已经提出了多种钢制螺栓。
尽管如此,本领域技术人员知道,在这样的螺栓头中制造套筒是有困难的。
目前,大多数钢制套筒扳手头螺栓是使用各种包括热处理的方法制造的。
本领域技术人员知道,不经过这样的热处理,套筒能够达到的深度至今仍然非常有限,通常最大为直径的0.4至0.5倍。
发明内容
因此本发明的一个目的是提供一种用于制造具有深套筒的套筒扳手头螺栓、而无须任何热处理的新颖方法。
因此,本发明一个目的,从而也是本发明的一个特征,在于制造一种具有套筒扳手头的螺栓,该套筒扳手头内的套筒深度为大于套筒直径的0.6倍,优选大于0.8倍,更优选大于0.85倍。
在本发明的上下文中,本发明的目的是通过使用碳含量处于0.15重量%至0.25重量%范围内、优选在0.19重量%至0.23重量%范围内的钢,仅通过连续的冷加工操作来制造套筒扳手头螺栓而实现的。
按照本发明的另一个有利特征,锰的百分比在1.00重量%至1.50重量%范围内,优选在1.00重量%至1.30重量%范围内。
按照本发明的另一个有利特征,硼的百分比在百万分之10(ppm)至50ppm范围内,优选在20ppm至50ppm范围内。
按照本发明的另一个有利特征,构成螺栓的材料包括微量添加的钛,优选含量在0.01重量%至0.10重量%范围内,更优选在0.02重量%至0.05重量%范围内。
申请人已经发现,限制重结晶现象的钛微量添加物与轧制序列期间控制冷却之间的相互关系,使获得非常细而且非常均匀的铁素体珠光体冶金结构成为可能。
按照本发明的另一个有利特征,用于螺栓的待加工滚轧钢丝具有以下机械特性:最小的抗张强度(Rm)>580兆帕(MPa),以及最小的屈服点(Re)>340MPa。申请人还发现这样的机械特性特别适用于锻造螺栓,而不用依靠传统的热处理操作:锻造前球化退火;锻造后淬火+回火。
此外,钢丝的延展性Z%优选大于65%。

附图1至3给出了按照本发明的螺栓。
尽管如此,无论是就螺纹部分10、螺纹本身或头部20以及形成在头部20内的套筒22的形状抑或尺寸而言,本发明并不以任何方式限制于附图所示的具体配置。
尽管如此,应当观察到在附图所示的非限制性实施例中,头部20具有六边形截面的外表面24,而套筒22具有圆柱形的内表面。
通过非限制性实施例,这样的头部可以具有内径等于11.5毫米(mm),深度等于9.8mm的套筒22。
此外,仍然以非限制性方式,应当观察到在附图所示的具体且优选的实施例中,六边形截面的部分24连续地经过朝向螺纹部分张开的第一锥面25、朝向相同螺纹部分收敛的第二锥面26、光滑的圆柱面27和凹槽28连接到螺纹部分10。
在本发明的上下文中,构成螺栓的材料优选满足以下的特性:
-C含量:0.19重量%至0.23重量%;
-Si含量:0.30重量%至0.40重量%;
-Mn含量:1.00重量%至1.30重量%;
-P含量:最多0.025重量%;
-S含量:最多0.015重量%;
-Cr含量:0.14重量%至0.18重量%;
-Mo含量:最多0.05重量%;
-Cu含量:最多0.25重量%;
-B含量:最多0.0020重量%至0.0050重量%;
-Ni含量:最多0.18重量%;
-Al含量:0.02重量%至0.06重量%;
-Ti含量:0.02重量%至0.05重量%;和
-N含量:最多0.012重量%。
优选使用满足以下机械特性的滚轧或冷拉钢丝来制造螺栓:
-Rm:580MPa至650MPa;
-最小的Re:340MPa;
-最小的拉长(A):25%;
-最小的Z:65%。
在加工硬化至50%比率之后,螺栓表现出以下特性:
-Re:640MPa至900MPa;
-Rm:800MPa至950MPa;
-最小的A:12%;
-最小的U型槽口断裂韧度(KCU):70焦耳/平方厘米(J/cm2)。
如上所述,申请人已经发现,这种混合物能够仅通过冷加工来制造螺栓,而不需要任何的热处理。
自然,本发明不限于上述的具体实施例,而是扩展到本发明实质内的任何变化。

Claims (17)

1.一种使用碳含量在0.15重量%至0.25重量%之间的钢,仅通过连续的冷加工操作制造的钢制空心头螺栓,其中所述螺栓具有套筒扳手头,套筒扳手头内的套筒深度为大于套筒直径的0.6倍。
2.如权利要求1所述的螺栓,其特征在于碳含量在0.19重量%至0.23重量%之间。
3.如权利要求1所述的螺栓,其特征在于所述螺栓具有的套筒扳手头内的套筒深度大于所述套筒的直径的0.8倍。
4.如权利要求1所述的螺栓,其特征在于锰含量在1.00重量%至1.50重量%范围内。
5.如权利要求1所述的螺栓,其特征在于硼含量在10ppm至50ppm范围内。
6.如权利要求1所述的螺栓,其特征在于螺栓的构成材料包括钛的添加物。
7.如权利要求1所述的螺栓,其特征在于其包含0.01重量%至0.10重量%的钛。
8.如权利要求1所述的螺栓,其特征在于硅含量在0.30重量%至0.40重量%范围内。
9.如权利要求1所述的螺栓,其特征在于铬含量在0.14重量%至0.18重量%范围内。
10.如权利要求1所述的螺栓,其特征在于硫含量最多为0.015重量%。
11.如权利要求1所述的螺栓,其特征在于使用具备以下机械特性的钢丝制造螺栓:Rm>580MPa,且Re>340MPa。
12.如权利要求1所述的螺栓,其特征在于使用延展性>65%的钢丝制造螺栓。
13.如权利要求1所述的螺栓,其特征在于使用以下材料制造螺栓:
-C含量:0.19重量%至0.23重量%;
-Si含量:0.30重量%至0.40重量%;
-Mn含量:1.00重量%至1.30重量%;
-P含量:最多0.025重量%;
-S含量:最多0.015重量%;
-Cr含量:0.14重量%至0.18重量%;
-Mo含量:最多0.05重量%;
-Cu含量:最多0.25重量%;
-B含量:最多0.0020重量%至0.0050重量%;
-Ni含量:最多0.18重量%;
-Al含量:0.02重量%至0.06重量%;
-Ti含量:0.02重量%至0.05重量%;且
-N含量:最多0.012重量%。
14.按照权利要求1所述的螺栓,其用于将车轮固定在机动车上。
15.如权利要求1所述的螺栓,其特征在于锰含量在1.00重量%至1.30重量%范围内。
16.如权利要求1所述的螺栓,其特征在于硼含量在20ppm至50ppm范围内。
17.如权利要求1所述的螺栓,其特征在于其包含0.02重量%至0.05重量%的钛。
