Abstract
本发明公开了一种发动机的曲轴支承构造,它可以使支承曲轴的主轴承小型·轻量化。在轴部(12)的轴承座部(13)上松动地嵌合着构成主轴承(22)的内圈(28),用压入轴部的正时链轮(30)的凸缘部(31)固定轴向。正时链轮(30)及凸缘部(31)的外径(R1、R3)分别比内圈(28)的外径(R4)小。主轴承(22)的外圈(26)压入固定在曲轴左箱体(20)侧,使滚柱(27)一体化。当将轴部(12)压入滚柱(27)的内侧时,正时链轮(30)、凸缘部(31)通过滚柱(27)的内侧,内圈(28)嵌合在滚柱(27)上。由此,可以使得内圈(28)的内径(R2)比正时链轮(30)的外径(R1)小。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种发动机的曲轴支承装置。
背景技术
在现有技术中有用主轴承支承曲轴、并且在曲轴上嵌合着链轮的发动机的曲轴支承构造(作为一个例子,参照专利第2813011号)。图3是关于这样的曲轴的支承构造的一个例子,符号1是曲轴、2是主轴承、3是其内圈、4是滚珠、5是外圈、6是曲轴箱、7是嵌合在曲轴1的周围的正时链轮、8是正时链。该正时链轮7的外径R1比内圈3的内径R2小,可以使预先嵌合着正时链轮7的状态的曲轴1通过预先固定在曲轴箱6侧的主轴承2的内周侧来进行组装。
但是,在上述现有构造的情况下,在组装时,由于必须使与正时链轮7一体化的曲轴1通过主轴承2,因此主轴承2的内圈3的内径R2必须比正时链轮7的外径R1大,其结果,主轴承2的尺寸受到正时链轮7的限制。因此,主轴承2的小型化本身就有制约,人们希望使其更小型·轻量化。本发明以实现上述诸愿望为目的。
发明内容
为了实现上述目的,本发明的发动机的曲轴支承装置,其发动机是在支承着曲轴的主轴承的外侧配置着驱动凸轮轴的正时链驱动用链轮的发动机,其特征是上述主轴承将其外圈压入固定在曲轴箱上,将其内圈与上述外圈分离并松动地嵌合在曲轴的外周上,并且将上述正时链驱动用链轮压入上述曲轴的外周上来保持上述主轴承的内圈。
这时,在上述正时链驱动用链轮中的上述主轴承的内圈推压部侧也可以一体地设有油密封件安装凸缘部,上述油密封件安装凸缘部的外周面为油密封件的滑接面;上述油密封件安装凸缘部的外径比上述正时链驱动用链轮的外径大。
本发明,通过将上述主轴承的外圈压入固定在曲轴箱上,将其内圈与上述外圈分离并松动地嵌合在曲轴的外周上,并且将上述正时链轮压入固定在上述曲轴上而固定内圈,因此将预先使内圈一体的曲轴穿过预先压入固定在曲轴箱上的主轴承的外圈侧,将内圈与外圈嵌合而构成主轴承。
由此,可以使主轴承的内径比正时链轮的外径小,由此可以缩小主轴承的尺寸。因此可以实现主轴承的小型·轻量化。另外,利用正时链轮的内圈推压部将其外周作为油密封件安装用凸缘,可以使油密封件的安装构造简单。

具体实施方式
以下,根据附图说明一实施例。图1是表示与图3同样的机动二轮车用发动机中的曲轴支承构造的图。图2是表示其组装方法的图。对于与图3共同的部分使用共同的符号。另外,在以下的说明中,左右是以图1中朝向时的图示状态为基准。
曲轴10被分割成左右两部分,左侧具有垂直壁11、从其中心部一体地延伸出的轴部12、在该轴部12的外周具有设在垂直壁11附近位置的轴承座13。右侧也同样地具有垂直壁14、从中心部一体地延伸出的轴部15、在该轴部15的外周具有设在垂直壁11附近位置的轴承座16。左右的垂直壁11和14由曲轴销17结合而一体化。在曲轴销17的周围支承着与活塞(图中省略)连接的连杆18的大端部19。
在曲轴10的左侧部分中的轴承座13和与其对应的设在曲轴左箱体20上的轴径孔21之间设有主轴承22。同样在曲轴10的左侧部分中的轴承座16和与其对应的设在曲轴右箱体23上的轴径孔24之间设有主轴承25。曲轴左箱体20和曲轴右箱体23是将曲轴箱分割为左右的部分,通过相面对地接合而组装成曲轴箱。
主轴承22为了承载轴向负荷而做成为滚柱轴承,由外圈26、滚柱27、内圈28构成,外圈26预先压入固定在轴径孔21中,滚柱27由保持件29一体地保持在外圈26侧。
内圈28可与外圈26侧分离,单独松动地嵌合在轴部12的轴承座13上,由正时链轮30的凸缘部31固定其轴向,该正时链轮30从轴承座13的外侧压入到轴部12上。符号32是正时链,将曲轴10的旋转传递向图中未示的动阀机构的凸轮轴。
凸缘部31向正时链轮30的侧方突出构成肥大部。其外径R3大于正时链轮30的外径R1。凸缘部31的外径R3与内圈28的转动面外径R4相同,内径R2比正时链轮30的外径R1小。因此成为:R3R4>R1>R2。
凸缘部31的外周面构成为油密封件33的滑接面,在此处滑接着油密封件33的密封凸缘部34。油密封部33的固定部35压入固定在曲轴箱20的密封座面36上(参照图2)。
曲轴10的右侧的主轴承25是承受径向负荷的滚珠轴承。符号37是外圈、38是滚珠、39是内圈、40是油密封件、41、42是齿轮、43是螺栓,通过将螺栓43连接在轴部15的轴端而夹着齿轮41、42地将主轴承25定位。
以下说明本实施例的作用,如图2所示,预先将滚柱27一体化了的外圈26压入固定在曲轴箱20侧,而且将油密封件33压入固定在密封座面36上,同时将与外圈分离的内圈28松动地嵌合在轴部12的轴承座部13上,再从其外侧压入正时链轮30,由凸缘部31与内圈28抵接进行定位。
在该状态下,将曲轴10的轴部12从其轴端从图的右方向滚柱27的内侧空间嵌合时,正时链轮30及凸缘部31的外径R1、R3,由于分别与内圈28的外径R4相等或比其小,因此可以通过由滚柱27围成的空间,内圈28嵌合在滚柱27的内径部。另外,油密封件33向凸缘部31的外周滑接。
然后将该曲轴左箱侧20和嵌合着轴部15的曲轴右箱体23对合而接合成一体,可以组装成轴支承着曲轴10的曲轴箱20。
因此,即使内圈28的内径R2比正时链轮30的外径R1小,也可以相对曲轴箱20组装曲轴10。其结果可以缩小主轴承18的尺寸,以使内圈28的内径R2比正时链轮30的外径小,这在现有技术中是困难的。从而可以使主轴承18小型·轻量化。
而且,由于有效地利用凸缘部31的外周作为油密封件33的支承部,油密封件33的安装构造变简单。
另外,主轴承18也不一定需要是滚柱轴承,只要是可以分离内圈的构造,也可以是滚针轴承或滚珠轴承。
Claims (1)
1. 一种发动机的曲轴支承构造,在支承曲轴的主轴承的外侧配置着驱动凸轮轴的正时链驱动用链轮,其特征在于,该主轴承将外圈压入固定在曲轴箱上,将内圈与上述外圈分离并松动地嵌合在曲轴的外周上,同时将上述正时链驱动用链轮压入在上述曲轴的外周上来保持上述主轴承的内圈;
在上述正时链驱动用链轮的上述主轴承的内圈推压部侧一体地设有油密封件安装凸缘部;
上述油密封件安装凸缘部的外周面为油密封件的滑接面;
上述油密封件安装凸缘部的外径(R3)比上述正时链驱动用链轮的外径(R1)大。
