法是使用上述的本发明的油墨进行孔版印刷。具体讲,包括准备制版后孔版原纸的工序;对制版后孔版原纸与承印物进行压接,将本发明的油墨从孔版原纸穿孔部通过而把油墨转移到承印物上的工序。
对于所使用的孔版印刷机没有特别限制,但从操作性优异的角度考虑,优选使用数字孔版印刷机。
实施例
以下,通过实施例对本发明进行详细说明,但本发明并不限定于此。以下,将“重量%”简单地记作“%”。
实施例1
混合作为着色剂的碳黑(三菱化学株式会社制“CF9”)5.0%、作为颜料分散剂的六甘油单月桂酸酯(日光ケミカルズ株式会社制“ヘキサグリン1-L”)1.0%、离子交换水19.0%,用珠磨机充分地分散,得到颜料分散液。在离子交换水14.0%中溶解作为增稠剂的聚丙烯酸钠和丙烯酰胺的共聚物(日本纯药株式会社制“レオジツク835H”)1.0%,对其添加事先调制好的颜料分散液25.0%、作为水溶性有机溶剂的二乙二醇25.0%、及剩余的离子交换水(35.0%),并混合,得到实施例1的油墨。
实施例2~8
除了表1中表示的配合以外,与实施例1同样地进行,得到各实施例的油墨。在表1中,丙烯酸-乙烯基吡咯烷酮共聚物是ISP公司制造的“アクリリドンACP-1005”,马来酸酐-甲基乙烯基醚共聚物是ISP公司制造的“スタビリ一ゼQM”,丙烯酸-乙烯基乙酰胺共聚物是昭和电工株式会社制造的“GE-167”。另外,聚乙二醇#200是平均分子量为200的和光纯药工业株式会社制造的试剂。
比较例1~4
除了表2中表示的配合以外,与实施例1同样地进行,得到各比较例的油墨。在表2中,聚丙烯酸钠是日本纯药株式会社制造的“レオジツク250H”,丙烯酸-甲基丙烯酸烷基酯共聚物是BFグツドリツチ公司制造的“カ一ボポ一ルETD 2020”。
使用在上述实施例及比较例制作的各油墨,各自用孔版印刷机(RISORP3700,理想科学工业株式会社制)在印刷用纸(理想科学工业株式会社制造的“理想用纸薄口”)上印刷,印刷结束后,在该状态下将印刷机在23℃/50%RH的环境中放置15小时。然后,使用放置后的印刷机,卷上重新制作的版,再次开始印刷,观察所得到图象的状态。关于图象恢复的评价是用以下标准进行。A:20张以内就可以得到没有飞白的图象;B:在20张~100张时可以得到没有飞白的图象;C:印刷100张图象也有飞白。将结果一同示于表1和表2。

实施例1~2、4~8的油墨为,放置15小时而水分蒸发后也不发生溶剂释放,并且抑制了油墨粘度上升,因此印刷开始后的十几张就可以得到与放置前相同的图象。实施例3的油墨为,虽然水蒸发后没有溶剂释放,但油墨粘度上升,因此,虽然印刷开始后能够看到图象浓度下降,但重复印刷几十张,就可以得到与放置前相同的图象。另外,研究在实施例中得到的各印刷物的干燥性的结果,在印刷后过10秒后用手指接触,全部都没有在手指上沾污,油墨的干燥性也优异。
相对于此,比较例1~4的油墨为,由于放置而水分蒸发后,溶剂释放,因此即使印刷100张,也无法形成部分图象,无法复员整体图象。这被认为是,由于发生溶剂释放,版体内的油墨在部分地方固体组分的浓度极端上升,由于在这些地方油墨粘度显著上升而失去流动性,所以部分油墨无法通过版。
从以上结果可以知道,本发明的油墨使用由特定的第一单体和第二单体构成的共聚物A来作为增稠剂,因此,在印刷机内部的开放体系放置的油墨,有机溶剂的分离(溶剂释放)得到了抑制,保持了油墨的稳定性。从而,通过使用本发明的油墨,把印刷机在不使用状态放置后再印刷时,能够迅速解决印刷图象飞白的问题,同时可以提供印刷后的干燥性优异的印刷物。
需要注意的是,除了上述已经提到的实施例以外,在不脱离本发明新颖性和进步性的情况下,可以对上述实施例进行改进和变更。因此,这些改进和变更也都包括在本发明权利要求范围内。
Claims (10)
1. 一种孔版印刷用水性油墨,其特征在于:含有为不饱和羧酸的第一单体与选自乙烯基酰胺类单体和乙烯基醚类单体中的第二单体的共聚物。
4. 一种孔版印刷用水性油墨,其特征在于:含有选自丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸、马来酸、富马酸、巴豆酸、及衣康酸中的一种或一种以上的不饱和羧酸或这些不饱和羧酸的盐的第一单体与选自乙烯基酰胺类单体和乙烯基醚类单体中的第二单体的共聚物。
5. 一种孔版印刷用水性油墨,其特征在于:含有马来酸酐的第一单体与选自乙烯基酰胺类单体和乙烯基醚类单体中的第二单体的共聚物。
6. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的孔版印刷用水性油墨,其特征在于:所述第二单体含有选自丙烯酰胺、甲基丙烯酰胺、烷基乙烯基醚、乙烯基吡咯烷酮、及乙烯基乙酰胺中的一种或一种以上的聚合性化合物。
7. 一种孔版印刷用水性油墨,其特征在于:含有选自丙烯酸与丙烯酰胺的共聚物、马来酸酐与甲基乙烯基醚的共聚物、丙烯酸与乙烯基吡咯烷酮的共聚物、及丙烯酸与乙烯基乙酰胺的共聚物中的一种或一种以上的共聚物或这些共聚物的盐。
8. 根据权利要求1~5及7任一项所述的孔版印刷用水性油墨,其特征在于:含有选自二乙二醇、三乙二醇、四乙二醇、及平均分子量为190~210的聚乙二醇中的一种或一种以上的水溶性有机溶剂。
9. 根据权利要求1~5及7任一项所述的孔版印刷用水性油墨,其特征在于:含有选自甘油、乙二醇、丙二醇中的一种或一种以上的第一溶剂与选自五乙二醇、β-硫撑乙二醇、及用通式R1O(CH2CH2O)nR2表示的聚乙二醇烷基醚中的一种或一种以上的第二溶剂,在以上通式中,R1是碳原子数为1~4的烷基,R2是H或碳原子数为1~2的烷基,3≤n≤5。
10. 一种孔版印刷方法,其特征在于:使用权利要求1~5及7任一项所述的孔版印刷用水性油墨。
