Abstract

本发明属于输送机械类,现有的橡胶输送带一般耐温在120℃度以下,因为骨架材料承受不了高温,有的采取隔热措施,在覆盖胶同骨架之间,增加一层绝热层如石棉之类,阻止高温向帆布骨架传递,其耐温也仅在250℃度以下,而胶带厚度却成倍增加,加大了弯曲阻力,不能折曲成圆,故不适用于圆管胶带输送机,本发明圆管胶带输送机用的一种耐热高温输送带,采用耐高温骨架材料、覆盖胶而成,可耐温250℃度以上,500℃度以下。

本发明属于输送机械类
背景技术:
现有的橡胶输送带一般耐温在120℃以下,原因是骨架材料承受不了高温,有的专利如02261969.0采取隔热措施,在覆盖胶同骨架之间,增加一层绝热层如石棉之类,阻止高温向帆布骨架传递,其耐温也仅在250℃以下,而胶带厚度却成倍增加,加大了弯曲阻力,不能折曲成圈,故不适用于圆管胶带输送机。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于开发出适合圆管胶带输送机用的一种耐热高温输送带,首先骨架材料为钢纤维织成的廉子布或用凯芙拉(Kevlar)纤维织成的廉子布它们都具有柔性和高强度,而廉子布纬向使用芳纶系列的芳砜纤维绳。由于芳砜纤维没有熔点,不收缩;可耐400℃,还具有抗热氧化的稳定性,与覆盖胶三元乙丙胶结合好,亦可用凯芙拉(Kevlar)纤维织成的绳子它们也都具有一定柔性和高强度。本发明使用三元乙丙胶加阻燃剂锑白母料或高氮料;氢氧化铝母料作覆盖胶,能有效提高覆盖胶耐热温度。

具体实施方式:
结合附图进行详细说明:本耐热高温输送带由上覆盖胶1;骨架层(由钢纤维绳3作经线,芳砜纤维绳4作纬线按强度和带宽要求进行编织而成)和下覆盖胶2依次粘接压制,放入平板硫化机硫化而成,钢纤维绳系纵向排列,相互之间充填胶粘接剂,最好用天然橡胶以增加勒性,为防止钢纤维绳3错位,隔若干厘米,将芳砜纤维绳4两根,横向上下交叉在钢纤维绳3中编织,以增加成园刚性。按抗张强度需要选用不同直径的钢纤维绳3,边胶5采用纯胶,所有成型工艺和硫化操作均同制造普通钢丝绳芯胶带一样,边胶5包裹胶带两边,内无纤维。三角带6作为引导胶带不扭转用,可用一根或多根硫化在下覆胶上。相应的硬件留出三角带6槽。
本耐热高温输送带的骨架层,无论采用钢纤维或凯芙拉(Kevlar)纤维,均能耐热到300℃,无须隔热措施,故胶带就会很薄而强度又高。自重减轻,节省动力。
本耐热高温输送带还能进一步提高耐热到500℃,方法是在承载带外围套上一节同长度的玻璃钢外套。套内接上一台鼓风机,胶带运转时通冷风以降低胶带温度。见图2所示,还可以直接利用气垫式圆管胶带输送机的废气冷却,以提高胶带耐热温度。所以用气垫式圆管胶带输送机使用本发明最为有利。

Claims (4)

1.一种园管胶带输送机用耐热高温胶带,由耐热覆盖胶,耐热骨架材料组成,该耐热骨架材料由经线与纬线编织而成,其特征在于:所述耐热覆盖胶用三元乙丙胶加阻燃剂混炼,所述经线为钢纤维或凯拉夫纤维织成的绳子,所述纬线为芳纶族芳砜纤维绳,隔若干距离一组与经线正交,上下交错编织。
2.如权利要求1所述的园管胶带输送机用耐热高温胶带,其特征在于:所述经线,纬线均先浸胶,再经过上下交错编织,所述经线与所述纬线中间充以天然胶粘结剂,然后上下加所述耐热覆盖胶,硫化而成。
3.如权利要求1所述的园管胶带输送机用耐热高温胶带,其特征在于:所述耐热高温胶带外边安装有通风套,通风套同鼓风机出口相连,该耐热高温胶带工作时鼓风,夏天鼓空调冷风。
4.如权利要求3所述的园管胶带输送机用耐热高温胶带,其特征在于:所述鼓风采用气垫式园管胶带输送机的气垫用鼓风的风作为冷却之用。
