空调器压力调节卸荷阀,本卸荷阀主要用于空调器中的过高压保护。有一个阀体,阀体连接进口管和出口管,阀体内安装阀芯,阀芯有辅助弹簧,阀体上连接膜片固定座,膜片固定座中安装膜片,膜片固定座上连调节筒,调节筒中安装调压弹簧,其特征在于调压弹簧的上端有调节螺塞,调压弹簧的下端首先与弹簧顶片相配合,弹簧顶片通过钢球与膜片顶塞相连接,膜片顶塞下与膜片相接触,膜片下与阀芯相接触,阀体中制有弹簧槽,弹簧槽开口于阀体阀腔,辅助弹簧安装在弹簧槽中。

空调器压力调节卸荷阀
技术领域
本发明涉及空调器配件,特别是涉及空调器中的过高压保护(制冷系统输出压力过高)的调节卸荷阀。
背景技术
空调器的使用十分广泛,在办公场所、宾馆茶室,以及家庭等得到普遍应用。空调器在正常情况下达到设定温度会自动停机,而后又自动启动,但当制冷(或者制热)系统的主要部件-压缩机出现异常后,会产生过高压,压缩机自动跳机,而且跳机后一般在半小时内不会启动,同时压缩机的频繁启动容易引起损坏,严重地影响压缩机的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明为了克服已有技术的缺陷,提供一种不需跳机泄压,有效地保护压缩机并且是机械结构的空调器压力调节卸荷阀。
本发明空调器压力调节卸荷阀的技术方案是:有一个阀体,阀体连接进口管和出口管,阀体内安装阀芯,阀芯有辅助弹簧,阀体连接膜片固定座,膜片固定座中安装膜片,膜片固定座上连调节筒,调节筒中安装调压弹簧,其特征在于调压弹簧的上端有调节螺塞,调压弹簧的下端首先与弹簧顶片相配合,弹簧顶片通过钢球与膜片顶塞相连接,膜片顶塞下与膜片相接触,膜片下与阀芯相接触,在阀体中制有弹簧槽,弹簧槽开口于阀体阀腔,辅助弹簧安装在弹簧槽中。本卸荷阀主要用于空调器中的过高压保护。当空调系统压力未达到调定的开启压力值时,由于调压弹簧作用于膜片并顶住阀芯,卸荷阀处于关闭状态;而当空调系统压力达到调定(设定)的开启压力值时,此时从进口管来的流体从阀体的阀腔达到下膜片固定座内,并作用于膜片,流体作用力大于调压弹簧压力,使膜片上弹,辅助弹簧带动阀芯上升,瞬时打开阀口,使流体通过阀口经出口管流向低压管路,达到卸荷目的,不需跳机泄压,减少了主机的频繁启动,有效地保护压缩机。并且本卸荷阀采用机械结构,不需信号传输,可靠性高,控制精确、稳定;采用分流卸压,在卸压过程压缩机继续工作,不影响空调制冷运行。

具体实施方式
本发明公开了一种空调器用的过高压保护的压力调节卸荷阀,有一个阀体2,阀体连接进口管3和出口管1,进口管3连接高压管路系统,出口管1连接低压管路,阀体内安装阀芯5,阀芯最好采用不锈钢材料制造,阀芯5上头连接卡板6,但也可以将阀芯5与卡板6制成一体,阀芯的移动有辅助弹簧4,阀体2上部连接膜片固定座,所述膜片固定座可制成下膜片固定座15和上膜片固定座13,在上、下膜片固定座中安装膜片14,上膜片固定座13的上面连接一个调节筒8,为了连接可靠,密封性能好,可将阀体2与调节筒8及上、下膜片固定座13、15对焊成一体,由中间的膜片14把阀体内腔与调节筒内腔之间分隔。在调节筒8中安装调压弹簧7,其主要的技术特征在于调压弹簧7的上端可有调节螺塞9,调压弹簧9与调节筒8由螺纹调节,确定调压弹簧7的设定压力。为了使调压弹簧传递的压力更可靠,可在调压弹簧7的下端首先与弹簧顶片10相配合,弹簧顶片10通过钢球11与膜片顶塞12相连接,膜片顶塞12下与膜片14相接触,膜片14下与阀芯5相接触,在阀体2中制有弹簧槽16,弹簧槽16下面开口于阀体的阀腔17中,辅助弹簧4安装在弹簧槽16中。在辅助弹簧4上端也可与卡板6相配合。当高压管路中的流体从进口管3到阀腔17,经弹簧槽16到达下膜片固定座15中,并作用于膜片14,在流体压力大于调压弹簧7压力时,使膜片14上弹,调压弹簧压缩量增大,辅助弹簧4带动阀芯5上升,阀芯5脱离卸荷阀口18,使流体通过卸荷阀口18流向出口管1到低压管路,达到卸荷目的。当高压管路系统压力降低,在调压弹簧7作用下阀门关闭,如此反复循环,使压缩机保持正常运行。

1. 空调器压力调节卸荷阀,有一个阀体(2),阀体连接进口管(3)和出口管(1),阀体内安装阀芯(5),阀芯有辅助弹簧(4),阀体(2)连接膜片固定座(13、15),膜片固定座中安装膜片(14),膜片固定座上连调节筒(8),调节筒(8)中安装调压弹簧(7),其特征在于调压弹簧(7)的上端有调节螺塞(9),调压弹簧(7)的下端首先与弹簧顶片(10)相配合,弹簧顶片(10)通过钢球(11)与膜片顶塞(12)相连接,膜片顶塞(12)下与膜片(14)相接触,膜片(14)下与阀芯(5)相接触,阀体(2)中制有弹簧槽(16),弹簧槽(16)开口于阀体阀腔(17),辅助弹簧(4)安装在弹簧槽(16)中。
