Abstract

一种注塑机锁模机构,所述的注塑机锁模机构安装在机座上,其包括定模板、动模板和后模板,各模板由拉杆串联连接,在后模板的外壁安装开合模油缸,开合模油缸的活塞杆连接顶出油缸,顶出油缸安装在动模板上,其特征在于后模板中安装四只增压油缸,各只增压油缸中的活塞制有中空,在中空活塞外侧安装立柱挡板,立柱挡板制有穿孔,立柱挡板由升降机构所带动,在动模板上安装四根锁模立柱,合模状态锁模立柱与立柱挡板相接触,开模状态锁模立柱与中空活塞的内孔和立柱挡板的穿孔相配合。由于后模板上增压油缸是四只与动模板的四根锁模立柱配合,使立杆间距大,模板各处受力均匀,锁模平稳,不偏离,塑料制品合格率高。

技术领域
本发明涉及注塑机,特别是涉及注塑机的锁模机构。
背景技术
注塑机的机座上安装两大部份,一是油马达、整体座和注塑料筒,以及注射油缸,二是模板、模具和锁模机构。已有注塑机的锁模机构有两大类型,一类为连杆式锁模机构,另一类是大油缸增压式锁模机构。连杆式锁模机构存在的主要缺陷是传动零部件多,加工麻烦,在使用中往往出现上、下连杆的磨损不一致,从而使上、下锁模不平衡,最后导致合模注塑中会发生胀模,直接影响了塑料制品的合格率。已有大油缸增压式锁模机构是在后模板上安装一只增压油缸,在动模板上安装一组顶柱,由增压油缸推动顶柱达到增压锁模目的,由此而存在的缺陷是:因为是单油缸锁模,所以锁模作用力集中在模板的中央部位,是近似于单点锁模,间距小,单点锁模使模板容易偏离,并且各根立柱无法单独调节,因此,大油缸增压式锁模达不到对模板平稳锁模的要求。
发明内容
本发明为了克服已有技术注塑机锁模机构的缺陷,尤其是针对已有大油缸增压式锁模技术存在的问题,提供一种多缸锁模,对模板作用力均匀,各处平稳的注塑机锁模机构。
本发明注塑机锁模机构的技术方案是:所述的注塑机锁模机构安装在机座上,其包括定模板、动模板和后模板,各模板由拉杆串联连接,在后模板的外壁安装开合模油缸,开合模油缸的活塞杆连接顶出油缸,顶出油缸安装在动模板上,其特征在于后模板中安装四只增压油缸,各只增压油缸中的活塞制有中空(即活塞为中空也是四个),在中空活塞外侧安装立柱挡板,立柱挡板制有穿孔,立柱挡板由升降机构所带动,在动模板上安装四根锁模立柱,合模状态锁模立柱与立柱挡板相接触,开模时锁模立柱与中空活塞的内孔和立柱挡板的穿孔相配合。本技术方案在后模板上的四只增压油缸与动模板上的四根锁模立柱配合,可将立柱尽量安装在模板的靠近边缘位置,间距大,并且可单独调节,使模板各处受力均匀,锁模平稳,作用力大,不偏离,不胀模,加工的塑料制品合格率高。将增压活塞制成中空,供锁模立柱在开模时通过,并采用升降的立柱挡板在合模状态阻挡锁模立柱,构造简单,效果可靠。为了使锁模立柱互相之间位置不偏离,不移位,在后模板上可安装锁模立柱的导向限位板。为了使增压活塞及时复位,可在导向限位板中安装中空活塞的复位装置,其所述的复位装置是复位油缸或者复位弹簧。同时导向限位板还可对增压活塞顶出距离的限位作用,不使其过多推出。为了提高增压油缸的可靠性,在后模板的增压油缸中安装镶套(如铜套)和密封件。其带动立柱挡板的升降机构是升降油缸或者转动凸轮或者其它机构。为了有利于模板调节,在后模板外头的拉杆上安装调模螺帽,并由链轮带动。在定模板外头的拉杆上安装锁帽和锁帽压板。为了缩短合模机构的长度,使整个机身体积缩小,便于运输,降低造价,在动模板中制有凹槽,动模板凹槽中安装顶杆和导向杆,再由导向杆连接顶出油缸。

具体实施方式
本发明公开了一种注塑机锁模机构,所述的注塑机锁模机构安装在注塑机机座上,其包括定模板17、动模板12和后模板1,如图4所示,各块模板由拉杆16串联连接。在后模板1的外壁安装开合模油缸5,开合模油缸5的活塞杆6连接顶出油缸7,顶出油缸安装在动模板12上,如图1-图5所示,主要特点是后模板1中安装四只增压油缸8,四只增压油缸缸腔81,各只增压油缸中的活塞9制有中空,在中空活塞外侧安装立柱挡板10,立柱挡板制有穿孔101,如图8所示,立柱挡板由升降机构所带动,其所述的升降机构可以是升降油缸15或者传动凸轮等,在动模板12上安装四根锁模立柱4,合模状态锁模立柱4与立柱挡板10相接触,如图3所示,开模状态锁模立柱4与中空活塞9的内孔91和立柱挡板10的穿孔101相配合,如图1所示。由于有四只独立的增压油缸8,各油缸间距大,与四根锁模立柱配合后对动模板锁模平稳,克服了单只大油缸增压间距小的缺点,并且单独可调节,使用更可靠。在后模板上安装锁模立柱4的导向限位板11,一是对锁模立柱导向、定位,二是对增压油缸的中空活塞伸出距离的限位,三是在导向限位板11中安装中空活塞的复位装置,其复位装置是复位油缸111或者复位弹簧,使活塞及时复位,如图4所示。因锁模立柱穿过中空活塞,所以在后模板1的增压油缸8中安装镶套(铜套)2和密封件3,如图1所示。为了根据模具确定动模板的行程,所以在后模板1外头的拉杆16上安装调模螺帽161,如图4所示,调模螺帽161由链轮162带动。同样在定模板17外头的拉杆16上安装锁帽18和锁帽压板19。为了缩短合模机构的长度,使整个机身体积缩小,有利于运输,降低造价,在动模板12中制有凹槽121,动模板凹槽121中安装顶杆13和导向杆14,导向杆连接顶出油缸7。同样可在后模板1中制有通孔01,开模时顶出油缸7进入通孔01内。

Claims (8)

1.一种注塑机锁模机构,所述的注塑机锁模机构安装在机座上,其包括定模板(17)、动模板(12)和后模板(1),各模板由拉杆(16)串联连接,在后模板(1)的外壁安装开合模油缸(5),开合模油缸(5)的活塞杆(6)连接顶出油缸(7),顶出油缸(7)安装在动模板(12)上,其特征在于后模板(1)中安装四只增压油缸(8),各只增压油缸中的活塞(9)制有中空,在中空活塞外侧安装立柱挡板(10),立柱挡板制有穿孔(101),立柱挡板由升降机构所带动,在动模板(12)上安装四根锁模立柱(4),合模状态锁模立柱(4)与立柱挡板(10)相接触,开模状态锁模立柱(4)与中空活塞(9)的内孔(91)和立柱挡板(10)的穿孔(101)相配合。
2.如权利要求1所述的注塑机锁模机构,其特征在于后模板上安装锁模立柱(4)的导向限位板(11)。
3.如权利要求2所述的注塑机锁模机构,其特征在于导向限位板(11)中安装中空活塞的复位装置。
4.如权利要求3所述的注塑机锁模机构,其特征在于导向限位板(11)中安装中空活塞的复位装置是复位油缸(111)。
5.如权利要求3所述的注塑机锁模机构,其特征在于导向限位板(11)中安装中空活塞的复位装置是复位弹簧。
6.如权利要求1所述的注塑机锁模机构,其特征在于后模板(1)的增压油缸(8)中安装镶套(2)和密封件(3)。
7.如权利要求1所述的注塑机锁模机构,其特征在于带动立柱挡板(10)的升降机构是升降油缸(15)。
8.如权利要求1所述的注塑机锁模机构,其特征在于动模板(12)中制有凹槽(121),动模板凹槽中安装顶杆(13)和导向杆(14),导向杆连接顶出油缸(7)。
