Abstract

本发明涉及一种用于承载大型液化气体、压缩气体贮罐或其它液体贮罐的船用水垫式半浮动贮罐支承装置。特征在于在船体甲板上设置一下凹的水密水套,水套型腔与承载贮罐的下半截面相吻合,且在水套型腔表面设置弹性垫块。本发明取得的有益效果为:1.采用在水套与贮罐间注水后,由贮罐浮力和水套腔内的弹性垫块共同支承贮罐重量代替鞍座支承,解决了原有鞍座处船体集中应力过大的问题;2.消除罐体的弯曲应力和鞍座处局部应力,减小了主薄膜应力与局部应力、弯曲应力的合成应力,减小了罐体和船体疲劳破坏的可能性,同时可有效防止因温度变化贮罐收缩膨胀和船体挠曲、扭转等变形对贮罐和船体的影响,增强了运输的安全,也提高了贮罐的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于承载大型液化气体、压缩气体贮罐或其它液体贮罐的船用水垫式半浮动贮罐支承装置。
背景技术
大型贮罐(如液化气体船的C型独立液舱等)在船运时大都采用刚性的鞍座进行支承和落位,采用这种方式存在的问题是;其一、大型贮罐搁置于鞍座上,在鞍座处的船体和贮罐会产生过大的集中应力;其二、当大型贮罐收缩、膨胀以及船体变形时,易引起船体和贮罐的过大应力;其三、当环境温度过高时必需给贮罐淋水降温;其四、与货物处所相连的A型机器处所、饮用水舱等舱室间必需用隔离舱或A-60级绝缘分隔。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术存在的不足,提供一种能够改善船体和大型贮罐受力状况的船用水垫式半浮动贮罐支承装置。
本发明为解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:在船体甲板7上设置一下凹的水密水套1,水套型腔与承载贮罐的下半截面相吻合,且在水套型腔表面设置有弹性垫块4。
按上述方案,所述的水套1型腔形状视贮罐形状而定,通常水套型腔中间可以呈半圆柱状或过半圆柱状,水套型腔两端可以呈1/4球形状,或者呈1/2碟形状,或者呈部分的球面状等。
按上述方案,所述的水套型腔呈半球形状。
按上述方案,所述的水套型腔与船体甲板交界的上端边缘设置向上突起的挡水边缘5。
按上述方案,在水套型腔表面上方近挡水边缘处设置有水位传感器6;在水套型腔下方的弹性垫块上设压力传感器9。
按上述方案,可将水套视为船体内壳,按破损假定中纵向破损范围将内外船壳间横向分隔成若干个独立舱,以满足船舶破舱稳性的要求。
本发明使用时在水套型腔内注水近水套上端边缘,在贮罐和水套间形成水垫,使贮罐刚好处于半浮状态为准,此时,贮罐由浮力与弹性垫块共同支承。
本发明取得的有益效果为:
1、采用在水套与贮罐间注水后,由贮罐浮力和水套腔内的弹性垫块共同支承贮罐重量代替鞍座支承,解决了原有鞍座处船体集中应力过大的问题;
2、由于罐体受力均匀,消除罐体的弯曲应力和鞍座处局部应力,减小了主薄膜应力与局部应力、弯曲应力的合成应力,减小了罐体和船体疲劳破坏的可能性,同时可有效防止因温度变化贮罐收缩膨胀和船体挠曲、扭转等变形对贮罐和船体的影响,增强了运输的安全,也提高了贮罐的使用寿命;
3、可以省去货物处所相连的A型机器处所、饮用水舱等舱室间必需用隔离舱或A-60级绝缘分隔;
4、由于水套的冷却作用,省去了给贮罐降温的淋水系统,降低了制造和运输成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图进一步说明本发明的实施例。
在船体甲板上设置一下凹的水密水套1,水套型腔与承载贮罐8纵向下半截面相吻合,中间呈半圆柱状或过半圆柱状,两端呈1/4球形状或过1/4球形状,水套内径比贮罐外径略大些,通常大50-100毫米,在水套型腔与船体甲板7交界的上端边缘设置向上突起高于船体甲板面的挡水边缘5,挡水边缘与舱口围栏连成一体;此外,水套型腔的两端针对贮罐两端的凸形封头也可以为椭球形、碟形或平面形;在水套型腔内设置弹性垫块4,弹性垫块高出水套型腔表面,弹性垫块沿上下周向间隔设置多块,其中水套腔体两端的弹性垫块加厚加大,以起较大的缓冲作用,所述的弹性垫块4可为橡胶垫块、环氧胶泥垫块或硬木垫块,用上述弹性垫块支承贮罐重量,保持罐体位置并承受贮罐向前和向后冲力,在下部的弹性垫块上设置压力传感器9,在近水套上部挡水边缘5处设置水位传感器6,与水位控制和高低液位报警系统连接,以便按照设计浮力所需的水头,自动调整水位;在水套型腔外侧的底部和侧向安设有等距间隔的分舱横隔板3,两端设有水密横隔壁板2,分舱横隔板、水密横隔壁板与水套、船体甲板相联成一体。在水套与外船壳间按破损假定中纵向破损范围分隔成若干个独立舱,以满足船舶破舱稳性的要求;若在型腔内安装适量牺牲阳极或用外加电流阴极保护装置则可在水套腔内注海水代替淡水。
本发明的水套型腔按贮罐的形状来确定,所述的贮罐可为凸形封头(包括球面、椭圆形、碟形或半球形封头)、平面封头、锥形封头的卧式容器,直立容器或球罐。水套的纵向通常与船体纵向相一致。

Claims (9)

1.一种船用水垫式半浮动贮罐支承装置,其特征在于在船体甲板(7)上设置一下凹的水密水套(1),水套型腔与承载贮罐的下半截面相吻合,且在水套型腔表面设置有弹性垫块(4)。
2.按权利要求1所述的船用水垫式半浮动贮罐支承装置,其特征在于所述的水套型腔中间呈半圆柱状或过半圆柱状,水套型腔两端呈1/4球形状,或者呈1/2碟形状,或者呈部分的球面状。
3.按权利要求1所述的船用水垫式半浮动贮罐支承装置,其特征在于所述的水套型腔呈半球形状。
4.按权利要求1或2所述的船用水垫式半浮动贮罐支承装置,其特征在于,所述的水套型腔与船体甲板交界的上端边缘设置向上突起的挡水边缘(5)。
5.按权利要求4所述的船用水垫式半浮动贮罐支承装置,其特征在于在水套型腔表面上方近挡水边缘处设置有水位传感器(6)。
6.按权利要求1或2所述的船用水垫式半浮动贮罐支承装置,其特征在于在水套型腔下方的弹性垫块上设压力传感器(9)。
7.按权利要求1或2所述的船用水垫式半浮动贮罐支承装置,其特征在于弹性垫块(4)沿上下周向间隔设置多块,其中水套腔体两端的弹性垫块加厚加大。
8.按权利要求1或2所述的船用水垫式半浮动贮罐支承装置,其特征在于在水套型腔外侧的底部和侧向安设有等距间隔的分舱横隔板(3),两端设有水密横隔壁板(2),分舱横隔板、水密横隔壁板与水套、船体甲板相联成一体。
9.按权利要求1或2所述的船用水垫式半浮动贮罐支承装置,其特征在于在水套型腔内安装牺牲阳极或外加电流阴极保护装置。
