Abstract

PURPOSE: To make the hardness of bolt head part below a fixed value, prevent the decrease in the life of a punch and prevent the head part from fracturing from the stem part by using steel material of 0.10 to 0.30% of C as raw material and fabricating the same to the bolt through cold forging by the specific reduction of area.
