Abstract

换气的鞋
技术领域
本发明涉及换气的鞋,具体地说,涉及一种在其上部脚弓区有开孔的鞋,不透水的或者抗水的或者拒水的并且可透气的隔栅跨越各开孔,顶部有开孔的可压缩的膛底与下面的通道相通,所述下部通道与所述上部脚弓区内各开孔相通,用以使鞋的内部换气。
背景技术
许多种鞋,如运动鞋、每天走路穿的鞋以及劳保作业靴,都有换气差的缺点。脚的先天所限使其不能呼吸,造成脚要排汗,从而促使细菌、真菌等的孳生,并伴有令人生厌的异味和各种皮肤问题。
已有各种努力,以求解决鞋的换气问题。现有技术中公知相当多的鞋的结构都有各种流通空气的安排。在上部开孔已是人所共知的,但仍然明显地存在要接纳各种碎屑和水的问题。现有技术中曾经提出各种复杂的阀的结构,为的是封闭开孔。很多方法曾讨论过在鞋底内安装泵的装置,这种泵不时地与上部开孔连通。一般地说,利用脚的重量压挤囊状物,迫使空气从隙缝中出去,以便给脚换气。随着囊状物不能再膨胀又存在许多问题。囊状物或者气泵的形状和位置总是使足够的重量在它的上面,以防止它完全胀大。要把这种机构装入鞋内通常会使价格过高,而且如此复杂的多部件结构容易发生故障,而且造成把大部分这样的现有技术装置装入鞋内,不容易修理或更换它们。
还曾公开过多种其它用以改善换气性方案的改型,如美国专利US5,044,096公开过的方案。该专利中,鞋的外底与内底相连,其中许多孔穿过内底/外底组合结构的厚度。这种鞋底结构在所述内底与外底之间设置多微孔的防水内衬垫,为的是使脚能够蒸发汗水,以保持脚的干燥。这种系统的主要缺点是,一般地说,开到鞋的外部的开孔有部分时候是对着地表面的,这种表面本身可能就是热空气源,比如热的道路。这种方案的另一个缺点是,由于排气孔都在外底上,所以这些孔常被泥土等碎物塞住,致使所述换气系统不能有效地工作。
现有技术中还公知的是欧洲专利说明书EP 0 350 103 B1,它公开了单一方向气流的鞋。该文中的这种鞋提供有分开进气和排气机构,位于鞋的每一侧上的分开的阀门,只许空腔进入鞋内或只许从鞋内出去。类似地,欧洲专利申请EP 0 437 869 A3示出一种自排气的鞋,其中靴子的形状也有多个循环空腔所用的分开的入口和出口。文件WO 95/13716的一部分示出一种只有单一方向排气的鞋,它具有使新鲜空气能够通过膛底进入鞋内的机构。
最后,已出版的国际申请WO 98/14081和号为FR 2,116,790的法国专利公开二者都公开了在鞋类的衬里中使用不透水、能透气的中间垫衬。
发明内容
一种鞋类制品,包括:
-与鞋底结合在一起的下部;
-与所述下部连接并被成形的上部,以容纳穿着者的脚,所述上部有一弓形部分,它有许多连通所述上部的外侧与所述上部的内侧之间的开孔;
-能够透气的中间垫衬跨过各开孔;
-其顶部有与下部的通道连通之开孔的可压缩膛底,所述下部通道与所述上部的弓形区的开孔连通;
-鞋的内部换气。

具体实施方式
参照图1至4,本发明换气的鞋(10)包括:与鞋底(14)结合在一起的下部(12);与所述下部(12)连接的上部(16),此上部(16)被成形以容纳穿着者的脚。所述上部(16)可以是任何种类的鞋(运动鞋、作业靴鞋、旅游鞋等),而且可以是任何种类的材料(帆布、皮革、合成革、乙烯树脂、塑料等)。这些材料透气性范围很宽,但常用来构成所述上部(16),特别是由于胶黏剂的使用,实质上降低了所述上部(16)的透气性。
所述上部(16)还可以有一内衬(20),用以提供一个将与穿着者的脚或袜子接触的舒适内表面。这种内衬一般都是机织的织物或非机织织物,可有毛细作用的性质。所述上部(16)可以是经过油、硅等处理的,以有防水或抗水的性质。当然,这种处理总要会妨碍组成所述上部的材料的透气性的。常将防水且能透气的中间垫衬用在所述鞋的上部内侧,如市售的GORE-TEX商标中间垫衬,提供旨在对组成所述上部(16)之材料的透气性妨碍最小的隔水性。
所述上部(16)有一弓形部分(18),它位于鞋的中部。在鞋的上部(16)的弓形部分(18)的外侧(22)设有许多开孔(24)。开孔(24)的数目越多并且开孔(24)越大,所能提供的换气程度越大。几乎可按任何满足鞋的美感设计要求的形式排列这些开孔(24)。通常各开孔(24)将为几毫米直径的量级。可以理解,有如图8所示那样,本发明还预期采用所述弓形部分(18)只有一个单独的大孔(50),以代替多个开孔(24)供鞋(10)换气。最好用适宜的材料遮盖这种单独的开孔,以提供美感特性,譬如棉花或其它纱网类的材料。还可以理解,这些开孔的形状和尺寸都是可以改变的,而且为了美观的目的,还可以将其布置形成一种条纹、造形、符号等。
中间垫衬(26)比各开孔(24)的面积大,以保证所述上部(16)跨过各开孔(或者如果情况可能,是一个开孔)。中间垫衬(26)最好是平整的柔性材料,适于制鞋工艺的可加工性,还可以与织物结合在一起。按照本发明的第一种优选实施例,中间垫衬(26)最好由不透水但可透气的材料,如公知的GORE-TEX商标的材料或者另一种等效的材料制成。这种材料可使空气及水蒸气通过它,但不能使液态形式的水穿过它。按照本发明的第二种实施例,中间垫衬(26)可以是抗水的或拒水的材料而不是不透水的材料。这第二种优选实施例允许采用费用较低的材料,进而使本发明能够比现有技术给出明显的改进。另外,它还可以是防水隔膜类的材料,如GORE-TEX,这是可以使空气,哪怕是含水的空气通过的材料,但通过的速率和通过的量明显地小于不用这样的中间垫衬跨过开孔的情况。因而,第二优选实施例对于水的进入的保护很小,但能提供更大的透气性。第二优选实施例中抗水或拒水材料的中间垫衬(26)可以是本领域的技术人员所公知的比如灌注有硅或任何其它材料的机织织物。
在本发明各优选实施例中,虽然可以预期将中间垫衬固定在所述上部(16)的外面,但也可将中间垫衬(26)固定于所述上部(16)的内衬(20)上,还可以被固定在所述上部与任何内衬的衬里之间。可在周围用胶黏剂固定中间垫衬(26),或者用胶黏带或缝合固定中间垫衬(26),尽管缝合可能需要缝合孔,但缝合孔是被密封的,以保证水不进到鞋内。
还可使所述中间垫衬与衬里材料结合在一起,在要将所述中间垫衬布置在它与穿着者的脚(或脚上的袜子)之间的没有衬里的上部的内部上面时,这种衬里材料可能是特别有益的。
所给出本发明结构的通常位置和一般构造,各优选实施例的中间垫衬一般为如图2所示的半圆形的形状。
膛底(28)被置于鞋内,而且最好由弹性的可压缩材料,如聚氨基甲酸乙酯制成它,虽然EVA(一种聚烯烃塑料)及其它这样的材料都是可用的。使膛底(28)被成形为适合于所述上部之内,并描绘其轮廓,以便对穿着者的脚给以放脚的舒适性。这类膛底都是公知的,在美国外观设计专利US 290,423中可以找到这种可以放脚的膛底的一个实例。膛底的轮廓包括一个伸向上方(见图4)的弓形部分(30),为穿着者的脚弓提供支撑和舒适感。
按照本发明的优选实施例,设置多个开孔(40),它们实质上是垂直地穿过膛底(28)的厚度。正如所述上部的开孔(24)一样,所述开孔(40)的数目越多并且开孔(40)越大,则本发明可提供更大程度的换气。各开孔(40)的尺寸和形状只限于膛底(28)的支撑及舒适功能得以被兼顾的程度。可按多种变化的外形,再按照膛底的支撑与舒适功能的考虑和下面将要述及的膛底底面结构考虑布置这些开孔(40)。
按照本发明的优选实施例,衬里材料(32)最好由被绗缝的织物,如以CAMBREKKE商标为众所周知的织物制成,将其固定在顶部表面上,为的是对穿着者的脚给出一个舒适的表面,并提供空气循环和滑润的性质。另一种可供选择的衬里材料,如小山羊皮也可供采用。在采用比如CAMBREKKE织物类的衬里材料的情况下,各开孔(40)不能穿过衬里材料;不过,在采用小山羊皮的情况下,各开孔(40)明显可以透过所述的衬里材料,为的是透气性最大。
所述膛底的底部设有许多实际上为水平的槽或通道(36),它们与所述穿过膛底(28)的厚度、实际上为竖直的开孔(40)对准,并与各开孔(40)连通。出于所述实际上穿过膛底(28)厚度的竖直开孔(40)的位置,以及所述膛底(28)的支撑与舒适的考虑,所述各通道可按对准结构排列。
应选择膛底(28)材料的硬度、膛底(28)材料的厚度,以及通道(36)的深度,使得在人走路或跑步时,膛底(28)实际上被压缩,以提供一个泵的作用,但使所述通道(36)保持是开着的,为的是足以使空气能够循环。作这种选择时,当然应该把穿着者的重量考虑进去。这些选择都是在本领域技术人员的能力之内,而且它们的范围也不会与一般实际的使用有什麽特别的不同。
安排多个通道(36)与所述多个通道(42)连通,所述通道(42)伸向膛底的向上伸出的弓形部分(30)(见图4)。使这些通道(42)被定位,使与所述上部中的各开孔(24)对准。按照本发明的另一种实施例,伸向膛底向上伸出之弓形部分(30)的各通道(42)可终结于一个在膛底(28)下面、位于所述向上伸出之弓形部分(30)中的腔内,该腔将会是与所述上部的多个开孔(24)连通的。
正像从所示并予描述的结构所清楚地看到的那样,在一个人一直站着以及在走路时,即使发生小到几乎觉察不到的空气扰动,膛底(28)也会压缩,致使空气通过通道(36)、(42)以及所述上部的各开孔(24)被泵出。随着穿着者的脚离地,膛底(28)扩张至其不被压缩的状态,在所述上部的里面造成低压,从而使空气通过所述上部的开孔(24)及通道(36)、(42)被吸入该上部内。由于中间垫衬(26)跨过各开孔的特点,带有水蒸气的空气就能从鞋的内部跑到鞋外面,同时,新鲜而不含液态水分或碎屑的空气可进到鞋内。根据中间垫衬(26)究竟是选择不透水的或是抗水的抑或是拒水的,使液态水分受到阻碍,或者被阻断。穿过所述膛底厚度的开孔(40)使空气能够循环,得以在膛底上面并靠近穿着者的脚延伸至鞋的内部。
可将本发明提供给制鞋的工厂,甚至可供给修鞋者作为鞋的材料用,所述鞋的材料包括上部(16)中的开孔(24)的模板,按照本发明结构的膛底(28)和具有胶黏结构的中间垫衬(26)。另外,所述膛底可以单独销售而被放入任何种类的设有多个孔但不需要设置中间垫衬的鞋内。当然,这样的结合可提供换气,但无防水的能力,除非给所说的鞋设置跨过所述各孔的防水中间垫衬。。正如这里所说的,本发明可被用于使用各种各样材料的各式鞋类。本发明所加给鞋上的全部成本低于其它换气方案。
应当理解,本发明讲的是换气鞋(10),如西装鞋、运动鞋、户外鞋、休闲鞋、滑雪鞋和钓鱼鞋,它们都需要给穿着者的脚换气,而且指的是包含但并不限于:各类儿童的、女士的和男士的鞋;篮球鞋、橄榄球鞋、英式足球鞋、网球鞋、高尔夫球鞋、自行车鞋;滑冰鞋(冰球或滑冰比赛);牛仔靴;各种作业靴鞋;军用靴鞋;护士鞋、医生鞋和其它医患病人的鞋。
还应当理解,可将所述鞋上部的孔设置于在所述孔与膛底的通道之间具有适当导管的鞋上的任何其它位置,而且这样的改型也是本领域技术人员所熟悉的。此外,所述可将中间垫衬放置在鞋的外侧面上,或者放置在鞋的内侧面上也是很清楚的,只要能适当地保护该中间垫衬不受损伤,就不会影响中间垫衬的防水性或抗水/拒水性。
虽然上面已通过其优选实施例说明了本发明,但应指出,在本说明书范围内对这些实施例的任何改型都不会被认为是要改变或变化有如所附各权利要求中所表示的本发明的性质和范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种鞋类制品,包括:
带有鞋底的下部,和
具有多个开孔的上部,所述多个开孔直接形成于该上部的弓形部分内;所述上部被成形为容纳穿着者的脚;所述多个开孔在所述上部的外侧与所述上部的内侧之间提供通路,并包括多个双向气流开孔,它们在所述上部的内侧和外侧之间延伸,使气流能够流入和流出所述鞋类制品;以及
被装在所述上部的不透水、能透气的中间垫衬跨过所述多个开孔;
膛底,它是可压缩的并具有上表面,为穿着者的脚提供一个脚垫,还具有下表面,在所述下表面那里按与所述上部的弓形部分的各开孔连通的方式形成许多向外开的通道,所述多个通道用于导引空气经所述多个开孔和中间垫衬流入和流出所述鞋类制品;
其特征在于,所述鞋类制品各气流开孔附近的上部无需外向的附加部件。
2.如权利要求1所述的鞋类制品,其特征在于,所述可压缩的膛底还包含许多实际上竖直的开孔,它们与所述多个通道对准并连通。
3.如权利要求1所述的鞋类制品,其特征在于,所述可压缩的膛底还包含被布置在所述膛底上面一侧的纺织品内衬。
4.如权利要求1所述的鞋类制品,其特征在于,所述弓形部分位于所述上部的中间的一侧,所述可压缩的膛底还包含一个在所述弓形部分伸向上方的部分。
5.如权利要求4所述的鞋类制品,其特征在于,所述伸向上方的部分有多个通道,与所述可压缩的膛底下表面上的多个通道中的一个或多个连通。
6.如权利要求5所述的鞋类制品,其特征在于,位于所述中间的一侧上的弓形部分中所述伸向上方的部分中的多个通道与所述上部的多个开孔对准并连通。
7.如权利要求5所述的鞋类制品,其特征在于,位于所述中间的一侧上的所述可压缩膛底的弓形部分中的所述伸向上方部分中的多个通道都终结于所述可压缩的膛底中的一个腔内,所述可压缩的膛底处于与所述上部中的多个开孔连通中。
8.如权利要求1所述的鞋类制品,其特征在于,还包含与鞋底结合在一起的下部。
9.如权利要求1所述的鞋类制品,其特征在于,所述中间垫衬的尺寸线度接近一个比覆盖所述多个开孔的表面面积大的面积。
10.如权利要求1所述的鞋类制品,其特征在于,所述多个开孔中的每一个的直径接近几毫米。
