Abstract
本发明公开一种能量恢复装置和方法及使用其驱动等离子显示面板的方法,用于改善发光效率。在装置中,矩形波形供给器向面板电容提供矩形波形。塔形波形供给器向由所述矩形波形充电的面板电容提供具有正弦波形、谐振波形和波纹波形中任意一种形状的塔形波形。
Description
本申请要求保护于2003年6月12日在韩国提交的韩国专利申请No.P2003-37867的权益,在此通过引用将其结合进来。
技术领域
本发明涉及等离子显示面板,更具体涉及能量恢复装置和方法以及使用其驱动等离子显示面板的方法,其适于改善发光(light-emission)效率。
背景技术
通常,等离子显示面板(PDP)使用波长147nm的紫外线来辐射含磷材料,该波长的紫外线是通过对诸如He+Xe、Ne+Xe或He+Ne+Xe的惰性混合气体放电而生成的,由此显示包括字符和图形在内的图像。这样的PDP很容易制成薄膜和大尺寸类型。而且,由于近来技术上的发展,PDP提供极大改善的图像质量。尤其是,由于三电极、交流电(AC)表面放电PDP在放电时在其表面上累积壁电荷并保护电极免于放电所产生的溅射(sputtering),其具有低电压驱动和长寿命的优点。
图1是示出现有等离子显示面板的放电单元结构的透视图。
参看图1,现有三电极、AC表面放电PDP的放电单元包括在上衬底10上提供的扫描电极Y和维持电极Z,以及在下衬底18上提供的地址电极X。扫描电极Y和维持电极Z包括透明电极12Y和12Z,以及金属总线电极13Y和13Z,金属总线电极13Y和13Z的线宽小于透明电极12Y和12Z,分别提供在透明电极12Y和12Z的一个边缘上。
透明电极12Y和12Z通常从上衬底10上的铟锡氧化物(ITO)而形成。金属总线电极13Y和13Z通常从透明电极12Y和12Z上诸如铬(Cr)的金属而形成,由此减低由具有高电阻的透明电极12Y和12Z引起的电压降。在并行地提供有扫描电极Y和维持电极Z的上衬底10上,设置上介电层14和保护膜16。等离子放电时产生的壁电荷累积到上介电层14中。保护膜16防止了在等离子放电过程中的溅射引起的对上介电层14的损害,并改善了次级电子的发射效率。该保护膜16通常由氧化镁(MgO)制得。
在提供有地址电极X的下衬底18上,形成下介电层22和阻挡棱24。下介电层22和阻挡棱24的表面涂有含磷材料层26。在横过(cross)扫描电极Y和维持电极Z的方向上形成地址电极X。阻挡棱24形成为条纹或格子形状,由此防止由放电产生的紫外线和可见光泄漏到邻近的单元。在等离子放电过程中产生的紫外线使含磷材料层26感光,从而产生红、绿、蓝可见光线中的任意一个。将惰性混合气体注入限定在上/下衬底10和18与阻挡棱24之间的放电空间。
驱动这样的PDP,将其分成多个子场(sub-field)。在每个子场间隔,改进频率与视频数据的加权值成比例的发光,由此制造灰度级显示。驱动每个子场,将其再分成复位周期、地址周期和维持周期。
这里,复位周期是用于在放电单元上形成统一壁电荷的时间间隔;地址周期是用于根据视频数据的逻辑值产生选择性地址放电的时间间隔;维持周期是用于维持来自产生地址放电的放电单元的放电的时间间隔。
如上所述驱动的AC表面放电PDP的维持放电需要超过几千伏的高电压。因此,使用能量恢复装置来最小化维持放电所需的驱动能量。能量恢复装置恢复扫描电极Y和维持电极Z之间的电压,从而将恢复的电压用作下次放电的驱动电压。
图2示出了在扫描电极Y提供的能量恢复装置,以恢复维持放电电压。实际上,还在面板电容Cp周围的维持电极上对称地提供能量恢复装置。
参看图2,现有能量恢复装置包括连接在面板电容Cp和源电容Cs之间的电感L,并行连接在源电容Cs和电感L之间的第一和第三开关S1和S3,连接在第一和第三开关S1和S3以及电感L之间的二极管D5和D6,以及并行连接在面板电容Cp和电感L之间的第二和第四开关S2和S4。
面板电容Cp等价于表示在扫描电极Y和维持电极Z之间形成的电容。第二开关S2连接到参考电压源Vs,而第四开关S4连接到接地电压源GND。源电容Cs在维持放电时恢复面板电容Cp中充电的电压并进行充电,且再次将充电电压施加给面板电容Cp。
为此,源电容Cs的电容值能够充电对应于参考电压源Vs一半值的Vs/2的电压。电感L与面板电容Cp一起形成谐振电路。第一到第四开关S1到S4控制电流。第五和第六二极管D5和D6防止电流反向流动。在第一到第四开关S1到S4上提供的内部二极管D1到D4分别防止电流的反向流动。
图3是表示图2中所示开关的开/关时序以及面板电容的输出波形的时序图和波形图。
在描述能量恢复装置的操作过程时假定T1时间间隔之前在面板电容Cp中已充电0伏,在源电容Cs中已充电Vs/2电压。
在T1时间间隔,第一开关S1接通,由此形成从源电容Cs经由第一开关S1、电感L延伸到面板电容Cp的电流路径。如果形成了电流路径,则将源电容Cs中充电的Vs/2电压施加到面板电容Cp。此时,在面板电容Cp中充电Vs电压,其等于源电容Cs上电压的两倍,因为电感L和面板电容Cs形成了串联谐振电路。
在T2时间间隔,接通第二开关S2。如果接通了第二开关S2,则将参考电压源Vs的电压施加给面板电容Cp。换句话说,如果接通第二开关S2,则将参考电压源Vs的电压值施加给面板电容Cp,由此防止面板电容Cp的电压值下降成小于参考电压源Vs的电压,从而使得稳定地产生维持放电。这里,由于面板电容Cp的电压在T1时间间隔一直上升到Vs,在T2时间间隔期间从外部施加的电压值可以最小化。换句话说,可以降低功耗。
在T3时间间隔,断开第一开关S1。此时,面板电容Cp保持参考电压源Vs的电压。在T4时间间隔,断开第二开关S2,接通第三开关S3。如果接通了第三开关S3,则形成从面板电容Cp经电感L和第三开关S3延伸到源电容Cs的电流路径,以恢复面板电容Cp中充电的电压Vcp到源电容Cs。此时,在源电容Cs中充电Vs/2电压。
在T5时间间隔,接通第四开关S4。如果接通了第四开关S4,则形成面板电容Cp和接地电压源GND之间的电流路径,由此允许面板电容Cp的电压降到0伏。在T6时间间隔,断开第三开关S3。实际上,施加到扫描电极Y和维持电极Z上的交流驱动脉冲使得T1到T6的时间间隔周期性地重复。
更具体地说,如图4所示的矩形波形具有预设的斜上升和预设的斜下降,在维持周期期间交替地施加到扫描电极Y和维持电极Z,由此产生维持放电。但是,在维持周期期间矩形波形的应用引起了低发光效率的问题。换句话说,如果施加的维持脉冲具有如图4所示的矩形波形,则在维持脉冲(或矩形波形)的开始周期的短时间内只会产生一次放电。这里,由于产生的光量与放电时间(或周期)成正比,现有PDP具有低发光效率。
为了克服这样的问题,在韩国专利拟定公开公报(Korea PatentLaid-open Gazette)No.2001-000955中公开了一种将斜上升脉冲应用作为维持脉冲的方法,如图5所示。
参看图5,从另一现有能量恢复装置产生的维持脉冲突然上升,直到大约参考电压源Vs的电压,然后缓慢从参考电压Vs以预设的倾斜上升,直到峰值电压Vr。此后,维持脉冲突然从峰值电压Vr下降到接地电压源GND的电压。这里,当维持脉冲在上升到大约参考电压源Vs的电压之后、从参考电压Vs以预设倾斜上升到峰值电压Vr时,以及当维持脉冲从峰值电压Vr下降到接地电压源GND的电压时,产生放电。换句话说,从能量恢复装置产生的维持脉冲引起了大约三倍的放电,由此改善了发光效率。
但是,如图5所示的能量恢复装置具有缺陷,因为它使用斜上升脉冲,会浪费功耗。更具体地说,斜上升脉冲以预设倾斜缓慢上升,这是通过使用电阻R来产生的。因此,另一现有实施例由于电阻R浪费额外的功耗而带来了问题。
此外,当维持脉冲从峰值电压Vr下降到接地电压源GND的电压时,图5所示的能量恢复装置产生自擦除(self-erasing)放电。如果产生了自擦除放电,则擦除形成于放电单元上的壁电荷。在此情况中,当擦除形成于放电单元上的壁电荷时,在施加下一维持脉冲时不会产生维持放电。换句话说,当把形成于放电单元上的壁电荷的壁电压加到维持脉冲的电压上,由此产生大于两电极之间点火电压的电压差时,可产生稳定的维持放电。因此,如果擦除形成于放电单元上的壁电荷,则两电极之间的电压差将变得低于点火电压,从而不产生维持放电。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目标是提供能量恢复装置和方法以及使用其驱动等离子显示面板的方法,其适于改善发光效率。
为了获得本发明的这些和其他目标,根据本发明一个方面的能量恢复装置包括矩形波形供给器,用于向面板电容提供矩形波形;和塔形波形供给器,用于向由所述矩形波形充电的面板电容提供具有正弦波形、谐振波形和波纹波形中任意一种形状的塔形波形。
在能量恢复装置中,塔形波形从所述矩形波形的峰值电压上升。
否则,塔形波形从所述矩形波形的峰值电压下降。
塔形波形具有所述矩形波形中的至少1/4周期。
矩形波形供给器包括形成充电路径的第一开关,用于向面板电容提供在源电容中充电的电压;形成恢复路径的第二开关,用于将在面板电容中充电的电压恢复到源电容中;第一电感,提供于充电路径和恢复路径中,连同面板电容一起形成谐振电路;第三开关,用于在面板电容中充电来自源电容的电压之后向面板电容提供参考电压源的电压;和第四开关,用于将面板电容连接到接地电压源。
这里,所述参考电压源的电压设置为即使施加到面板电容上也不引起面板电容放电的电压。
塔形波形供给器包括在参考电压源和面板电容之间连接的塔形波形电压源;在塔形波形电压源和面板电容之间连接的第五和第六开关;和第二电感,连接在第六开关和面板电容之间,用于与面板电容一起形成谐振电路。
这里,塔形波形电压源的电压低于参考电压源的电压。
第二电感的电感值高于第一电感的电感值。
当将所述参考电压源的电压施加到塔形波形电压源的负端时,第五和第六开关接通。
当将来自塔形波形供给器的所述塔形波形提供给面板电容时,在面板电容上产生放电。
能量恢复装置还包括连接到参考电压源、第三开关和塔形波形电压源的二极管。
根据本发明的另一方面的能量恢复方法包括如下步骤:向面板电容提供一直上升到第一电压的电压;将面板电容的电压保持在所述第一电压;提供从所述第一电压一直上升到第二电压并从所述第二电压一直下降到所述第一电压的塔形波形;和向面板电容提供接地电压。
这里,面板电容在提供所述塔形波形时放电。
根据本发明又一方面的驱动等离子显示面板的方法,包括复位周期、地址周期和维持周期,该方法包括如下步骤:在复位周期期间初始化放电单元;在地址周期期间选择要接通的放电单元;和提供矩形波形以及具有正弦波形、谐振波形和波纹波形中的任意一种形状、从所述矩形波形的峰值电压上升的塔形波形,以促使放电单元的放电。
这里,当提供所述塔形波形时,放电单元放电。

具体实施方式
图6是根据本发明实施例,表示在电极Y上提供的能量恢复装置的电路图。该能量恢复装置也可对称地提供于面板电容Cp周围的维持电极Z。图7表示了从图6所示能量恢复装置提供的波形对面板电容Cp的充电和放电的电压。
参看图6和图7,根据本发明实施例的能量恢复装置包括矩形波形供给器32,用于向面板电容Cp的一端电极提供矩形波形,还包括塔形波形供给器34,用于在矩形波形的峰值电压提供正弦波形或谐振波形。
面板电容Cp等价地表示形成于扫描电极Y和维持电极Z之间的电容。
矩形波形供给器32的电路配置与图2中所示能量恢复装置基本相同。矩形波形供给器32使用由电感L1与面板电容Cp串联产生的LC串联谐振波形对面板电容Cp充电,随后将面板电容Cp的电压保持在参考电压Vs1,并在将面板电容Cp放电到源电容Cs1之后恢复对放电没有贡献的无功功率。因此,矩形波形供给器32产生矩形波形71,其一直上升到参考电压Vs1。
下面将说明矩形波形供给器32的电路配置和操作过程。
矩形波形供给器32包括连接在面板电容Cp和源电容Cs1之间的第一电感L1,并行连接在源电容Cs1和第一电感L1之间的第一和第三开关S1和S3,连接在第一和第三开关S1和S3与第一电感L1之间的二极管D5和D6,以及并行连接在面板电容Cp和第一电感L1之间的第二和第四开关S2和S4。
第二开关S2连接到参考电压源Vs1,而第四开关S4连接到接地电压源GND。这里,参考电压源Vs1的电压值设置得低于现有技术的Vs。因此,即使将参考电压源Vs1的电压值施加到产生地址放电的放电单元,放电单元的电压值也会设置得小于点火电压,由此防止产生维持放电。源电容Cs1恢复在维持放电时面板电容Cp中充电的电压并进行充电,再次向面板电容Cp提供充电的电压。
为此,源电容Cs1的电容值能够充电Vs1/2的电压,对应于参考电压源Vs1的一半值。第一电感L1与面板电容Cp一起形成谐振电路。第一到第四开关S1到S4控制电流。第五和第六二极管D5和D6防止电流反向流动。内部二极管D1到D4提供于第一到第四开关S1到S4,也分别防止电流的反向流动。
塔形波形供给器34连接到矩形波形供给器32的第二开关S2、参考电压源Vs1和面板电容Cp。
塔形波形供给器34在从矩形波形供给器32产生的矩形波形71的峰值电压(也就是参考电压Vs1)产生塔形波形72A、72B和72C,诸如图7A或图7B中所示的正弦波形或谐振波形72A或72B,或者如图7C所示的波纹波形,向面板电容Cp提供塔形波形72A、72B和72C。塔形波形72A、72B和72C的形状可以随着面板电容Cp的电容值变化或者随着根据本发明实施例的能量恢复装置和面板电容Cp的阻抗变化而改变。
这样的塔形波形供给器34还包括串行连接在参考电压源Vs1和面板电容Cp之间的第九二极管D9,以及串行连接在连接到参考电压源Vs1的第一节点n1和面板电容Cp之间的塔形波形电压源Vp/2、第五开关S5、第六开关S6和第二电感L2。
第九二极管D9连接在连接到参考电压源Vs1和塔形波形电压源Vp/2的第一节点与第二开关S2之间,以切断从第二开关S2到第一节点n1的反向电流。
当第五和第六开关S5和S6接通时,塔形波形电压源Vp/2向第二电感L2提供电压。这里,塔形波形电压源Vp/2的电压低于参考电压源Vs1的电压。
第二电感L2与面板电容Cp一起形成串联谐振电路。换句话说,第二电感L2在从塔形波形电压源Vp/2提供电压时与面板电容Cp形成谐振,此时允许诸如正弦波形、谐振波形或波纹波形的塔形波形施加到面板电容Cp。优选地,随着塔形波形72A、72B和72C的倾斜变得更小,第二电感L2的电感值变得高于第一电感L1的电感值。
第五和第六开关S5和S6同时接通和断开,由此控制塔形波形供给器Vp/2和第二电感L2之间的电流。在此情况中,第五和第六开关S5和S6连接到内部二极管D7和D9,这两个二极管具有彼此相反的正极端和负极端方向,分别用于在面板电容Cp充电和放电时切断反向电流。换句话说,第七二极管D7的负极端连接到塔形波形电压源Vp/2,而第七二极管D7的正极端连接到第八二极管D8的正极端,第八二极管D8连接到第六开关S6。第六开关S6的负极端连接到第二电感L2。
图8是表示图6所示开关的开/关时序和面板电容的输出波形的时序图和波形图。
在图8中,将详细说明能量恢复装置的操作过程,假定在T1时间间隔之前,在面板电容Cp中已充电0伏,在源电容Cs中已充电Vs1/2电压。
在T1时间间隔,第一开关S1接通,由此形成从源电容Cs1经第一开关S1、第一电感L1延伸到面板电容Cp的电流路径。如果形成电流路径,则将在源电容Cs1中充电的Vs1/2电压施加到面板电容Cp。此时,Vs1电压大约等于源电容Cs1的电压的两倍,因为第一电感L1和面板电容Cp形成了串联谐振电路,在面板电容Cp中充电Vs1电压。
在T2时间间隔,第二开关S2接通。如果第二开关S2接通,则将参考电压源Vs1的电压值施加到面板电容Cp,由此防止面板电容Cp的电压值下降到小于参考电压源Vs1的电压值。其间,参考电压源Vs1的电压值设置得低于现有技术的Vs,从而使形成于具有参考电压源Vs1的电压值的面板电容Cp上的壁电荷之和不超越点火电压。因此,在T2时间间隔,在放电单元(或面板电容Cp)不产生维持放电。
在T3时间间隔,第五和第六开关S5和S6接通。如果第五和第六开关S5和S6接通,则经由第五开关S5、第六开关S6和第二电感L2向面板电容Cp施加塔形波形电压源Vp/2的电压。此时,由于第二电感L2与面板电容Cp一起形成串联谐振电路,向面板电容Cp施加在Vs1的电压和Vs1+Vp的电压之间上升和下降的塔形波形72A、72B和72C。
更具体地说,将参考电压Vs1施加到第一节点n1。这里,将施加到第一节点n1的参考电压Vs1施加到塔形波形电压源Vp/2的负端。因此,施加到面板电容Cp的塔形波形72A、72B和72C从参考电压Vs1(即矩形波形71的峰值电压)谐振。换句话说,施加到面板电容Cp的塔形波形72A、72B和72C从参考电压Vs1上升并下降到参考电压Vs1。具体地说,塔形波形72A、72B和72C施加到面板电容Cp,从参考电压Vs1一直上升到Vs1+Vp的电压,从Vs1+Vp的电压一直下降到参考电压Vs1。其间,接收到塔形波形72A、72B和72C的面板电容Cp充电到大于T2时间间隔中的点火电压Vf的电压。结果,面板电容Cp造成了维持放电。另一方面,在T2时间间隔期间,断开第一开关S1。
在T4时间间隔,第五和第六开关S5和S6断开。如果第五和第六开关S5和S6断开,则面板电容Cp保持参考电压源Vs1的电压值。在T5时间间隔,第二开关S2断开,第三开关S3接通。如果第三开关S3接通,则形成从面板电容Cp经第一电感L1和第三开关S3延伸到源电容Cs1的电流路径,由此将在面板电容Cp中充电的电压恢复到源电容Cs1中。此时,在源电容Cs1中充电电压Vs1/2。
在T6时间间隔,第四开关S4接通。如果第四开关S4接通,则形成在面板电容Cp和接地电压源GND之间的电流路径,由此允许面板电容Cp的电压下降到0伏。在T7时间间隔,第三开关S3断开。实际上,施加到扫描电极Y和维持电极Z上的交流驱动脉冲使得T1到T7时间间隔周期性重复。
在矩形波形71的峰值电压提供从根据本发明实施例的能量恢复装置产生的塔形波形72A、72B和72C。塔形波形72A、72B和72C充电面板电容Cp成预设倾斜的正弦波形、谐振波形或波纹波形的形状,如图9所示,并允许面板电容Cp长时间地维持维持放电,或在矩形波形71的脉冲宽度内形成几次维持放电。
因此,根据本发明的能量恢复装置能够改善PDP的发光效率。此外,它能降低功耗,因为塔形波形72A、72B和72C是由第二电感L2和面板电容Cp制造的,也就是说,因为不使用任何电阻。而且,从根据本发明实施例的能量恢复装置产生的维持脉冲从参考电压源Vs的电压值下降到接地电压源GND的电压值,从而不会产生自擦除放电。结果,可以使维持放电稳定。
其间,从根据本发明实施例的能量恢复装置产生的塔形波形72A、72B和72C在矩形波形71的脉冲宽度内具有大于1/4的周期。
如上所述,根据本发明,在矩形波形的最大电压上可施加正弦波形,从而使改善发光效率成为可能。
尽管本发明是通过上述附图中所示的实施例来解释说明的,但本领域普通技术人员应该理解,本发明并不限于这些实施例,在不背离本发明精神的情况下,其各种改变或修改都是可能的。因此,本发明的范围将仅仅由所附权利要求及其等价物确定。
Claims (15)
1. 一种等离子显示装置,包括:
面板电容,用于通过充电和放电驱动所述等离子显示装置;
矩形波形供给器,用于向所述面板电容提供矩形波形,其中在第一时间间隔期间,所述矩形波形供给器向所述面板电容施加具有第一电压的矩形波形,使得所述面板电容的电压上升到低于第二电压的电压;在第二时间间隔期间,所述矩形波形供给器使用第一谐振电路向所述面板电容施加具有所述第二电压的矩形波形,使得所述面板电容的电压在从低于所述第二电压的所述电压上升到所述第二电压;和
塔形波形供给器,用于向所述面板电容提供具有正弦波形、谐振波形和波纹波形中任意一种形状的塔形波形,其中,在第三时间间隔期间,所述塔形波形供给器使用第二谐振电路向所述面板电容施加具有第三电压的塔形波形,使得所述面板电容的电压从所述第二电压上升到所述第二电压与二倍所述第三电压的和,并且然后从所述第二电压与二倍所述第三电压的和下降到所述第二电压,从而使所述面板电容维持放电;在第四时间间隔期间,所述塔形波形供给器使所述面板电容保持在所述第二电压;
其中,在第五时间间隔期间,所述矩形波形供给器使所述面板电容的电压进行恢复,从而使所述面板电容的电压朝向零下降,以及,在第六时间间隔期间,所述矩形波形供给器使所述面板电容连接到接地电压源,从而使所述面板电容的电压下降到0。
2. 如权利要求1所述的等离子显示装置,其中,所述第一谐振电路包括:
形成充电路径的第一开关,用于向所述面板电容施加第一电压;
形成恢复路径的第二开关,用于将在所述面板电容中充电的电压恢复到所述第一电压;
第一电感,提供于所述充电路径和所述恢复路径中,用于连同所述面板电容一起形成谐振电路;
第三开关,用于在向所述面板电容施加第一电压之后,向所述面板电容提供所述第二电压;和
第四开关,用于将所述面板电容连接到所述接地电压源。
3. 如权利要求1所述的等离子显示装置,其中,所述第二谐振电路包括:
塔形波形电压源,连接在具有所述第二电压的电压源和所述面板电容之间;
第五和第六开关,连接在所述塔形波形电压源和所述面板电容之间;和
第二电感,连接在所述第六开关和所述面板电容之间,用于连同所述面板电容一起形成谐振电路。
4. 如权利要求3中所述的等离子显示装置,其中,所述第二电感的电感值高于所述第一电感的电感值。
5. 如权利要求3中所述的等离子显示装置,其中,当将所述第三电压施加到所述塔形波形电压源的负端时,所述第五和所述第六开关接通。
6. 如权利要求3中所述的等离子显示装置,进一步包括:
二极管,连接到所述具有第二电压的电压源、所述第三开关和所述塔形波形电压源。
7. 如权利要求1中所述的等离子显示装置,其中,所述塔形波形具有所述矩形波形中的至少1/4周期。
8. 如权利要求1中所述的等离子显示装置,其中,所述第二电压等于所述第一电压的2倍。
9. 如权利要求1中所述的等离子显示装置,其中,所述第二电压设置为即使施加到所述面板电容上也不引起所述面板电容上放电的电压。
10. 如权利要求3中所述的等离子显示装置,其中,所述塔形波形电压源的电压低于所述第二电压。
11. 一种用于驱动等离子显示装置的方法,所述等离子显示装置包括:面板电容,用于通过充电和放电驱动所述等离子显示装置;矩形波形供给器,用于使用第一谐振电路向所述面板电容提供矩形波形;以及塔形波形供给器,用于使用第二谐振电路向所述面板电容提供具有正弦波形、谐振波形和波纹波形中任意一种形状的塔形波形,所述方法包括以下步骤:
在第一时间间隔期间,通过自所述第一谐振电路向所述面板电容施加具有第一电压的矩形波形,使得所述面板电容的电压上升到低于第二电压的电压;
在第二时间间隔期间,通过自所述第一谐振电路向所述面板电容施加具有所述第二电压的矩形波形,使得所述面板电容的电压在从低于所述第二电压的所述电压上升到所述第二电压;
在第三时间间隔期间,通过自所述第二谐振电路向面板电容施加具有第三电压的塔形波形,使得所述面板电容的电压从所述第二电压上升到所述第二电压与二倍所述第三电压的和,并且然后从所述第二电压与二倍所述第三电压的和下降到所述第二电压,从而使所述面板电容维持放电;
在第四时间间隔期间,通过向所述面板电容施加所述第二电压,使所述面板电容保持在所述第二电压;
在第五时间间隔期间,所述矩形波形供给器使所述面板电容的电压进行恢复,从而使所述面板电容的电压朝向零下降,以及,
在第六时间间隔期间,使所述面板电容连接到接地电压源,从而使所述面板电容的电压下降到0。
12. 如权利要求11所述的方法,其中,所述塔形波形具有所述矩形波形的至少1/4周期。
13. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中,所述第二电压等于所述第一电压的2倍。
14. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中,所述第二电压设置为即使施加到所述面板电容上也不引起所述面板电容上放电的电压。
15. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中,所述塔形波形供给器包括:
塔形波形电压源,用于向所述第二谐振电路施加电压,
其中,所述塔形波形电压源的电压低于所述第二电压。
