骨折内固定弹性应力交锁髓内钉
技术领域
本发明属于医疗器械,特别涉及一种治疗管状骨骨折的骨折内固定弹性应力交锁髓内钉。
背景技术
临床上对治疗管状骨骨折多采用交锁髓内钉内固定的方式。髓内固定虽符合生物力学理论,它固定牢固,可早期功能锻炼、早期负重、防止骨的短缩,避免骨折的轴向和旋转畸形。但是,由于坚强的轴向固定又使骨折断端出现了遮挡,影响骨折愈合。本申请人就普通髓内钉存在的问题进行了改进,已向国家专利局申请了“骨折内固定弹性动(应)力交锁髓内钉”等三项专利(其中专利号:200420056362.4)。通过对产品的不断完善,本申请人对现有的专利技术再次进行了改进,其结构是髓内钉主钉由髓钉静力钉和髓钉动力钉组成,髓钉静力钉和髓钉动力钉由弹性装置连接,髓钉静力钉远端的盲孔中装有弹性元件并设有圆形锁销定位孔,髓钉动力钉设有圆柱销与髓钉静力钉的盲孔相对应,髓钉静力钉上设有锁销长形滑动孔,圆柱销插入盲孔中将弹簧压紧,再将锁销穿过锁销定位孔和长形滑动孔完成两个钉体的连接。当两钉体受力时,弹簧被压缩两钉体靠近,受力解除时弹簧的回弹力使两钉体远离。根据骨折弹性固定理论,骨折端的轴向最佳微动距离是0.5-1.0mm,考虑弹簧损耗,两钉体的弹性移动距离设计为1.5mm。同时,为配合弹性运动,髓钉静力钉远端锁钉孔设计长形动力孔,锁钉移动距离2mm。弹性元件的初始力设计为6~8kg,充分对抗来自肌肉的拉力,保证骨折断端早期的稳定性。该项专利的应用缩短了骨折愈合时间,减少骨折端再断的发生率。但在临床使用过程中发现两钉体的弹性移动距离由于骨髓等物质容易将两钉体间位移空间及髓钉远端近侧锁钉孔的动力孔填塞,致使骨折端两钉体的轴向最佳微动距离失去作用。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服上述技术中的不足,提供一种在保持原有弹性应力交锁髓内钉结构优势前提下,确保两钉体可以在轴向最佳微动距离微动的骨折内固定弹性应力交锁髓内钉。
本发明解决技术问题采用的技术方案是:一种骨折内固定弹性应力交锁髓内钉,包括髓钉静力钉、髓钉动力钉及完成两个钉体连接的锁销,其特征是:包括髓钉静力钉和髓钉动力钉,其特征是:在髓钉静力钉前部设有圆形销孔并在前端面设有子口形护沿,髓钉动力钉的圆柱销上设有长形滑动孔,圆柱销的前端置于护沿内。

本发明的有益效果:在保持原有弹性应力交锁髓内钉结构优势前提下,确保两钉体可以在轴向最佳微动距离微动,避免临床使用中两钉体的弹性移动距离被骨髓等物质将两钉体的位移空间及髓钉远端近侧锁钉孔的动力孔填塞,致使骨折端两钉体的轴向最佳微动距离失去作用,从而可以保证骨骼承受微动间歇动应力刺激后,能充分利用功能性力学环境进行骨折后重建,促进骨痂形成和钙化,加速骨折愈合。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和较佳实施例对依据本发明的具体结构作进一步详述:
实施例1:请参见图1所示,一种骨折内固定弹性应力交锁髓内钉,包括髓钉静力钉1、髓钉动力钉2及完成两个钉体连接的锁销3,在髓钉静力钉前部设有圆形销孔1-1并在前端面设有子口形护沿1-2,髓钉动力钉2的圆柱销上设有长形滑动孔2-1,圆柱销前端置于护沿内。髓钉动力钉前端在护沿空间内微动,以避免临床使用中两钉体的弹性移动距离被骨髓等物质将两钉体的位移空间及髓钉远端近侧锁钉孔的动力孔填塞。由于临床安装骨折内固定交锁髓内钉时,其远端不易与瞄准器对准,在髓钉静力钉前端设有瞄准器锁定内螺纹孔可与瞄准器准确连接,保证可靠定位。
实施例2:请参见图3所示,一种骨折内固定弹性应力交锁髓内钉,动力钉置于静力钉尾端,其改进的结构与实施例1相同。
在保持原有弹性应力交锁髓内钉结构优势前提下,确保两钉体可以在轴向最佳微动距离微动,避免临床使用中两钉体的弹性移动距离被骨髓等物质将两钉体的位移空间及髓钉远端近侧锁钉孔的动力孔填塞,致使骨折端两钉体的轴向最佳微动距离失去作用,从而可以保证骨骼承受微动间歇动应力刺激后,能充分利用功能性力学环境进行骨折后重建,促进骨痂形成和钙化,加速骨折愈合。

Claims (3)

1.一种骨折内固定弹性应力交锁髓内钉,包括髓钉静力钉、髓钉动力钉及完成两个钉体连接的锁销,其特征是:在髓钉静力钉前部设有圆形销孔并在前端面设有子口形护沿,髓钉动钉体的圆柱销上设有长形滑动孔,圆柱销的前端置于护沿内,所述髓钉动力钉前端被限定在髓钉静力钉护沿内微动,避免临床使用中物质将两钉体的位移空间及髓钉远端近侧锁钉孔的动力孔填塞。
2.根据权利要求1所述的骨折内固定弹性应力交锁髓内钉,其特征是:所述在髓钉静力钉前端设有瞄准器锁定孔。
3.根据权利要求2所述的骨折内固定弹性应力交锁髓内钉,其特征是:所述锁定孔内设有内螺纹。
